The front door closed at night. The ring did not work. Asking for hair dryer they quarrelled with me. The hostel room is underground without any windows to outside. Just one of staff were friendly. Manager didn't let me leave my package for 5 minutes to buy something from the shop. Decide by yourself.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Double room was comfortable and hostel was very clean. Cheaper than most other hostels in the city, especially given the central location. Excellent value for money.
