This hotel is a SHAME of all Armenia. When our group had a check out at 12 in the morning, the owner tells us in the evening at 11 that this is his hotel and tries to kick out the group, saying that he can KICK OUT people anytime as this is his hotel. This all happened due to mistake on their side as they sent invoice for 1 day instead of 2, they never showed us this invoice. This evening was a Terror show as they said we only had 10 minutes to pay or all 25 guests would be kicked out at 12 o'clock at night. When the General-manager of the hotel LIANA and the owner GAGIKA are told they are unprofessional they prove it by hiding invoice, and when shown invoice with a signing of the GEN-manager they held this for nothing. The result? I was lucky to have the amount of money to pay for the night and payed. This money was for for the following day's restaurant and cruise payments, however it helped me save the guests from being kicked out at night by these CRIMINAL Gagika and her Vice-criminal LIANA. Saving the hotel from an international scandal as well. I suggest other tourists and tour companies to think carefully before deciding to stay at this hotel, as this could happen to you too. I suspect this hotel has nothing to do with the International chain of hotels it carries the name of. Who's name the owner Gagika has taken on his own. Instead of fixing this problem as professionals they acted like complete amateurs, putting guests in a tough spot and ruining their vacation.
