One of the top-Notch Budget hotel with frirndly staffs and great management. Full Breakfast, cleaning service and in a very convenience place. A bit far from Republic Square but if you are an avid traveller who enjoys walking through the beautiful streets of Yerevan then this is your Hotel to spend your time.

This is the most disgusting place, in which only one can stay, and rented the vip room, the photos are all beautiful, but when you arrived in the vip room for a large enough price for this kind of hotels, no wardrobe, no fridge, and the bathroom is not a single shelf or a stand so you can place personal hygiene products in the entire room clothes nowhere to go but to lay on the couch or hang on the only three hook stainless steel towels washed but stained, after the remark brought the other, almost the same so just after the remark brought a Bathrobe in the bathroom was broken off the fan (called extractor) and hung on two wires, no heating, this function must perform a split system which works extremely incorrect, and even employees of the hotel about 20 minutes was dealing with it, but it did not give results within two days periodically there were problems with power supply, constant interruptions, with the result that there was neither hot water nor heating, most unpleasant of all was when he came in the evening after long trips and could not take a bath for 2-3 hours!
