Norekats Apart-Hotel

The rooms were nice, but since it was a family-run hotel, everything was disorganized (one day when we were moving rooms, we were asked to make the beds ourselves 🤦‍♂️🤣)
It is far from the city center and in winter it is very difficult to get around because of the hotel's route.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartments are new, clean and spacious. Breakfast is included in the price and served in the room. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. You can quickly get to the center by taxi — not far. I recommend.

This hotel in Armenia offers a really nice and comfy atmosphere with a modern touch. The location is quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are clean, well-designed and the overall vibe of the place is very pleasant. They do serve breakfast, but there was a bit of a misunderstanding at first. Apparently, the plates are already in the room and you’re supposed to take them out so the staff can fill them with your breakfast. We didn’t realize this on our first day, so we missed breakfast. Miscommunication.
Front desk staff were very accommodating. On the day of our departure, we had an early flight and the guy at the front desk arranged breakfast for us really early in the morning, which we really appreciated.
Overall, this is a great place to stay. It’s comfortable, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. Just be sure to check how breakfast works when you check in!

Excellent hotel, my boyfriend and I came to a performance for a couple of days and chose this place. Everything is new, clean, neat! They helped with all questions, the most responsive team! attractive price tag, polite staff, coziness and comfort.
Separately, I would also like to note the aroma in the hotel, it’s all over the place!

We rested in mid-April 2025. Very modern, new, stylish hotel. All issues are resolved instantly, administrators are always in touch, large rooms, it’s convenient that there is a cooking area, I really liked it! I recommend it.

Nice, pleasant hotel) We stayed in room 6. Spacious, cozy, with a view of the trees from the window. The hotel itself is located on a hill, with coniferous trees growing on the territory, it feels like a sanatorium 🌲10 minutes by taxi to the center.
The owners are friendly, open people. Good luck to you!

We arrived at the Norekats hotel in Yerevan on 03/07/2025 for 2 nights. And they were pleasantly surprised. So we decided to leave a review. Very clean large spacious room. Everything is new! The bed is soft, from the road we didn’t even notice how we fell asleep. Breakfast was brought to our room for 2 days! Everything is very tasty. The children were given porridge, fresh juice and water. Everything is top notch. Helped with luggage. We were very pleased. Very polite staff. If we are in Yerevan we will definitely choose this hotel again! I recommend it to everyone! Bye bye.

Perfect stay — feels like home!
We stayed at this apartment hotel in Armenia for just over three months with my family and we are extremely satisfied! We were warmly welcomed from the start and the staff were always smiling, responsive and ready to help with anything.
The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped — we had everything we needed for a long stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions.
We felt comfortable and safe the whole time, and the atmosphere was so pleasant that it really felt like a second home. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful service! We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Armenia.

The staff is friendly, the renovation is fresh. Good water pressure and homely comfort. I really liked how the light was organized, there were many scenarios for turning it on.
The room was quiet, which is important.
