I stayed at the hotel in mid-October 2024.

The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, not far from the Republic Square. There is a small supermarket nearby, and there is also a currency exchange.
Snow-white linen, kettle, tea/coffee/sugar, shower gel/shampoo, dental kit.
Clean.
Friendly staff, check-in at night. You can leave your suitcase in the storage room.

Clean room, no smells.
1. Weak Wi-Fi. 2. One day there was hot water — everything was fine, the other day lukewarm water ran from the hot tap. 3. Audibility — you can hear everything very well, it's just awful… especially the neighbors when they move out/move in with suitcases…

Good location. The room has everything. Soap, slippers, brushes, paste, shampoo, gel, water, tea, coffee, kettle, etc. Refrigerator. The administrator is always on site, polite. The hotel is very good. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. We lived in room 108. At night there was laundry in the next room, audibility was good, this is perhaps one minus. Everything is close within walking distance. Everything in the city is close on foot. Cleaning every day. Definitely recommend.

The center is nearby, but the hotel is located deep in the street. No noise.
Last stay there was insufficient hot water and weak internet, now everything was fine.

The hotel is located close to the most important attractions of Yerevan, almost everything can be reached on foot, public transport was used only once.
I was amazed at how detailed everything was thought out. How many hotels I stayed in, I don’t remember that toothbrushes, toothpaste, and even cotton pads and cotton swabs were provided. It was very nice that the guests were so cared for here. The room has a refrigerator, a spacious bath with toilet and a comfortable bed. The only negative is good audibility. It was very easy to hear everything that was happening in the corridor, plus the windows of my room looked out onto the courtyard, where different groups gathered and chatted all the time. This didn’t bother me too much, but if you are a light sleeper, keep this little feature in mind.

Excellent hotel, I liked everything, the location is excellent, in the very center of the city.
There are shops nearby. The room is large, clean linen. At the reception everything was resolved as soon as we contacted. We traveled by taxi, it’s not expensive around the city, the Yandex taxi app works.

Location: the hotel is right in the very center in a quiet courtyard, a slow walk of 10 minutes to Republic Square, 5 minutes to the main cafes/bars. Grocery store right in the yard, very convenient.
Room: spacious room, wardrobe, work desk, pleasant varied lighting.
At the hotel you can use the kitchen, tea/coffee, dishes. There is no stove, but in principle it is convenient to have breakfast. There is a kettle and refrigerator in the room.
The only negative: audibility + a little damp in the bathroom (but this is the 1st floor, you can understand)

The hotel's excellent location allows you to reach many attractions on foot. There is a supermarket with everything you need and a pharmacy nearby. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff is beyond praise! Soulful young guys will always come to the rescue and give you a smile and a good mood! Everything in the room works properly, the bed sheets are snow-white, towels are changed every day. There is a kettle (+ tea, coffee) and a refrigerator. Every day they bring disposable slippers, which is not even common in all 5 ☝🏻. Bottled water is also replenished daily (although in this city you can drink it from the tap, it is tasty and clean)! In general, the impressions are the most positive! If you have a chance to visit this glorious city again, then only to this hotel! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

Good location of the hotel, in the center, close to Republic Square. Stylish, neat rooms, polite and friendly staff. Upon request, they gave me a knife, an iron, and opened the wine with a corkscrew) ) The hotel is small, and that makes it cozy. Of the minuses — thin walls, very good audibility. You can hear text messages beeping in the next room, the sound of water, and the phone ringing. But overall I really liked it. I will recommend to friends and acquaintances.

Quiet place, 8-10 minutes till Central Square. Polite and helpful stuff (manager and all administrators). Comfortable room! Poor breakfast unfortunately. Generally good impression…

The hotel is perfectly located in the very center, close to all the main attractions. But for people who don't like to live on the ground floor, it can be a little disturbing that people sometimes pass by the windows (not very many, because the house is located in the back of the yard).
The room is comfortable, it has everything you need — a kettle, hygiene items, a large TV. The bed is comfortable.
Cleaning is carried out regularly, very clean.
Polite and friendly staff.
1. Hot water is not too hot when the main analysis is taking place (in the morning and evening before bed).
2. In the evening, the Internet is weak, sometimes it disappears, and then the digital TV does not work well.

Very nice place. Well organized. Friendly staff. Clean. Gohar the manager she can take care about everything from arrival of airport to hotel. Good experience in this hotel. You will not regret. They make my vacation adorable. Thank to Gohar and all the staff.

Very strange & not proffesional hotel. I had reservation for october 6-7 total 5 rooms, they contacted me they said we have a better order for those days and we must earn 700000 amd=1750$, it’s disturbing us your order which is only 1 day, so find another hotel, we have no other choice, we must cancel your order!

Stayed at Mandarin hotel for 10 days. Amazing cozy hotel! Staff are great! Most importantly rooms are spacious and very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable and washrooms are very modern and new. Location is also great. Was really happy with my choice!

Small hotel in the center of the city with around 10 rooms on the ground floor. Rooms are nice, but the sound proofing of the doors is quite bad, meaning that all the sounds even from the front desk (e. G. Mobile phone sounds) can be heard in the rooms. Breakfast selection is very small, but it is well made. Most of the staff is nice and speak English, but not all. Our shirts were ironed upon request, which was great.
