Great management team and service. I was made to feel like family and kept going back to this wonderful hotel. The wine area on the ground floor is amazing. The pool has since been renovated and I can’t wait to return.

Disgusting people at the pool! If you have kids and wish to enjoy a pool day, skip this hotel.
They allow drunk couples to make it out at everyone's sight at the pool, definitely not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel or so called best hotel!

I do not recommend this hotel to you, it is possible that your belongings are stolen, even if you forget somewhere in the hotel, then forget, they will not return our first hotel that was stolen!

Wonderful room, great pool and Covid was dealt with very well. Shame some patrons of the pool were being sexually inappropriate in the pool and pool staff were too busy on their phones to notice.

When I reach the hotel they welcome me warm Greetings of the staff, the hotel was looks great and elegant very clean and tidy I love the interior of the ground lobby everything was there, the hotel was so closed to the city centre, I love the breakfast selections which a lots of varieties with healthy options, room was clean and nice, staff are well mannered! highly recommended and when im coming back for sure I choose your hotel!

Decent place with a nice large pool — and a hotel pool is pretty unique in this town? Rooms are fairly tired however despite a fancy new reception being built. Maybe a full refurb is underway?

Pool is super. The hotel is reopened, but renovations are still in progress. The new style is going to be nice, unofortunately not all rooms have yet been renovated.

Very good personals, all front desk employees are educated and speak almost every language from Korean to French and Chinese.

Externally handsome. Room key not working, miserable breakfast… But they're renovating, so pa what they could improve.

Central location, but rooms could be cleaner. In light of this, I would tend to give only two stars. However, the concierge service, in particular Mr. Sargis, was extremely friendly, very cooperative and helpful.

In the room 622 round the clock noise from some hidden communications (located outside the room). I don't sleep a second. At five in the morning decided to go down to the reception. The technologist sent. The noise he gave. Apologized, said he didn't know the reasons, apologized again and left. The administration did not offer another room, nothing was taken at all. I sit in the room, listen to this buzz and write a review.

Hotel located in the center of Yerevan. Large and clean room. Breakfast was good. And the hospitality and goodwill are above all praise!

Small Lobby. The rooms are quite comfortable. There is only one lift from the lobby and it is necessary to wait long. Breakfast is So-so.

Terrible, dirty, old hotel. At the same price you can find decent hotels nearby. I don't recommend it.

Need a lot of improvement for the location it was and for the price. Room size is too small. Have to wait for 30 mins in reception to get the room cleaned. Post that lock was not working both in entry and washroom. Breakfast was ok and needed better ventilation.

Tip prefer the shuttle to the hotel for your trips to and from the airport as the taxis are annoying and constantly scamming you.

Never try this on No lobby, not a four star hotel breakfast, there is no lobby boy can you bleave that? Also air conditioners dosent work.

If you go there to a seminar/conference, I would advise to come just exactly in time. Because if you come earlier, where is no cafe for sit & relax.

The hotel is next to the square and easily accessible. Service is average. But the rooms and corridors are extremely small. The washroom didn't have a lock. It is a 4 star hotel, but you wont feel it that way. I'm disappointed with my stay here.

Perfect location for any holiday trip to Armenia. Very easy & quick access to malls/supermarkets, museum, art gallery, some of the best restaurants & the magnificent Republic Square. 20 minute drive from Yerevan Intl. Airport.

Ventilation system should be fixed. It was blowing a cigaret smell as if sleeping in an ashtray. Place is good for jogging in morning.

We stayed at this hotel when we had our destination wedding at Armenia. My husband and I stayed for 16 days. All our wedding guests also stayed at this hotel. We had a number of problems with the staff and management of this hotel. I will name and elaborate on some, the list is very long. The rooms were extremely dirty. The mini bars were not being updated. I requested the rooms to be cleaned and minibars updated maybe every other day. Their airport pickup service is an epic fail. We sent a bus for 13 people to pickup our guests. They picked up 4 people and took them to another hotel claiming that there has been a name conflict! Our guests waited for more than 45 mins, till the bus who mistakenly took the wrong people to another hotel returns! The manager of the hotel didn't even bother to apologize or solve the conflict on spot! On contrary, she was very rude and didn't care about our satisfaction. The hotel had an income of more than 8000$ from us and our guests. They didn't give us a good deal on the rate of the night or any other service. After the wedding we went to Jermuk and stayed at Hyatt hotel. When the hotel heard that we were a just married couple, they freely upgraded our room. We only took 11 rooms for 1 night at Hyatt hotel! Moral of the story Congress hotel is very cheap! Having a destination wedding is not easy on its own, congress hotel made sure to make it harder. I also want to mention that my guests were complaining and unhappy too.

Well located — quiet area no parties; at the same time near everything. Good rooms and service. A rich Breakfast buffet. Every day the menu changes slightly, but the choice is still large. Not very warm in the rooms but it is, I think, the problem is all the hotels in Armenia.

We really enjoyed the pool while staying in the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Good and free Wi-Fi. Breakfasts are poor.

The pool is great. Everything else — rather average. Breakfast — not good at all.

Their open-air pool is wonderful. You can fully enjoy yourself.

Congress hotel is a great hotel in center Yerevan. I loved the swimming pool and the gym where I spend a couple of hours on my birthday back in 2008. They should offer Wi-Fi in rooms.
