Most rooms face nine-lane Liberator Avenue. Noisy, old-fashioned, worn beds.

The ambassador hotel is located on Avenida del Libertador in the city of Buenos Aires very close to the retreat station from where all the railways that go north of the city to the north of the province of Buenos Aires and to the north of the country its location is good close to all the tourist sites and the economic center of the city Although there are other hotels that are closer. It is a very luxurious hotel the employees are sober and elegant and know very well their craft the impeccable rooms huge and luxurious the price is better than other hotels of the same quality.

Hotel Bad is Glory days decades behind it. 12 Lanes of traffic directly in front of the hotel. Highway on the side.

The rooms and bathrooms are large, The staff is very friendly and well organized. The houskeeping staff moves and works quietly. My rooms was very clean, the mattress was comfortable but the cheap cover subtracts from the overall sleep experience. The furniture and decor are a matter of personal taste.

Very nice hotel. Top operation and very clean. Breakfast is for everyone there and leaves nothing to be desired, except coffee, you should improve something.
Location also very good, many attractions are within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms. My room was large and had a great view of the coast. Bathroom was large. The bed was too comfortable. I didn't want to leave. Hotel staff are very helpful. I didn't have a car, so do not know about parking. The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes away from the train station and is an easy walk towards the center of Buenos Aires.

I went to a presentation of the Redhat product and the attention was very good, the facilities are great. Excellent view, staff friendly. A pleasure to have been able to use the services they provide.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. The staff are excellent — professional and polite. The rooms are spacious and clean. Fast reliable internet. My only complaint would be the coffee served at breakfast. Undrinkable. I have learned to bring my own instant coffee and just add hot water. Otherwise, a pleasure to stay here.

Very nice and careful. Very helpful staff. A spectacular view of the river from the 20th floor. It has a beautiful yard full of plants, green. A super relaxing place. The food is very rich and varied.

Everything about the bedroom was neat and tidy. Australian power point. Coffee machine in room. Safe in the wardrobe. But no bedside Clock, (automated wake-up call available). No tissues supplied. No ironing board present. No hand-held option in the shower. Free Wi-Fi available (room number & surname for access). Breakfast good. Toast machine slow.

Well. Eaten quiet. Far from the center but accessible to everything. Highly recommended.

Service one of the best from the porters to the check in clerks to the restaurant staff. Highly recommended I will definitely stay there again.

Cannot fault one major thing at the Emperador Hotel Buenos Aires — only small thing is the coffee at breakfast is not 5 star similar to everything else in this establishment. I would stay only at this hotel if I return to Buenos Aires.

Nice rooms, less than adequate bathrobes, considering it's a five star hotel, terrible guest service — they would not permit a visitor to come to my room saying I already had double occupancy! I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I have never experienced this lack of consideration and customer service in any hotel — even two star motels are more gracious than the people at the Emperador hotel.

They charge you as a 5 star and at breakfast if you want to have a good coffee… you will be charged separately!

A very nice hotel with very nice people. The park with its plants is beautiful and magical.

The reception and the living room are great. The food is very good. The service is very good. The qualifications lack a bit of ventilation and renovation above all. They're pretty old. The showers have like a bit of that white tartar-type color in the METAR or oxide… they have plastic curtains. The closets are old they have a bit of a moisture smell. The shutters on the windows are heavy to climb. There's a little moisture in it. But snaps. They need to recycle the rooms again.

Elegant, sober and peaceful place. Beautiful garden for dinner or snacking and share a good time.

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars! Only the room size is appropriate. Care products are only for 1 person and are not supplemented after consumption. The breakfast buffet is very limited.

Located next to the main train station in Retiro. The hotel has a bit of old chique to it. There is a newly renovated lobby bar and a garden where they serve drinks and food. Sadly no outside pool. It's in the basement next to the gym. Rooms are very spacious and the shower is the best. It's so powerful! Internet is free, but disconnects all the time. There is mini bar and a safe in the room. The beds are not very good I think. They are much to soft. Breakfast is ok, but the coffee they serve there is awfully. So you have to pay extra to get a descent cup of coffee. Staff is super helpful!

Great Hotel, friendly staff, huge well kept rooms. But like previous reviews very surprised that there was not complimentary coffee and water supplied in the room, something even lower star hotels do around the world.

Big rooms, very very nice staff, nice garden and lobby. You can open the windows in the rooms which is very convenient, too! You can't expect a modern hotel, but a really nice atmosphere and a great time.

I'm staying at the Emperor Hotel since the year 2007. It is a wonderful hotel with an excellent location but especially with an unbeatable staff.

For reasons of an event visit the common areas. It's outdated. Good location.

A hotel recommended at 100 x 100 the attention from the first moment is excellent. They always make you feel at home. The rooms are huge us. The beds are of a square and a half. And the breakfast is the best there is everything to start the morning in the best way. The pool is located in the basement next to the gym. Has free parking space/garage guest leg.

The hotel is very nice and the staff quite friendly. We were disappointed this morning when an early breakfast was not ready at 06:30 as we had been promised at check-in the day before. Since we were being picked up at 06:45 we didn't get to try their breakfast which normally is not served until 07:00.5 stars for the hotel, 1 star for the breakfast.

Very good hotel, conveniently located near the center of the city, but very easy access, so you do not waste time to get there in the middle of downtown. Spacious rooms, tasty breakfast and efficient customer service.

Very nice hotel, great service. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful. Tip for tourists, is cheaper if you book using booking com or any other hotel booking app than going directly to the hotel. They have a nice indoor pool, gym and spa. The prices are low comparing to other hotels in that location. Great to go with family as they have connecting rooms, parking for your car and a really nice patio. The TV service could be better and internet isn’t that fast, but great price/service balance. We will come back.

Worst customer service ever! Will never select a hotel that receives a passenger which has not sleep all night, has gone thru a terrible airline experience and still makes them wait for one hour (and counting! ). Wonder why their sales are not good? No business will be successful with such awful treatment to customers!

Good food, good wine and draught beer. Nice hotel and staff.

Bit of an old fashioned hotel. 10 minutes walk from the train station and Plaza San Martin. The bar has a huge TV showing mostly soccer. There is a nice walled in garden, but not much sun. A shame there is no outdoor pool either. It's located in the basement next to the gym. There is a sauna as well. Rooms are a bit dark and it's impossible to find a power outlet near your bed. About the beds… They are the worst. Every time I stay here my back hurts after a few nights. Lumpy, bumpy and worn. Breakfast buffet is so so. Except for the coffee. It's definitely the worst coffee I've ever had in a long time. Brought my own instant. Staff is very nice and helpful though.

In General, the hotel is beautiful, perhaps with some details to improve. The staff leaves to be desired. Very good cleaning, as well as care in the tearoom serving the breakfast. Excellent location. On the higher floors have an excellent view to the Federal Capital. Hotel preferred.

Stylish hotel with good service. The food is good.

It is a nicely equipped hotel for sure. But the front desk service must to be improved. they treat customers differently by their looks and the money they spend. we are treated very rudely because we used expedia special and was asked pay extra 77 pesos city tax when we checked out. We never heard about that kind of tax before. We asked the guy at the desk to show us the regulation but he backed out. anyway in general the front desk consisted of very rude personalities. We will never go back to this hotel.

This is the second time I am visiting the hotel and for me it is a very nice place to stay. Nice, big rooms, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is extensive with a lot of variety of choices. The location is next to the railway station and most of the town is easily reached by taxi. Only downside is that the walls are like paper, so it can be quite noisy when people walk over the hallway.

I had really bad attention by the receptionist. After wait by 15 minutes to be assisted, the receptionist said me that he can't attend my request to keep my bike in the parking zone because he had to attend the checking outs of the people behind me and just then he could attend for my parking book. I felt that he not considered me like a client because I was there by a company event.

I defraudo totally because I went in with the idea of having dinner at the restaurant, which does not work, habierlo known would have chosen another hotel, on the other hand the food was dreadful, there is no relationship between price and service, I do not taste anything, the waiters take a long time to respond.

View of the river = old dump. No water in site. Same old breakfast junk. $40. Internet is horrible and $20 per day. And to top it off I got free BED BUGS.
