They charged me and do not take my reservation I had to ignore the payment
no one attends no one takes over.

I've never seen so much dirt, mushroom baths, hallways, carpets so dirty! Total disgust.

I am currently staying at the hotel… the hot water hasn't been around for three hours… a janitor told us it was fixed and when we didn't get hot we asked another janitor again because he had changed his shift and told us it hasn't been fixed yet, obviously we can't bathe in the middle of July in cold water and I have a year-and-a-half-year-old son. The reservation was with a child under 1 year and a half and they had not prepared the room, they brought me a practicaluna that does not lock and the mattress is broken… because of how expensive they charge they have uncomfortable 17-inch TV beds, the Tel doesn't walk and you can hear the noises of the old facilities they have. For the price of the double you have better hotels… The four stars they mention have them only if they subis the blind and this starry night.

Great hotel, with super friendly staff. They made our stay very comfortable and had breakfast ready for us even though we had to leave at 4:30am. Gracias 👏🏼🇦🇷🌟

This is an excellent central location. You can walk to the Retiro bus and train stations (about 20 minutes), Puerto Madero and other points of interest. The subway is not nearby but there is Metrobus station (Santa Fe) on boulevard 9 de julio. However, the hotel itself is rather old and needs renovation. Everything looks worn out. But for the price it is a good deal. The breakfast on the first floor is a nice spread of breads, cheese and ham. There is also juice, coffee, tea and cereal. There is some type of fruit each day.

It is ok. Nothing of the other world. The terraces they promote are not open to everyone, but to certain rooms.

They don't answer messages!
They have an email for human resources that does not work, I wrote in their booking box asking for the most respectful if they could communicate any other mail and even bother to respond.
Later call and TB responded to me in a very antipatica — surely it is the same person — and gives me the mail of Ambassador Hotel to get me off, when I had asked precisely for human resources.
If the ' ' management ' ' that responds here is not the same person who decided not to answer my question in the mail, and respond with pride by phone, I suggest you see the work of this employee and teach him to respect and respond to all who write, whether they are customers or not.
Incredible as in this country there is no culture of customer service. With my experience of life in the USA I would have dealt with the radically different issue, starting with always answering all communications.
With this said, for the tourist who is reading this, I do not know the hotel and perhaps the service as a guest is excellent. My ratings are only intended for the person who desatendio me.

It is a very good hotel with a great location especially for that much travel for work. The attention is very friendly, is a well preserved old hotel making it even better hotel. I recommend it for that coming and going all the time or for tourists who want to have all fence without paying much more.

Very well located, impeccable attention and prices are more than reasonable. It is a bit old and may need to be renewed. Has great opportunities for improvement in the restaurant. I recommend it for anyone, if you want comfort and cleanliness, it does not require the frills and you have a tight budget.
