I went to a multi-day event, not to stay. All very well, good buffet, good lighting, attentive staff and well prepared.

Spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the rooms should probably be renovated.

A high level Hotel, quality, commitment and attention would be the best definitions for an establishment that is committed to excellence. I Personally had the pleasure of being a guest and I totally recommend it.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Close to Patio Bullrich, near the Retiro station, subway stations around. You can walk to Florida Street quietly.
The hotel has American breakfast included, it is comfortable, the rooms clean, spacious and with good light. The showers are quite uncomfortable. Spotless Service, we asked for more bed coat and they brought us in a minute.
I will return to Feirs Park.

The Presidential suite is excellent. The restaurant with space between tables, few people, 3-step menu. In a secluded and quiet part of the Retiro area, between Plaza San Martín and Recoleta, invites you to take an unusual but interesting walk.

Very nice Hotel, swimming pool on top of the building with a fantastic view on the harbour of Buenos Aires. We spent some wonderful days here, also because of the staff which is very sympathetic and helpful.

Very nice hotel in a good location for the main parts Buenos Aires Rooms very large and has s nice rooftop pool. Food good at breakfast and reasonable value for lunch and dinner but there are a lot of alternatives in a short walk. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A very nice classic hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are very spacious and all have their own kitchenette, work desk and wardrobe/closet. The bathrooms. They are spacious too and have a bathtub. The beds are very comfortable and on the high floors there is very nice view. It's a good one to stay in.

Staff was very friendly. Attentive to our needs. House keeping/room service were great. The bar/restaurant staff were quick with our orders & exact. The 4 of us would stay again.

Hotel in the city center. Not far from the Plaza San Martin. To El Obelisko 1, 5 km on foot.
The staff is not only polite and experienced. He's trying not to disturb you.
Large clean rooms. In the room there is a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a safe, a bathroom well equipped.
Shampoo, air conditioners and shower gels are not spared here.
On the 13th floor, enjoy a drink in the evening and cool off in the pool.

Very good attention. The rooms are large and comfortable; The dining room is very nice. Breakfast is complete but for a hotel of that category you would lack some details, anyway they have the basics and I was surprised that they have salmon. Excellent bakery.

I was working as a guide for football teams from different countries who stayed at the hotel and the service is excellent, they cater to you in the best way and they provide help to whatever you need.
The food is great, very rich and they prepare it in the best way the chefs are very good, and they have excellent seasoning.
I definitely recommend it.

The bathroom is small and requires repairs (the mirror is deteriorated and the paint flakes)

Comfortable rooms. Good watch. Valet parking at the same price as parking in the area. Rich and varied breakfast. Good dinner card. Careful place. It has a pool on the top floor with excellent view.

Pros: Comfortable, clean and very functional rooms. Breakfast although good, was exactly like every day, so on the third day already was monotonous and unappetizing. Lifts a little small and slow considering the amount of rooms and the volume of people entering and exiting. Cons: The staff was inflexible to provide a meeting room allowing us to complete an activity that we could not finish at the University under excuses without sense from my point of view.
