I was at a product presentation at a working breakfast. Excellent facilities. Large and illuminated rooms. Good food. Times failed. For example, at fifteen minutes the coffee of the dispencer was finished and it took more than twenty-five minutes to replenish it.

I had a terrible experience. They over charged me with non-stipulated taxes showed online just because I decided to pay cash in lieu of card. They decided to change the fares once I checked in. Make sure to pay in advance and set the fares clearly with the front desk manager. Or simply stay somewhere else, an honest and transparent hotel for a change.

Great rooms, great staff! Breakfast was OK. The only drawback we found was that the Spa is a bit disappointing. It's in the basement, not staffed, and with only a small steam room and relaxation area. The spa is in good condition but it definitely doesn't feel like a nice spa facility. Also $4 (USD) per cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine that's in the room seemed a bit excessive when hotels all over the world (especially of this caliber) offer free coffee in the room.

Very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Clean very spacious rooms. The gym could be better equipped. Very good location.

Hotel staff were pleasant and engaging. Restaurant staff was not great — generally poor service for breakfasts. They spent too much time talking to each other or looking at their phones and not engaging guests. Room was very nice — good size and layout. Temperature control was fine. Pool area was very nice — relaxing. Location is good. I got a late check out which I really appreciated. I would certainly stay here again.

Check in and check out were a great experience. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff very nice. Near lots of good restaurants. Breakfast could have a little more variety, and the street noise was noticeable. Overall a great hotel — would stay here again.

Rooms in the back are larger and quieter but older. Rooms facing the street are newly renovated but noisier. Breakfast is good. Service needs improvement, mainly at the bar and at the breakfast buffet, where staff was borderline rude.

The Hotel and its staff is fantastic! My friend and I stayed there in Novemver 2015 for 9 days and we had the most comfortable, welcoming, and friendly stay we ever had in a hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy. The staff make you feel at home and they help us in everything we need (Emiliano even help us to make appointment for hair dresser! ) everybody from front desk, the bar, housekeeping and bellman were amazing and really helpful. We really enjoy the food, specially breakfast. High quality and fresh. I will stay here for sure in my next trip to Buenos Aires.
