Spotlessly clean. Spacious quiet room which is well decorated. In of the best parts of the city. Definitely will stay here again. I can recommend this hotel.

Great hotel situated arguably in the best part of Buenos Aires. Front of house and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly, comfortable clean and tidy rooms. English speaking staff at the front desk were a huge help. Downside … get rid of the baths and create decent showers and add variety to the breakfasts. The same thing after day 3 became monotonous. And the only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 star rating was the terrible moping inattentive and unhappy breakfast staff. Seriously why would I want to start my day with that?!

Beautiful Buenos Aires Hotel Intersur Recoleta is a great hotel in the heart of the Recoleta district. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Most of the staff speak english which made things much easier to get and give information. The room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom had nowhere to put a toiletry bag.

The service is very poor, one day the water from the shower was very murky, I was charged a penalty of 80 dollars for having an accident with the floor with the linen on the bed, but they do not provide you the place to do it. They have No complaints, clarification and resolution mechanisms. They castle saying it's a 4 star place and that's why they don't.

Rooms are kinda small, small double beds and ac does not get as cold as I would prefer.

Bad to that charge you $150/day of parking for vehicle and the cost of washing in the hotel is too expensive.
