Excellent location, great to visit during the weekend when the artisan fair is going on.

It's a nice hotel but I think the Jacuzzi should be in function. The beds could be much bigger. The breakfast could have more options for those that eat healthy. The staff is excellent.

I remember being given a penthouse as a gift, I had booked a smaller piece. They were very kind to me. I was in front of the Cemetery of La Recoleta. A spectacular panorama. Also a few steps from the Biela. I also want to add that the cleanliness could be better.

The lobby and restaurant pretty good, good breakfast. Rooms need full renovation. Carpets and curtains stained and worn. Beds with expired mattresses, old bath, bed, very old toilets in regular state.

The place was clean and the breakfast very good, however the bathroom had maintenance details to fix.

I do not like the spa opens at 10 but they serve 10.30 because "they have to clean" then they do not open at 10… The place in the pool lacks heating, the showers do not have hot water… You have Q come with cap to enter the pool and as you do not inform you are obliged to buy it. We spent 7 friends a Full Day Spa and it was spectacular! Beautiful hotel, with garage and valet parking service, Modern and comfortable facilities, heated pool, gym, massage session, solarium on the terrace and exquisite snack!

We went with friends to spend a day at Spa. We didn't stay at the hotel. The hotel outside looks like a 1980 hotel never remodeled. The spa shows that it is quite new but has signs of lack of maintenance. We had a good one, but because we waved it.

They stole some RayBan lenses from Me when I left the car in the garage and they didn't take over. Do not trust those who park the car inside the hotel because of my bad experience they steal valuables. The two times I was had no cable and does not walk the TV. Take care.

The location is great. The hotel is outdated, does not work the jacuzzi of the bathroom, do not offer any kindness like toothbrush or comb. The pool is beautiful, but also lacks maintenance. They force you to use a bathing cap to enter and they charge you! The view of the terrace is breathtaking.

Awesome location and views … The front desk clerk in the morning I believe his name is Nestor was the only friendly staff member in the entire hotel. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak… The rooms are huge but has very limited amount of furniture and the furniture that was there is least 25 years old… This hotel could be a gem but it needs new owners. The carpets are stained. The hot tubs in the room are huge but disgusting. Ou.

The hotel is old, not very well kept, tiles broken, the bobbins were lost, the carpets do not look good. Breakfast is not very good, it's basic. The staff were very attentive and the room was very good. Not good housekeeping, just tend the bed. The location is excellent, the room and the hotel in general has large and comfortable spaces.

The location is very good close to the Recoleta walks, the view to the river from the terrace is very nice. Excellent service, from the reception to the restaurant where the waiters are extremely attentive. The facilities are fine although maintenance is lacking in some sectors (pool).

I visited a friend marriage staying there. I met the suite and I was at the 14th floor spa. Excellent place with magnificent view of the Recoleta. I took pictures. Expensive cafeteria.

First impressions seems okay. In a good location for tourists. The place is in need of modernisation. Swim pool, sauna on 14th floor with fantastic views to the sea & over cemetery. Pool & pool roof is missing tiles. Monthly & daily membership for Pool Sauna & gym available. Use of these for one day costs 350 pesos for non-hotel residents.

Lost refinement. Ill maintained. Old facilities. Breakfast with no toaster. Windows that must be closed with screws to lack of handles. Wifi lousy. Shower curtains broken.

Good hotel but of other times. Very dated, it needs good renovations. Inadequate staff like the rundown services.

Rather old hotel, spacious room with details of maintenance. Excellent location in recoleta, very good view from some rooms. I forgot the wallet and staff returned it to me.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Stay in the 3-6 of January 2016. Photos appearing on the internet all reflect the State of the Hotel. It is much worse. It is not a luxury hotel; It has basic amenities, it is clean and comfortable, but it is not refurbished. The bathroom is obsolete, old. It is good to stay a night in passing. The breakfast is continental Basic almost no personnel attending to guests. The hotel service is poor, does not abound with the guest to help / guide about the city. Security is terrible, the last day stole us the wallet of the lobby and the hotel personnel showed no hint of empathy. They would not even call the police and also wanted to check the videos. They were put on the defensive and not helped us. I read other reviews of other guests what has happened other times. I can to suggest that burglaries are internal staff. Definitely not again I never again and advise that you not. Very bad experience.

Excellent location and very good service. But it robs you of a few points by not having a good signal (Wi-Fi) in the Versailles lounge or in the bedroom.

We step hosted for two nights. The location is very good. The attention was excellent at all times. The rooms are correct and very clean. The breakfast is full, varied and abundant. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, we stayed on the seventh floor. It is a choice highly recommended. Would come back definitely.

The main draw of this hotel apart from its central location are its rooftop balcony terrace and the pool one floor up which offer amazing views of the Recoleta cemetery and surrounding neighborhood.

Perfect, all you have to have a hotel! beautiful 2 days, the breakfast very complete. And the location is excellent.

The other reviews describe the decor accurately. A bit dated and the breakfast gets a little boring after a few days BUT the staff are amazing. They were very helpful and friendly to the end. Also, while I was there my friend had a stroke so I had to stay a few more days while he recovered. They did everything they could to accommodate me including offering a cut down rate for the room while I looked after my friend. I was touched. Also, Recoleta is a great central location and easy for the taxi drivers to take you back to with only basic minimal espanol.

I was there with 10 mines! 10 the hotel.

The hotel is old and neglected. Do I have read that they reformed it in 2008, which?. As how would it be before!. It is not a 4 star hotel. The bathroom without words. There are many fondas with most decent bathrooms. We complain about the State of the room and they wanted us to change to another better. It was the same old and neglected but larger muuuchoo. We switched from hotel. I do not think it worthwhile to stay there only for the views.
