I'm not satisfied.
I looked at the previous reviews and trusted… I hurt the Room smelled, air conditioning didn't work, a crazy heat sleeping with the window open besides the insects coming in facing a nearby river cascade that made a hellish noise, in short you couldn't rest…

The staff were nice.

We ended up at this hotel for a leisure auction offer.
Old Hotel, inside the room little cleanliness, shattered curtains, the bedding smells old, beds of springs, the sink divided into two apartments, the WC in a claustrophobic site and with little ventilation.
I hope they can improve, why for the same price or a little more, you find better-cared and more comfortable facilities.

SUBASTAOCIO horrible Hotel very old looks like a very old Tele hospital that doesn't even look good, horrible beds to be able to sleep and they put single beds no double bed many noises at night does not work nor the air, has no hairdryer and theme cleaning leaves a lot q EU wish, parking in the street at 100 meters and dark that we did not get no option to pay another type of parking we will not return.

Good value for money Clean, comfortable beds, breakfast included and free parking. Very friendly staff.

The pipes make noise, the hotel is old. We had problems with the waiters, very rude. Lots of people and lots of waiting time for dinner.

We were unable to sleep all night by an unbearable noise from pipes and water heaters. Cheap is expensive. We spent one night saving a bit. The hotel is from the years 50 and has stayed at that time. The TV in the room was from the years 80 and in white and red (as you hear it) it is worth paying €20 more and go to a decent hotel. I would change the name to the hotel by the Monster family hotel, because if you want to spend a sleepless night and going scary, of course that is a good option to keep in mind.

The hotel is correct. You got what you pay for, no more, no less. The staff were very nice and the room was very good.
Breakfasts include egg, sausage, bacon, croissant, bread, cereals, biscuits, and other typical breakfasts.
The rooms are comfortable and have a "large" bathtub (I measure 1 ' 83 and barely had entered) and the WC is outside the bathroom. The furniture is a bit dated and the TVs also but I don't think you go to Andorra to stay locked in the hotel.

A large room with an extra thin door without a lock or latch. Tube TV or CRT K emits blurry or pixelated images, no channel is properly viewed. It also emits a buzz while the TV is on. The TV control is not working. The room looks clean. Full breakfast.

The TV could improve the same Q channels. Friendliness of some bartenders a little disappointing. And finally the beds and pillows pretty inconmodas.

It's a 2 star, even if you put 3. Everything smells of dust, furniture, decor and bath of the 70 without updating. Uncomfortable mattress and blankets scratch. The television is small tube, without command and with interference. 2 star breakfast, just very fair, although enough. Cheap but cramped parking.

The rooms was quite nice, but the food, specialy for the dinner was not so good, even there was possibility to choose from several different dishes none of them was good, maybe the catalán salads was not bad.

We found it impossible to rest in this hotel: The pillows are very uncomfortable (full of lumps) and all night long you hear the chains of the toilets of the whole plant. Also our room had a door that communicated with another and the only thing that prevented the door from opening was a tiny bolt.
The best: The water pressure of the shower and the cleanliness of the room.
We will not stay at this hotel again because the fact of not being able to rest has annoyed us a bit the holiday. It's a shame not to invest in upgrades as simple as it can be the renovation of pillows.

From the outside it looks nice, but the hotel is very old, even the TV (it was stuck with zeal…). Bad housekeeping. The parking is very small and deteriorated, you can not enter or leave with a larger car (+ 2m). Even access to it is ill-conceived, and you have to pay per day. The only thing we value relatively positive is the breakfast, quite complete. We do not recommend or repeat, bad experience.

I have been charged a supplement for the child who has just turned 2 years old. The parking is charged, the free is out to have to walk about 100 meters, do not have hair dryer. For this price it has to be much better. The beds were very good and the bed linen. A little fatal TV will never come back. And in the breakfast yogurts expired. Noise at night.

It's not a 3 star at my discretion. He's missing a good reform. The TV doesn't work, the bathrooms horrible, now I'm going to have breakfast to see that…

Very filthy. They didn't change even the sheets when we arrived on a pillow had a lot of hairs. The floor full of hairs I've even nailed. The bathroom tiles would make it as a century that they did not clean them. Come on, I never bumped into such a filthy hotel.

Very cheap and clean rooms. You can park your car in the Underground car park. Nice staff, nothing to criticize.

It is an old 3 star hotel Nothing special besides there is no airco in the rooms and the breakfast is very modest but it is well located there is free parking and the night is pretty good price.

Very nice hotel with great views and in walking distance to shopping and food. The hotel serves a very nice breakfast and the lounge has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is well located with a bus line in front which brings to Andorra la Vieille. It is a pity that the rooms are not modern and an old TV that has no image quality in addition. But if it's that to sleep that's enough.

The food is horrible and staff unfriendly.

This hotel is quite complete for a few days, but what less I liked about this hotel was that the rooms had a pretty poor quality TV that's
10 channels that you wanted to see 9 didn't work and the only one that worked was going badly, and the elevator was also very bad quality than if I could

that is full of dust and up and down it goes extremely slow.

A small supermarket. Good fresh fruit and vegetables, prices are normal. Nearest large supermarket in Sant Julia de Loria:

Everything is old and broken. Walls, door handles. There are no door locks. There are holes in the walls and doors. The bathroom fixtures leak everywhere. The heater was too hot in all of the rooms our party occupied and temp could not be adjusted. Thermostats didn't respond. Cleanliness was questionable as we encountered several spiders and insects while going to bed. They have tiny cathode ray tube TVs from the 1990s. Although there are some good quality TV channels, they are grainy on all the sets except the LCD in the lobby. Having an included breakfast was nice but the powdered eggs were awful. The sliced meat and cheese should not be for human consumption. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

We spent one night, and we will not return, the worst restaurant, bad food, cold and the waitress with very bad manners.

Very basic and a bit outdated. The cleaning is poor and the restaurant pesimo.

I am allergic to dust and in the room and at the reception I spent the whole time crying and with a lot of mucus. On my last night I had to get up early, wet a towel and put on clean up, because I was impossible to sleep. The sheets had hairs. The cistern to hear too strong.

Budget Hotel, is not the great thing but it has the basics for a stay of a couple of days.
