Good location away from the hustle and bustle of Andorra. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff and very stocked breakfast.

The most: Welcoming and smiling staff, plus they speak several languages. Spacious rooms with large closets. Sweet and salty breakfast very good.

Cons: The rooms are dark. There is no sound insulation so you could hear the TV from the other rooms. No adjustable heating, no air conditioning, no fridge. If you want to have the hotel car park you will have to pay 10 euros per day otherwise finding a place outside is very difficult and also paying.

The Hotel is very good The rooms are very spacious and well kept. I loved to arrive in the afternoon and feel clean smell. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The truth is that we were very well. The only downside is that the walls are very thin and you hear everything. From behind there is a river that passes a lot of water and I was afraid to feel the noise.
For everything else, it is a hotel that I recommend without hesitation.

At the reception they help you to get to know nearby sites and solve doubts. Buffet breakfast is simple but complete.

Positive: everything. To start the staff of 10, super friendly and very attentive. The breakfast we loved, it was not very varied but it was all good. Cleanliness of the room an 8.5. The room had radio that co trolaban them from the front desk, it is a detail that we liked very much because a low volume was cool. We had a push button on each side of the bed that went up and down the shutters, the one in the sink also went up and down like this.
Parking in the area was very good, there was always and quite cheap. Sometimes there was even free parking.
Negative: They had no kitchen to offer food or dinner, there was only choice of breakfast.
Conclusion: We would definitely return.

He probably has a spare star. A real mess. Just arriving we got a room without doing it, we moved to a bigger one with the perforated blankets, the incomodísimas beds, the Flojísima heating and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Of course, we won't repeat.

I don't see it as a 4 star hotel even though the hotel has improvements made (a facelift). Anyway, according to my experience the value for money is good. Our quadruple room was very spacious. Much more than the cuadrples rooms we have gone to in other hotels. The breakfast place on the first floor is small for the people we had breakfast at once. The breakfast buffet was not excessive but it was fine. Some things ran out and were not reposed. The hotel's parking is payable. It's always full. The best option is the Blue Zone of DIA and if you do not find blue area. At night the municipal parking is in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help you with everything. In spite of everything it is a good option advisable.

I knew about this hotel which is pretty outdated by the reviews. It is common in some 4 star hotels that hold on to their fame without making reforms until it is about to caérseles the 4th star.
That would be the least of it, since the staff is also very friendly, if it were not for details that do not depend on how old it is: soap dispensers in the bathroom like in a bar or a gym, TV that looked pretty bad, Wi-Fi very slow in case of a service inavaile Event in a place where you can not use roaming and breakfast very disappointing (the cereals were past — mealy-, the juice, of poor quality — even if it is machine, there are decent ones, cheap cold meat and very little variety for a four star, which should offer Hot dishes). For 79 euros a double room seems totally excessive.
Also, we were charged extra for a 2kg puppy that could only stay in the room.

4 star Hotel which is actually 3 with some elegant details. The best are the spacious rooms: entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, double washbasin with large bath + toilet-bidet, room with large comfortable beds of 110cm, desk and with enough space to feel comfortable without stress. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would repeat without hesitation.

Very nice hotel not far from Andorra, clean and spacious nice rooms, breakfast with choice.

For a 4 star hotel I waited more. Good breaksfast, the rooms where not insonoritzed and you could hear all for the neighbours.

My little family and I were at this place in August 2016 in this beautiful hotel and enjoyed this place surrounded by a sublime nature.

It is a hotel with a good price and spacious rooms. I've been about 4 times and I have been able to be in different floors and rooms. The rooms look a little old as the accessories (hair Dryer, TV,. ). And the free Buffet Breakfast is very scarce variety. But even with all this it is a good hotel and at a price of laughter.
