I stayed there two days for the Easter holidays and I can say, from my experience, that the hotel staff, above all, the front desk and the dining room, is lovely and attentive. I wanted to change rooms because I loved her with two beds, instead of one, and they didn't put any problems. We had a little health mishap and they struggled and worried about helping us. The only negative I find is that the two elevators are too small for so many rooms and that these were not well sound proof as you could hear everything going on outside. If I go back to Andorra, I will definitely stay there again. Besides, I plan to recommend it.

Booked this place as it was advertised to be 60% off thinking it was worth the full value. The lobby was nice, but our room on the fourth floor was very out dated including the bathroom. The hallway smelled of strong cigarette odour. The mattress could have been harder and the overall look freshen up. However, we were very pleased with the breakfast buffet. Nice fresh food and the staff was constantly filling the platters. Good enough if you get a deal on the room with breakfast.

The hotel is old and as they say the room is big and well heated although it smelled a lot like tobacco.
The old bathroom and the shower water came out just hot.
The cleanliness of the bathroom is also better, there were hairs everywhere, in the bidet and in the shower.
The carpet also needs cleaning, it was noticeable when walking in socks around the room.

Quadruple room with two children. Uncomfortable beds. The food is a menu from which you choose first and second, not buffet, although the food is OK and the waiter very friendly.

Perfect Hotel, spacious rooms for two adults and a child of 8 sleeps very well and rests, the appearance of the rooms is old, carpet on the floor baths of the years 80 but well hot water. Old Cupboards Although the look is old you sleep great which is what you wanted it for. Breakfast and comfortable we made them out next door there is a bar that breakfasts great and has a great dinner. For what we used the room was all perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
-Parking: Very small, very difficult to enter and park. Almost better to leave it on the street.
-Rooms: stale, very old decor. It's not pleasant to look at. Dark and carpeted rooms that, at least in the one we were in, smelled bad, to ye oldie Goldie.
The room was for two adults and one child and we found three single beds, two of them together, with bedspreads from the same time as the furniture. And since we talked about the beds, I measured 1, 80 and my feet stood out. Ideal to go in winter.
From the TV I'll just mention what my son said: Look, Dad, a TV square! There are small TVs and then there is our room. Tiny is little.
The bathroom old, matching room, but it was clean.
Honestly it was a disappointment because it is well located and I think with an investment in redecorating I would gain a lot.
We'll be back when that happens, not even a joke.

All carpeted. The room smelled of pee and the bathroom lost water making noise all night. In the room they leave you a coffee machine with two capsules, because the coffee maker was not going and the cups were sticky. Breakfast is not included and is worth €6 per head. For that price, I recommend the bar Roses that is in the parallel street in front of the entrance, where they make an omelet and some brutal torradas.

The truth that relation quality price is correct. It is an old hotel but care, the attention depend on who you attend because Havia a woman a little empanada but the rest D staff correct. For dinner there is the food is homemade and is very good, that if the breakfast a little poor for my taste would miss something like salted ham or chorizo, more variety of juices… and the TV d the room of so small almost not seen from the bed, but as I say for the price you can not ask for more. With my partner IA is the second time we have gone and will be sure to return.

Good value for money in high season… not bad. That yes they need a good facelift and especially a change of mattresses that have to form. Breakfast is not bad.

Cold rooms, we asked for the room change twice, and the three rooms we saw had the bathroom dirty. There is No Wi-Fi to the rooms. Breakfast is the standard (the cereals were softened and the fruit too green…). In theory the time for breakfast at 10am, but if at 9:30h you ask for hard boiled egg, they tell you that no longer remains.

Good for the price/quality, a bit old, but clean and careful. We had a little incident with Pàrquing Square, but everything was arranged in 5min.

Well we went for a night and very well.
The dinner and the breakfast very well too.
The dinner is not buffet, but the dishes they have are great and well served, breakfast if buffet.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would book again one night.
It is a hotel to go to eat and sleep.

Clean and tidy place. Very nice staff. Cheap dry cleaning (for 4 shirts asked aprox 6 euros). Internet in my room was pretty weak though (lived in 106). Daily room cleaning and new towels and shower gel and shampoo.

In relation to various comments that people often do, and after our experience. I have to say that despite not being in the Centre of Andorra, hotel's location is exceptional since it is within the population. The team of the hotel is extraordinary and totally homemade and abundant food.
To date our customers leave satisfied and delighted with the service. We have already spent years visiting this wonderful family and at the moment, and no true queja. La, is that they don't know that most do for their guests.
In summary:
Well it is true that much more sweet sugar, we think that value for money is excellent.
