Very friendly staff that speak English and are willing to go above and beyond to help. Great value for money!

Large rooms, comfortable beds, large bathroom.
Small flat: Restaurant only a buffet.

We arrived around midnight and they had prepeared a cold dinner for us. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Food was great. Would defiantly reccomend this place.

Dinner; of 19.30 to 22.30, for as you do not go soon, do not repose. We went down at 21 and there were no desserts, because… not replenished!
The rooms, you leave bail of €30 to return it in perfect condition, until there well, because they should give it in perfect condition, not with the rubber of the bath loose, nor stains on walls and ground. It's not what it was anymore.

Lovely and attentive staff. Clean rooms. Pets allowed. Breakfast and dinner buffet very correct. There is light in the halls, but as in most hotels, they light up with the movement. Good value for money Little Spa but with a bit of everything. Very good location.

A weekend at the hotel but we will definitely not be back. A 4 * hotel not far away, in the hallways of the rooms there is no light, Pequeñisima cuisine, breakfast and dinner scarce and of poor quality. In a 4 * hotel you can't get three trays of food. The right room.

We booked a package with Secret Escapes and Hotel Mu was the accommodation for this package. The hotel itself is pleasant enough and although our room was small, we had everything we could need in that space as well as a token balcony. The shower in the room was great. A few other pointers in quick-fire just to cover them over: 1. Don't trust name badges, English IS spoken but I had to resort to Google translate on a couple of occasions with one particular reception member. 2. The "spa" isn't worth it and there is damp above the hot tub and the "hot" tub isn't hot and there is damp on the ceiling above it. 3. If you are picky with your food, don't rely on the half-board buffet… it's not great. I was okay but my wife had some issues with it. 4. I skinned my finger on the chair in the restaurant on the 1st night as the seat was not secured to the legs… not a pleasant experience and it's still not totally healed. 5. Transport is unreliable at best. The free ski bus isn't particularly punctual and the taxis (all 4 that there must be in the area) will turn up when they want to and not when you ask them to be there. All in all, the hotel is fine for a budget stay, just don't set your expectations too high and I'm sure the hotel is fine if you have your own transport. If you are looking for ease and relaxation, stay in La Massana.

Hotel is lovely — it's clean, warm and cosy. The staff are very helpful and can't do enough to make sure you have a good stay. The food's good, if a bit random, but this is first time we've stayed half board so perhaps that's normal. We never struggled to find anything we both liked. The spa is brilliant too, the outside hot tub is right on the road but it's worth it, even if you only go in once! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the location, it's a little remote and although there are free buses running to the slopes, they're pretty inconsistent with the timings. That said most people seem to have come with secret escapes and for the price we paid it was an absolute bargain, even if you factored in the costs of taxis to the slopes. Would definitely recommend :).

I see the other reviews and… does not seem q talk from the same site. Delighted with the hotel (with facilities), the service and the location. A special mention to the service.

The staff tries to compensate for the shortcomings of an establishment whose most defining adjective would be: outdated
Standard room, good size, bad TV, normal mattress, large bathroom (with shower, have no tubs), good air conditioning. With typical hotel opaque curtains. Half board more than acceptable at buffet self-service system (do not understand people who complained, wonder that they will eat in their homes…).
Free parking more than enough on the street. Close to VallNord (Pal-Arinsal and Ordino-alkali).

Well all, personal treatment and facilities, only lack have Wifi in the avitan.

The 4 stars are not seen by any normalita room, bathroom with shower rather poor, normalito, horrible and insufficient food. Do not go to the SPA, do not work half of the showers, sauna and cold water of the Jacuzzi is equal. The only good thing is that you can park easily in front of the hotel.
