Even thought the nature is good your experience there is highly depended on the staff. The staff is perfect the boys and girls there make yiur stay worth it. But I had chance to see the owners and the reality of what I was watching is terrible. The bosses of that place are terrible human beings the way they treated their staff is not alright. I cant believe how hard work they do and they get that treatment back. Its just unacceptable. The whole reason the stay in this hotel is good is only form that wonderful staff they make it worth it.

The Hotel Thethi is set in one of the most breathtaking locations I’ve ever seen — truly among the most beautiful in the world — surrounded by spectacular mountains. The scenery is so stunning it feels almost spiritual. On top of that, the hotel is beautifully appointed, the food is delicious, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. All in all, a perfect 10/10 experience.

The room was awesome, the views are spectacular, the bathtub is great add especially in the cold weather. The stuff really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to stay there!

We stayed here for 3 nights in September. The setting of the hotel is amazing, you can't beat the views from the terrace. The breakfast was good, evening meal is a set menu and is reasonably priced. However doesn't change that much each night. This isn't too much of a issue though as there is another hotel a 5 minute walk away where you can get food. The hotel is still being built and is a bit rough round the edges, with parts still under construction. We had a bath in the room that looked like stone but was actually plastic, it also leaked a bit when you let the water out. There was also one night where we had no hot water. That said it was a lovely stay, the staff couldn't do enough for us and you need to expect some issues like that when you are in one of the remotest villages in Europe! I would recommend a stay.

Mixed experience. Staff were lovely and helpful — food was really good — breathtaking views of the mountains — hotel is very new with nice features. That being said, there isn't a hot tub — it is cold. Don't be fooled by photos! We got a deluxe room but our bathtub was made of plastic and spray painted. Toilet didn't have a door and we couldn't open the window. And we didn't have hot water for both nights we stayed (they blamed the generator).

The hotel exceeded expectations. The food was lovely, the facilities were great and it had the most incredible views. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Particularly Alex who made the experience so much better.

We stayed here for a few nights and I cannot recommend it enough. The views are spectacular, the room was so beautiful and overlooked the mountains. But the staff was the best part, they made you feel at home. Special mention to Aleks who shows us what true hospitality means. Even the owner of the hotel helped us with the transfer of our bags down to our next destination (which was FAR).
They really went above and beyond at every turn. Will hopefully come back one day! Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed at Thethi Hotel for four nights and had a magical visit. The staff welcomed us and made us feel so comfortable in our GORGEOUS room with a magnificent view overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and hearty with wonderful options and lots of coffee! (Great vegetarian options too). The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were wonderful quality. Dinner was delicious — everything was home cooked with fresh ingredients and made with love — we also had the opportunity to meet some wonderful guests who shared travel tips. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Theth!

Super hotel in the heart of Theth.
Fantastic! Amazing view, clean and very comfortable rooms. Very welcoming staff, you feel at home. Wonderful food, especially traditional dishes. 100% recommended for anyone who wants peace, nature and traditional Albanian hospitality.

Excellent place to visit in Theth Albania. The experience was amazing, the staff is incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless modern and very welcoming. The view of the Albanian Alps was absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect escape from the city. Breakfast was included, delicious and plenty of fresh and delicious options. There is a restaurant at the resort with Albanian traditional menu. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Theth!

The hotel offers many beautiful views, making our stay truly special. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the president of the hotel was especially gracious and thoughtful.
The food had a warm, home-cooked feel—it was cozy and comforting, just like being at home.
One of the most touching gestures was during our fast. The president and staff arranged a thoughtful Iftar for us, which showed genuine care and hospitality. It was an unforgettable act of kindness.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The view was beautiful and relaxing, and it really made the experience more enjoyable.
The staff were kind and helpful, always polite and ready to assist when needed.

We loved our stay at the Thethi Hotel, from the very warm welcome from every member of staff, it really is a very special place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Rajmonda the owner and all the staff have made our stay so special in detail! The hotel is so kids friendly and we really felt like we had extra hand to help us with our toddler. The food was so tasty from the auntie, which she went above and beyond to cook something out of the menu for our daughter! Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality!

Amazing stay at Hotel Thethi! The views of the mountains are absolutely stunning, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The traditional food was delicious and felt very home-cooked. A perfect base for exploring Theth. Highly recommend!

This property is not near to a hotel so I will just call it a property.
We contacted the property to book three family rooms next to each other and they confirmed my request. However, upon arriving they told us that one room will be far and since you have no kids it is not a big deal! It is a big deal to me and my family otherwise I would not bother myself to make this request.
The family room description says that the room has one king bed and two twin beds, however the twin beds are just sofa beds which are so uncomfortable.
There are constructions work causing loud noises during the day which ruined my family’s vacation and our relaxation time. The rooms are not complete as electricity cables hanging on the walls are all around the walls and paintings are standing in the floor. The rooms had no TV, no refrigerator, no trash basket, no water boilers, no tea, no complementary water.
There is only one restaurant with limited options and the meet is not Halal which made having dinner there not preferred. The owner told us that food from outside is not allowed inside the property!
The toilet in one of the rooms had no privacy with glass wall with curtains covering half of the space only.
The costs for things were never mentioned and we thought that it is free of charge until we asked them about it and they mentioned a cost which is being recorded on the room’s account.
The only good thing in this property is the view from the nature and the reception worker Alex.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Teth, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service exceeded our expectations. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly helpful — they offered great recommendations for places to visit in the area.
As a lovely touch, they served us fresh cherries for dessert, which was much appreciated. The setting itself is also worth mentioning: the views are stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful and calm. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our meal while taking in the scenery.

This hotel is a gem in Theth, quite a walk from the village but the view and calmness of the area are truly worth it. The owner is very friendly and nice and especially one of the hotel staff, her name is Mona and she is just amazing and professional. Always giving you a nice greeting. Overall, highly recommended!
