Hotel Jezerca Theth

Had lunch here. Warm place that was clean with engaging staff. Enjoyed our lunch together with drinks. No smokers in the restaurant and a great ambience that would make this place a leader in the area.

We ate at this restaurant several times while in Theth. Meals were good, loved the bread and baked cheese! We got the house white wine and it was not good. Would recommend buying a bottle. Overall food was good and fresh, service was slow though.

Lovely place with stunning mountain delicious food at restaurant, very accommodated excellent customer service especially the 3 ladies beng junisia and maricar there so helpful.

Great hotel, clean rooms, beautiful decoration and view. Breakfast was normal for Albania. Friendly staff. I didn't take any pictures but it's just like in the photos on their website.

It was a pleasure staying here with you. Perfect costumer service. Breakfast was great with good variety.
The one small thing worth mentioning is that isolation from kids running and calling in the corridor is not 10/10.

Had dinner at the restaurant, service was great. As a vegan my options were limited here which was a bummer but the waiter was very helpful and understood my requests. The risotto was quite good. The rest of the food was ok. The vibe was nice and they had good music. At some point they started serving all the tables (for free) fruit platters which was really cute of them.

Very disappointing experience.

The staff is okay, But very, very bad maintenance and very dirty!
A lot of hairs everywhere, And a lot of dust!
I don’t think anyone washed the blankets since they open the hotel.

The hotel reception and all staff of the restaurant were so lovely and accomodating. Prices were all very very good and affordable. The location is absolutely superb with breathtaking balcony views.
Would definetely recommend to anyone and everyone.

We came here for food /dinner. The location is great right in the middle of theth village. We came in really late and most of the restaurants were closed, and initially the waiter here told us the kitchen is closed which geniunely it was as it was past 10, but then they were kind enough to make an exception for us, the chef tells us that he would make us meal! The food hasn't come yet but our hearts are full with their service and hospitality.
We ordered trout and steak, both were in good portion size. The fish was super! Juicy. Steak was also good just a little overcooked. Overall, love it! And yes the cappuccino was on the house ❤️

It was a great experience staying at Jezerca. The rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. We had free drinks and champagne in the room. The hotel is located at a very nice place, with views of the valley. The restaurant served delicious food and the service guys were great. Definitely coming back.

Local run, clean rooms, modern amenities, breakfast and dinner is delicious, great service from staff, on site it the local market and they have a fuel pump, lots of cute good mannered animals roaming the area too — highly recommend.

It’s my second time coming to Theth but this place made me feel like coming back even more.
Very happy with hotel room very clean tidy and fresh, with a beautiful view in the morning or in the evening, and very happy prices.
The restaurant was very quiet and peaceful place to eat, the food was very good and good prices.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit.

I recommend This Hotel 100% it was one of my favourite places to stay for holidays the room it was perfect and the cleanliness too! Has a perfect location, and the breakfast it was very delicious! Thank you!

We found the room to be very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful view. As a welcome drink, we received champagne in the room, along with other beverages like iced tea, water, and canned coffee. One positive note is that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we completed the 10-day Peaks of the Balkans hike, and it was returned to us when we finished.
However, the hotel is listed as a 4-star property on its official website, which we found inaccurate. We had to carry all our luggage to the third floor ourselves, and no help was offered.
The bathroom was clogged, and the water from the tap didn’t flow properly. There was a kettle in the room, but no tea bags or coffee. For a 4-star hotel, the amenities felt very minimal.
The worst part was the service. We booked a package including breakfast, which was supposed to start at 8:00 AM. When we arrived at 8:20 AM, several tables were already waiting for their food, and we waited another 30 minutes before being served. The staff didn’t greet us or offer any information—just placed coffee and food on the table without a word.
When we tried to check out, there was no one at reception for about 20 minutes, and no sign indicating when someone would return.
The service really needs to improve to match the claim of being a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, the hotel should reconsider its pricing and value.

Perfect location for exploring Theth and hiking the Valbona pass.
Lovely welcome, room was great — a new hotel with a few teething problems but nothing awful.
Free bottle of sparkling wine and all drinks in minibar included :)
Breakfast was delicious too. Typical Albania selection served to us promptly.
We’d happily stay again!

Right in the middle of Theth. They serve great food, the service is superb. Had a great meal after coming down from the mountains. Highly recommend. To start or finish your trip into the hills around Theth, have a stop here and chill. Hell, the dogs here are wonderful and really like pets. So win for everyone.
