Hotels in Sukhum with a Pool

It is beautiful and well-kept from the botanical garden to the building where the President of the Republic of Abkhazia is located.

Excellent location of the hotel, in the center of Sukhum, on the embankment, opposite the famous coffee shop "Brekhalovka". BUT! The big minus is the room equipment itself.

The hotel is just super. All conditions are created for a great holiday (good cuisine and accommodation rooms).

We stayed at the seaside Aitar — the room was nice, the staff was friendly, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed.

We had a rest in Aitar in June 2025! Expectation and reality coincided on 5+ to the sea to cross the road, own beach water is clear as a tear!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location. Near the beach, near the center, market, shops. Good, helpful staff, conscientious in doing their job.
