Excellent experience staying here for five nights with our dog. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was one of the best we tried in Strasbourg.

The hotel is very comfortable and well equipped. It is well placed for journeys into Strasbourg. The staff are very welcoming and helpful especially Mattia who sorted all our transport requests.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff! The spa facilities were wonderful with lots of spa treatments available. The outdoor pool is heated which was great.

The hotel is in a very good location. If you’re visiting the city center, it’s within walking distance of the most important and most historic spots, and the walk there is very pleasant.

Stayed here for 5 days for the Xmas market and to see the city. The hotel is very handily located and a short walk from all the main attractions.

The location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it very convenient. Our room was well designed, comfortable, and the bathroom was equally stylish.

We booked The Hotel De L’lll for our trip to Strasbourg. It’s a small hotel ideally located for visiting the city, it’s just across the river from the cathedral.

We spent four nights at Hotel De L'ill during October. The hotel is on a very quiet street, in fact it's blocked to auto traffic for most of the day.

Beautiful and spacious, cool in the heat and nice garden area. Beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was modern and shower powerful enough. Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream movies.

Booked for three nights just to enjoy Christmas market which is very close to the hotel.
Appearance of the lobby is very basic looks like 4 star hotel actually I was shocked when I arrived.

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated extremely well. Staff were friendly and quick to accommodate us. We arrived early and there was no fuss about checking in early.

The room was sufficient and clean.

Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean, but not plush. Beds, pillows and linens are all good quality and in great condition. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for one night with my party of 5 (three adults and two children) in two connecting rooms, a family room and a standard king. The connecting rooms felt spacious for our group.

A modern and clean hotel. Reasonable sized room that had all that we needed. Free laundry also on 5th floor. Comfortable. 15 to 20 minute walk into town but tram 1 min walk away also.

We stayed in this Hotel for a vacation. Location is just 5 min from the Tram Station Wacken so it is very easy to reach the City Center. The Studio Room was clean and all as booked.

We were visiting for 1 night as part of a trip to see the Christmas markets. This hotel was perfectly situated just a few minutes from the train station and walkable to the centre of the city.

Heads up, the rooms require a card to be inserted into a receptacle by the entrance to turn the lights on. Took me a solid 10 minutes to figure it the lights. Maybe this is normal elsewhere?

It, s an ok hotel, stuck in the past. The bathroom is small and the bed is very used. Also you can hear everything from outside through the window.
The staff though is amazing, very nice people.

Great place for a stop over!

All in all, a very good experience and I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Strasbourg.
