Great hotel wonderful friendly staff and great service. Swimming pool very clean temperature of water was just right. Breakfast is really worth having. We had late meal served in the lounge after finishing late in the pool it was very tasty. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you for everything.

Parking lot is way too small for this hotel. So you likely will have to upgrade to paid underground parking. They do not upgrade you for free if the parking is full. Staff was not friendly to us and the Wi-Fi is pretty bad (3Mbps). Swim shorts are not allowed in the swimming pool. Room was fine though, nice bathroom.

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, quiet. I keep coming back because I sleep very well here.

As for the layout of the rooms, I found this almost armored door that closes the toilet and closes with a lot of noise (you can hear the surrounding rooms). SdB very well
As for the front desk staff maybe it would take training to have the reflex to say "yes, maybe" to the customer and not "No, but I'll see". All the questions I asked at the Reception attracted negative responses (with politeness and smile) followed by an "exception" that was granted to me. Not very friendly… Excellent restaurant and perfect restaurant service.

Very good hotel, located 5 — 10 minutes from the centre of Strasbourg.
The reception and hotel service are very nice. Good explanation of how the hotel works on arrival.
The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean.
The wellness center of the hotel is awesome and very well maintained. The water was perhaps slightly cold.
Only one negative parking point a bit expensive for the hotel location.
Other than that, nothing to say.

Average hotel. Nice rooms but nothing to look great. Average beds but you feel the already taken form of thecustomers. Temperatures high (26 degrees) at night. Continuous change of heating and air conditioning. Very little ecological sensitivity. False courtesy. Three tram stops from the center, but unpleasant location if you return the night on foot.

Modern hotel. Not easily accessible. Small parking or paid covered extra. Very clean, rooms are large and well made. However, insulation review, noise of trams, cars, aircraft? And the curtain does not hide the light completely. Spa very nice and gym friendly. Staff listening.

Breakfast and bar overpriced and with open windows to sleep is not possible as it is much too noisy outside.

Nice complex with a background of red that I like. Relatively new Establishment superb gym.

The SPA was great, the Staff too, the rooms were clean. Those who want to do the sauna must add 9 euros, but normally it is indicated in the conditions.
The only problem is the location, but hey it's your microwave 5 or 6 stop downtown so it's okay! I recommend:)

Hotel I recommend: staff nice and available, breakfast buffet varied and hearty, beautiful frame secure and close to the Center.
Only small downside, the spa water not hot enough to my liking.

Beautiful Equipment and the Ladies at the Reception could even speak German and English. Unfortunately, you had to buy a Swimming Trunks extra for 10 Euros, although I would have allowed one of them only their own. Breakfast is not so great. In the Winter Months, the Spa Area is free.

After a delicious brunch at the hotel, I was able to spend a wonderful relaxing day at the spa, punctuated by a massage expertly realized, giving me a break welcome back with the frenzy of christmas. I think to renew this experience and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is nice and well located. Rooms are clean and tidy. The spa is good, but I think the pool water could be warmer. Only one negative thing, the cleaning lady entered into my room while I was sleeping. I didn't had the not disturb on the door, but I was checking out that day. This communication should be improved.

Modern & styling hotel with an Amazing Spa and a really good restaurant… also the breakfast is good. The room are comfortable and quite large with modern stuff and a really nice bath. Suggested!

Nice room, but if you don't speak French, expect terrible service. Watch as they tell you they can't do something and then let the French couple behind you get exactly what you were asking for.

Great hotel on the outskirts of the city. I only stayed as a rest stop on my way back to the UK, but would definitely stay again if visiting Strasbourg. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable too, one if the best nights sleep I had during my two weeks away. Restaurant quality was excellent with very very professional staff and delicious food beautifully presented. On top of this there is a small indoor pool. Tram ran close by, so I assume easy access to the city too although we didn't use this.

We went to Strasbourg for the weekend and we stayed at hotel Athena Spa. We were pleasantly greeted which already supported us on the service (we had not had a chance in the previous hotel). The room, very clean, beautiful, luxurious, quiet. The wellness offered to us due to technical problems with the pool, we had a great time despite this concern.
The breakfast is very rich in choice.
The service is excellent, we could visit other rooms to stay within the structure. We will be back!

Nice Hotel. Pretty modern interior and good service. Unfortunately not enough parking slots outside. Underground parking need to be payed with 8 Euros per day.

Stayed 2 nights at this beautiful Hotel. All very nice personnel, clean room, quality meals and their wonderful relaxation area! Hotel for all.

Pool and relaxing spa planned for maximum of 10 people, otherwise it's the Stampede!
Ditto for the hammam-sauna and attention, is that on-site, that one will tell you that it is €8 and € 14 for rent slippers and bathrobe!
Attention if you are gone for the first time need to book massages about 24 h in advance because it's an external provider who realizes. So impossible to be massaged the day of arrival without prior reservations!
Superb, very classy and neat, room decorated with taste.
Attention to the restaurant, the service sucks because too much waiting (ex: for an Apple juice and a beer wait 30 minutes minimum and for a meal you can wait until 55 minutes. )
The map don't understand that 4 dishes!
Near the zup! Parking space under ground paying!
Otherwise, extra home, refined and clean hotel, modern architecture, idyllic in love!

Neat clean Hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately still a construction site in front of the door and too little Aussenparkplätzen.

A very good hotel clean and a good gym in shape.
Too bad some of the hotel staff is so cold and unpleasant. Still ok on the permanent. And it seems that the housekeeping staff will enter the room without knocking.
