Food and service is excellent and in a good position for catching a tram into the bustling centre if you are able to walk the distance. Sadly, although the rooms are spotless they are very small and the en suite very very bijou! It's fine if it's for one night as it is very reasonably priced.

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to the highway and to to the tramway stop. The city centre can be easily reached by feet (15 minutes), with a nearby pleasant pedestrian route which runs along the river.

Value for money hotel but extremely confortable. Parking for free. Breakfast for 10euros/person. Amazingly big variety and really tasty. 5 mins from Montagne Verte Tram stop, super close to the Old City in 10 mins. Don't even think about it, just book.

Very friendly staff. Minimal Hotel, easy to get to from downtown and very convenient. If you get the offer it's perfect for a Weekend in Strasbourg. Clean, comfy beds, bathroom also. Small rooms but in two it's fine. Only note the sound proofing of the rooms but there were no problems.

A good hotel, easy to find and with ample free parking. The hotel is about 1 km from the city centre, so you can visit the centre by walking. The reception was great, the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and equipped with tea or coffee maker. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. Throughout the hotel there is a free Wi Fi network.

I put two stars just for the beds, cushions and duvet well fluffy. On the other hand surprise to our arrival to see such a small room (just enough to hold two beds glued). The bathroom is the same, with the toilets stuck between the shower and the wall. The bathroom is obviously not thought for the strong people! The room is not soundproof at all, you will hear all the people circulating in the hallway (pray not to have as we the room does to the elevator…), side window It's the same thing. Breakfast is at €10…

Outdoor Parking reserved own of the hotel with easy access, the tram a short walk from the hotel, so in 10 min you are in the center of the city. Highly recommended.

Location really quiet, quiet the rooms are very good and functional and the hotel offers a varied breakfast and dinner with a very good value for money.

We were spontaneously two days in Strasbourg. The hotel is in need of renovation from outside. The rooms are in a top condition. Small cozy rooms with everything you need. Very clean. The breakfast is sufficient and there is something for every taste. The centre can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or by tram in not even 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend it for a short trip or business stay.

Very clean room, all amenities — as stated in the description. Friendly staff, quite delicious food in the restaurant. There are national dishes. The hotel is not far away from the centre, in a quiet area, but the public transport stop is only a 5 minute walk and the centre is a 12-15 minute drive, so it's absolutely not a problem) in general, the hotel is budget priced and the feeling is quite pleasant.

The hotel is strictly its stars. Clean. Friendly staff. They give out a map of the city. The centre is 2 km on foot along the embankment. Parking in the center 0.8 euros in 15 minutes and only tiered. Height limit. The hotel has free parking. Discounts on booking up to 75%.

Wonderful staff that made the check-in/check-out very quick and easy. Staff also spoke English which made it easier for us and was a surprise as we expected French or German. Rooms are quite small, but amazing value! There was plenty of room for our luggage, but if you travel with a lot of stuff, you may have trouble. Parking was gated and easy to use, but with most places in Europe, the lots are tight if you are driving a larger vehicle. Hotel is location 15-20 minutes walking from Le Petite France, but there is a well kept and lit walking/bike path leading directly to the tourist area of town. Staff was helpful in suggestions areas to visit. We would stay here again.

It was my first stay in Strasbourg. I enjoyed my 2 night stay at this hotel. It's about 15 a minute walk into town or to the train station and the facilities were clean.

Outside a bit old-fashioned, this hotel has outstanding service. You will find an enclosed car park, a very good restaurant and a good staff of excellent tourist advice. In addition you can reach the city centre of Strasbourg in 20 minutes on foot via the bike path.

Clean Hotel with private parking. You can easily reach the old town by foot on a bike path, well lit in the evening, close to a canal.

Kind personal, good breakfast, just a little far from the center if the city, but still you can take the Tran, which is very close. A good and cheap place to stay.

Small hotel, clean and in a great location compared to highways and public transport, tram stop not far away.

We stayed at Comfort Hotel for a single Saturday night. It's 16 min walk away from petit France. The room includes satellite tv, towels tea and coffee, the staff is very polite and helpful, even they gave us umbrellas when going outside. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel. Clean. Small room. Air conditioning wasn't working but it didn't matter that much as it wasn't extremely hot. Noisy in the street but the windows block the sound well.

Rooms are very small. Same for the bathroom. Luckily we are thin, otherwise would be difficult to use the shower. Ok for one night. The building is a bit rundown, it needs maintenance and especially a good cleaning. Carpets on the hallways were quite dirty. So was the downstairs toilet. A good 20 minutes walk along the river (no promenade, just a dirt track) to the old town. Or catch the tram. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Free outdoor parking. Free Wi-Fi.

Very good hotel for business or passing the rooms have what it takes to spend a good night clean comfortable mattress basic shower but individual lift the restaurant is super good with the specialties of the area.

Our check in guy was cheerful and smiling and helpful. Despite the hotel's few failings, we had a decent stay. And at that price, it was worth it, for one night.

The staff was great and always willing to ask questions. My dissatisfaction though with the hotel was the lack of AC and because of that the room was always hot. I was unable to sleep comfortably with a full night's rest cause of it. If your coming here during the summer avoid this place. The rest of the year than I think it would be good.

Located less than 2 km from the old Town (walking distance), it offers a little small but comfortable and clean rooms. Wi-Fi is free of charge and free parking is available for cars and motorbikes.

Thanks for the stay relaxing. It is nice to have a friendly staff that is listening and available to guests. The room is small but very functional and well equipped. The on-site restaurant is top. Not to mention the breakfast which was excellent, varied… In addition, the hotel is well served by the common bus transport, tram… And close to the centre. We will return with pleasure. A very fast.

Small rooms but the biggest plus point is that it's close to the tram station which gets you to the city centre in 10 mins… staff are extremely friendly.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff is exceptional. And their restaurant is a true gem. I stay at a lot of hotels, cheap and expensive. And for the price, this hotel greatly exceeds. A+. And cheers to the staff!

Since I don't own a credit card, I've taken over the homepage of the hotel contact. An employee told me very quickly to a room, which I have requested further Details such as arrival time and method of payment. Another hotel staff answered my E-Mail in very incomprehensible English, which I was not smart, especially since the details of the first employee of the languages. Since I got a day before arrival, still no arrival time communicated, I sent again a friendly message to Strasbourg. Came back a very pampige E-Mail that you would not be willing to answer my questions and my room would now be cancelled. Under good Service I understand something else, and I will never back to this Hotel.

Small but FINE! The Comfort Hotel is recognised with 2 stars would have earned another without restriction. Not far from the centre with good transport links (motorway, Bus, and Tram), it offers for a short stay. The very nice, friendly and helpful staff deserves a special praise. The Breakfast is not included — for 7, 00 Euro, the Buffet is more than opulent and experiences. It is in addition very child-friendly. Without a means of transport to the centre in less than 20 minutes is always along the romantic lakeside promenade of the Ill to reach. The rooms are small, absolutely optimized, but all very fine! The owner once again, sincere thanks for the friendly service. We will come back! I can only recommend it. Try it for yourself!

Our 2 day-Trip to Strasbourg, to end, a wonderful experience, thanks to the great Hotel. Hotel choice: By Googling, and based on the numerous positive reviews left by my predecessor, I came across this Hotel. The reservation request is made via the hotel website, confirmation (by way of the issuance of the credit card number) via e-Mail, pay on-site bar. Everything without any problems. Location: The Hotel is not in the centre, but very quiet. In 15-20 minutes you have arrived by foot in the centre,
a good tram connection. The Parking lot can be used free of charge. Hotel rooms: This is a 2-star hotel that meets up to its claim to more than. The rooms are compact, cleanliness is written very large. The necessary utensils are available, also a kettle is available. Price: 77€ per room (no matter if 1 or 2 people) during the week
47€ per room (whether 1 or 2 persons) weekends
For 3 people a room with two Twin was assigned to us-beds and a room with a double bed. A Breakfast can be booked for€ 9 per Person. Service: upon check-in (from 12 noon) we were greeted very friendly. We received a city map with a description of the most important monuments, as well as information on current cultural events and the connection with public transport. Restaurant: The hotel's Restaurant is closed in the afternoon, in the evening you can enjoy selected and delicious dishes and drinks at fair prices.

We liked the proximity to the town. Walking took about 15 min along the river or 5 min by streetcar. The gentleman in the reception was extremely helpful in giving directions and pointing out the places we had to see. We enjoyed one of the restaurants he recommended. The rooms were quite small but very clean and my request for rooms on the quiet site of the hotel and extra pillows were followed. The breakfast buffet (extra) had more items then we could possibly eat and we enjoyed the dinner at the attached restaurant.
