Home, very clean room, no complaints about the cleanliness and professionalism of the hotel members. A small criticism only on the freshness of the pastries offered (dry for my taste), despite this a hearty breakfast with choice. Good stay.

Good hotel, room a little small, but nice and clean.
For breakfast it is also ok, there is choice (pastries but also special bread, cold cuts, cheeses, lime is bacon, scrambled eggs, white sausages)
This can be served in the bedroom, either on the terrace or indoors.
Beware for those with mobility problems, 80% of the rooms are in the floors without elevator. I think you should notify the reception as soon as you book if you want a room in the rdc.

We loved this hotel, from room to breakfast everything was perfect. The price is well placed. We had a nice time. Thanks again to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was nice and we had a relaxing night. However, the WLAN hotspot did not work and the parking situation is also quite difficult:/. I have 4 stars.

Charming hotel in the heart of Strasbourg, beautiful room, pleasant service efficient, very professional, coffee machine, and product Nuxe, a hotel to discover sincerely, the time of a weekend in love, to do and to redo.

Suitable for a city trip to Strasbourg, very close to the old town. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are lucky, you can get one of the few parking spaces in front of the house, which are free of charge until 9 o'clock the next day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in room, hygiene products Nuxe, bed very comfortable and very quiet. A few steps from the hospices of starsbourg, the market and the historical Museum.

Nice hotel and well furnished rooms! The city centre with pedestrian area and the most popular sights are within a few minutes walking distance!
The staff speaks German and was very friendly and helpful!

Good location (right at the other side of the river embracing the old town). Modern decoration with comfortable atmosphere. The corridor is narrow, customer could clearly hear the neighborhood talking in the corridor and/or entering their room.

Damage! Standard room cramped, no elevator, Wi-Fi blackout for 2 days, little fresh fruit at breakfast — poor value for money — doesn't deserve a "4 star"

Perfect located, very small rooms.

Very close to shopping, yet on a quiet dead end street. Staff is very helpful and kind. We will return here next time. There is a high schools next door… excited kids at 8 AM. Parking is tough, but parking on the street is the cheapest around. We lucked out on parking.

The name of the hotel did not inspire me PS at all! What a nice surprise! Room with beautiful proportions and brand new for 2 adults and 2 children who were able to sleep in real bed. The bathroom was very nice.
Breakfast? A slaughter! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow! Awesome service, not. The receptionist didn't even allow to use the toilet although I asked in a very kind way and offered to pay for it. That was obviously the last time I stepped inside hotel du dragon. I think as a 3 star hotel you could at least expect to be treated politely even if you're not a guest of the establishment.

Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely. Clean fresh air con. Set in a perfect location. Would love to go again and stay for longer x.

Great breakfast with local products. Room small but very clean.

Room: for 2 persons on the 4th floor: Very bright, clean, correct storage. Bed of 190 x 200 (soft mattresses, comfortable pillows, duvet to the same size as the bed so very small…).
Bathroom: Double washbasins, bath/shower clean and large.
Breakfast: €12/person: This time, for me, I did not have much choice in the food. Although there were fruits, pastries, milkings… I missed the real brioche and Nutella… The orange juice is excellent and the thè/coffee also.
Location: The hotel is big, clean and there is a good welcome. Well placed despite the lack of parking.

A cute and perky hotel on a secluded side street but nonetheless is in easy walking distance to the shops and sight in Petit France. Rooms are quiet, efficiently provisioned making for a comfortable stay. A breakfast of several delightful choices is included and can be enjoyed in a pleasant dining room or, if the weather permits on a lovely courtyard adjacent to the hotel's entrance. Perhaps the only thing lacking was hospitality by the staff, but by French standards this might be almost gracious and welcoming.

The service is impeccable, very clean, good breakfast, quiet. Optimal location, Basel is at your feet.
The hotel has been renovated in a modern style, losing the charm of the houses of Basel. The rooms are small, but efficient. Parking is on the street, you have to leave the keys at the reception, they will think they will find you a place.

Hotel mediocre booked a room with canal view and have assigned a room on the street with small window choking. Do wake up in the middle of the night by l fire alarm because of the night watchman who has let him Cook his toast. Everybody out. Not d excuse! And for complete breakfast cakes sad no regional no jam. Etc…

The relationship quality price is very good and the hotel is very well. It is not very large and the hsbitaciones are all refurbished. In a very quiet area and is easy to reach by walking anywhere.

Great price and location! We arrived on Saturday evening and were able to find a parking and did not have to pay through Sunday which was a benefit! Places of business seemed to close early on Saturday and not many places open on Sunday but we had a great time touring this town!

Nice Hotel. Rooms new and clean. Personnel friendly. Breakfast OK. Strasburg University clinic is just a 5 minutes walk away; I was there for a course. Petite France is also just 5-10 minutes away. In my opinion ideal for a couple of nights in Strasburg. It is however a basic hotel, no parking, no wellness area. The hotel is in a quiet backstreet, no noise from the streets.

Great location to explore the city. The garden in front of the entrance was awesome to enjoy a coffee and watch the pictures you took during daytime. Our standard room was rather small but sufficient. The bathroom was above average for this price. Employees were super friendly and they gave our car a special parking service were they renewed the parking ticket for us so we didnt have to use any of the parking lots and were able to park in front of the hotel. Definitely would go there again.

Hotel perfectly located very close to downtown to feet and above all very quiet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pretty pretty comfortable room (under the roof). However decoration is poor in public areas, free style, which spoil much of the charm of the hotel. Breakfast was average, too little pastries and quite austere room.
