Attended the hotel for a wedding and it was a great venue. Nice decor, good staff who were helpful.

Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff — nothing was too much! Breakfast was great even had fresh eggs cooked to order. Quick, efficient friendly check in. The rooms are a bit dated even though very clean but there is a sign stating the hotel is under refurbishment. Would highly recommend.

Only stayed here once. Was decent enough for the prices.

I won't use this hotel again. The heating was making a constant tapping noise so I complained, eventually I was moved to another room with the same issue. Unfortunately this one had the heating stuck on full blast with a broken radiator knob. I had to open the window on a — 3 night just to get some relief After I complained again I was told that was it they could do nothing more so I was stuck with a radiator trying it's best to join a cruise ship band as a lead drummer.

Great value, clean very comfortable being refurbished now. Present staff. Fantastic central location. 15% off parking but eat at Bradford Buffet under hotel get huge discounts.

This is a mixed bag. Stayed 15 months ago fantastic. Stayed last week room 217 was clean but carpet was unacceptably stained. Breakfast was well cooked but not a good range on show as before. I paid the same price as previously, was this the reason I ask? Commented via email to Hilton Hotels.

Nicely situated in the heart of Bradford, you can't dream for a better location at this price. The rooms were fairly basic but cleaned every day, dressing gowns and slippers were provided which was a nice surprise. Intelligent and attentive staff, they really care for the guests, huge respect for this.

I accompanied my wife on a business trip. The staff were great, particularly the reception staff. The room was as the usual standard of the Hilton brand. We had a diner in the City 3 Restaurant. The food was jolly good, and fairly priced for the quality and quantity. Drinks were a bit pricey, but that's the same everywhere these days.

Great hotel except for the fact that they ask £15 per night to have access to the internet. It's 2011, and I feel that this extra charge is a ripp-off.
