Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

Not long arrived already impressed staff brilliant room the same.

Good staff and experience but we didn’t have our room cleaned which disappointed us.

Staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating, rooms are exceptionally clean and the food is fabulous I look forward to my next stay.

We (family of 4) stayed last night and were very happy with everything…your staff were ever so friendly and helpful and are an absolute credit to the company! Great location, price, breakfast and room basic but clean and comfy. We will definitely stay again…thanks guys!

Visiting family stayed there at the weekend. Short turn around meant no time for them to make house calls. So we visited them at the hotel in the lounge & with a young child too! Very impressed by lovely staff made us most welcome.

Stayed in the hotel, was very nice, breakfast was good too, the only problem we found was we were not informed about discounted meals on the complex when showing room card, was very disappointing to find out after we had eaten at Pizza Hut.

Yes it was a lovely to have Breakfast with the hott hot cappuccino and hot chocolates and pepperoni pizza. Really enjoyed it…

It's been a while since I used the Holiday Inn but I was reminded of why it is one of my favourite hotel brands. Our particular needs were fully met by the excellent staff both over the phone and in person. We rarely get to go away as a family so although it was only for one night we thoroughly enjoyed our stay including our visit to the National Science and Media Museum, which was also excellent (see my other review). First rate and highly recommended but book via the IHG app to get the best rate.

Very good hotel for the price, and is very welcome that the breakfast is thrown in for free. The breakfast is unfortunately lacking on occasion however; two days into our stay they ran out of croissants, and the cooked option didn't have any standard fare potato products such as hash browns (just beans, sausages, scrambled egg and bacon). The rooms are quiet and clean, and the location is excellent. We have stayed in most hotels around this area, and this is by far the best at any price point.

The breakfast buffet was great and varied.
The reception is on the second floor of the hotel but it is no problem because there are good elevators.

Clean, everything works, nice staff it's all you need. No problems for me here. Free Wi-Fi with strong signal, continental breakfast is included.

Amazingly helpful staff. Nothing is ever to much for them extra fans, sheets, jugs of ice water. The location is excellent and easy accessible. Multi story car park with very reasonable cost. On a complex with quite a few restaurants and also has a Hollywood bowl and cineworld. Very quite considering its quite a busy complex.

No air conditioning! It's an oven in there in the summer… couldn't sleep at all on my first night… and not so well after. Otherwise a clean basic hotel that does the job fine. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

We love staying here when visiting Bradford, central for everything, clean rooms, polite and friendly staff AND complimentary breakfast. Can't go wrong for the price.

Stayed at this hotel last week and have to say it was one of the best for getting a good night's sleep was very quiet day and night room was nice and warm great selection of TV channels and the food was excellent cinema complex casino hollywood bowl nandos gym pizza hut Frankie and Benny are all in the same complex metres away train and bus station are 50 metres away and is situated in city centre which is only 50 metres away.

Nice clean room, nice bar only thing missing was air conditioning in the room as it was quite warm.

Hotel amenities are good. Rooms are clean. Problem is the walls are paper thin. And doors and windows are not sound proof. Was kept up all night by children running through the halls, rowdy people in the street and crying baby in room next door. You will definitely need ear plugs.

Good price. Nice and central. Fairly quiet. Inclusive breakfast is pretty good (maybe not the coffee! ). Convenient for railway and bus stations.

It worked at 3am on a snowy Saturday morning. They're central and easy to find. Parking is ample and cheap. They throw in a breakfast and the rooms are basically OK.

Good location close to town centre and train station. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Decent breakfast included in rate.

Good one. My room had a gap in the window which was keeping the room frozen always. After a day when I informed I got a new room immediately.

As a tourist from America this Holiday Inn is amazing. It's better than the Holiday Inns in London. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. There are plenty of things to do right outside the door since the hotel is in a leisure center.

Budget hotel but excellent standards. The rooms are spacious with iron / board and hairdryer. Breakfast was reasonable.

Very good and polite service, rooms had all important facilities required, including TV, 2 beds, even an iron and ironing board. Wonderful breakfast buffet and house keeping. Would go again.

Excellent breakfast as always but just this once not great room servicing. However, when we complained they gave us the money back and gift points towards another stay all for free. So well done to the duty manager.

The hotel was clean, well priced and in a decent location. Why no fifth star? The breakfast was very basic, carpets rather threadbare and the access cards erratic. Particularly when trying to enter the stairwell. But would happily go again for work. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Helpful staff. Great, tidy, clean rooms. Stayed with friends in adjoining rooms. There was also a joining doorway so we were able to use the rooms as a suit! Good plentiful breakfast. Really impressed! The multistorey carpark adjacent to the complex was easy to find and access to the hotel was easy. The reception is on the 2nd floor.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, central to town. Good breakfast offered cooked and continental. Room was clean and quiet.

Pleasant room and staff. Interesting location but we weren't disturbed. Breakfast was lovely and unrushed. Apparently the Sausages were excellent!

I visit lots of time. Very near to train station, Bus station and Indian restaurant. Market is also near. So Good to be here again and again.

Great staff very friendly. The location is great too if you want to go for food or evening out. View for breakfast is really good to over the city couldn't fault it. Overall for the price it was spot on.

What a lovely place to stay! Hollie at reception was fantastic, the young girl (kind of auburn hair) who helped me after a panic attack in the lift was amazing! Such lovely helpful staff, rooms are nice for what you pay and the beds are fantastic, breakfast is amazing and there is no pressure on anything, I've stayed in the ibis all other times I've visited, and I now would never go back! Thank you holiday inn.

Location is directly in the city centre bang in the middle of a leisure resort, with many restaurants. Hotel was clean. Only small issue was the room were very warm and no AC. I had to leave window open all night which is noisey with traffic. Breakfast was very good and staff excellent.

Beautiful location. The decor is fantastic and the place is beautiful inside and out. Excellent service, excellent staff.

Great location. Park in the leisure complex multi storey — on level 4. It is only £4 for 24 hours. Always a friendly welcome and chatty staff. We had a room for two adults and a child. Our daughter had a double sofa bed to herself. Only issue we had this time was that the room was hot and we had to sleep with fan on through the night. Staff had left a note in our room with all the ways they would help us if we found it warm. Breakfast — nice selection and lots to choose from. Late check out at mid day too.

This was a really friendly hotel, the rooms were a good size and very clean, breakfast was more than I expected I was expecting continental but there was bacon, sausage, beans & scrambled eggs lovely. Really handy for Bradford centre 5min walk & if you didn't want to stray too far there was a cinema, casino, bowling alley & 4 restaurants just outside the front door.

Nice hotel, clean tidy, modern rooms. Great location for the city near by train station plus parking is very reasonable £4 for 24 hours.

Stayed for one night and found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Advised us on the best places to eat and gave us directions (and a map). Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and had a great nights sleep. Parking is great, multi story car park level 4 takes you straight to the hotel, and only £4 for 24 hrs. Breakfast was great, cant fault this hotel at all. Would recommend to anyone. And its got the perfect location!

Drove 6 1/2 hours to be told that they cannot provide a travel cot and a sofa bed for our room even though it was booked for 3 children! You are fine taking my money but are now expecting us to put a 1 year old in bed with us or our two boys so inciting unsafe sleeping practices. Wouldn't even let us pay extra for the use of the travel cot but said we can go buy our own for the room!? How does that make sense. Your staff are liars and the part on the welcome letter about doing anything to make our stay better is a bald faced lie. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Couldn't fault our stay at this hotel one bit, very handy for the city centre. Reasonably large, clean, rooms. Handy for local restaurants if you don't want to venture too far from the hotel.

Fantastic. Room modern and plush, with Wi-Fi and breakfast included. No faults.

Not a bad hotel fairly clean, brake fast wasn't too bad. However they didn't give me a disabled room even though I'm wheelchair bound and the swipe card system isn't every good sometimes I had to keep on swiping before it worked. Over all it wasn't value for money.

Not happy with the service here staff are extremely rude rooms are disgusting was hairs on the bed sheets stains on the cups as I rang reception and was trying to tell them the situation the lady offered to come up and have a look at the room but when she got here she delt with the situation really inappropriately wouldn't hear me out just spoke over me then just handed me fresh sheets and walked out wouldn't stay here ever again and I wouldn't advise anyone to.

A very comfortable stay defiantly would recommend. The room and bathroom were spotless. And staff very accommodating. And breakfast was ideal. And the price was great.

Room was OK, not enough plugs and the window wouldn't fully close so the outside noise from the road was a bit disturbing, but for £40 a night you can't moan too much!
