Great hotel right next to Piccadilly station. Nice rooms, with Elemis body wash in bathrooms and staff helpful.
Breakfast good with a large selections of food. Would recommend.

My wonderful friend booked a spa break for us and it was amazing! Would highly recommend both the spa & the hotel. We was amazed by the hotel room 701. Very clean big room gorgeous bathroom and the pillows were just something else. Every hotel staff member was friendly & we 100% enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing and was plenty of choice at breakfast. One downfall is that if you want lunch you have to come out of the spa and over to the hotel. In other spa breaks we’ve been to you could sit and have lunch in your robes within the spa. Other than that our stay was amazing.

Nice large room. Great bathroom with separate bath & large shower. Elemis toiletries really make a difference. The breakfast was good quality & the staff were engaged & friendly. Will definitely use this hotel again. Very convenient for Piccadilly Railway station.

Informed the hotel that me and my partner would like a high floor room with a view as it’s our last night away before our son arrives… not only are we on the highest floor with a amazing view but we had a welcome package with some Coca Cola for my pregnant partner and beers for me also with chocolates and beauty products ALL FREE OF CHARGE! My partner was a emotional wreck at how nice they are!

Great shower, bath and bed. The room service was delicious and the ice for the room was super fast to arrive. Well done to all the amazing, friendly staff who were always willing to help with our silly questions :-)

Im really enjoyed it here in Manchester so far friendly staff and people too shame there is no juzzici to have a relaxing in but I'm looking forward to my treatment day.

Booked for 4 people to stay 1 night for a Spa Break deal. Always an issue at every stage — the receptionist couldn’t find the booking when we asked if our room was ready yet. Spa couldn’t find the booking when we tried to book treatments. In the end we couldn’t have treatments as the spa hadn’t actually booked them in, despite reassuring us on 2 occasions they had. Spa is poorly equipped — no pool or jacuzzi. Relaxation room is noisy and only 3 full sized loungers, the rest are chairs. Rooms are fine, but they’re just that, nothing special. Breakfast is tasty. Parking is a rip off — £20 per car per night. Won’t return.

I don’t get the positive reviews! Staying here tonight. Went to the gym which had air grills with no more than a tiny trickle of air and thus couldn’t have anything like a decent workout. Spa closed at 8pm so you can’t use steam room or sauna after then. Ordered room service and was told 30 minutes. 50 minutes later the food turned up and was at best average. Rooms are a good size and comfortable but it’s like having the window open, you can hear everything outside. I think I will skip breakfast!

The staff are so lovely and are very helpful. The rooms are insanely clean and you're provided with tea, coffee and a fridge. The room temperature was a bit up and down but that was due to us not knowing how to work the thermostat. I personally felt as though the bed was a bit small for two people to sleep on. The location is great and we loved the room.

Lovely hotel. Panoramic views on the 8th floor, big bath, spacious rooms. Breakfast is very tasty and a good size. Staff are very professional, helpful and welcoming. Have used this hotel a few times and can highly recommend it.

We did the spa and afternoon tea package and it was a fantastic day. The spa had a good choice of facilities and treatments. The back massage was incredible in particular! They had plenty of space relax and unwind. The afternoon tea was lovely and a great end to a lovely day.

We stayed 2 nights and I must say all the staff were great friendly and polite. The room was nice the bed huge and the pillows were padded to the max. We got taxis ordered by reception and it cost us at most £5 into various parts of town for drinks… I thought being charged over £10 for 2 drinks. Beer and a Bacardi and coke was expensive but it is a hotel and in town you pay the same almost anyway. We had breakfast both mornings and it has a decent variety and was good. The staff there on duty were attentive and always smiling and happy to greet us and I cannot fault them. We enjoyed our stay there and enjoyed our Manchester weekend overall. It is slightly expensive to eat and drink in there but so are most hotels anywhere in the country. I would use them again next time simply because of the staff and the location. Just out enough to have that bit of quiet and be away from the crowds of town.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in! Couldnt check in untill after 6pm! No food in resturant while we waited. Fire alarm woke us at 1230am was going until 3am! No refund or part refund offered. Discusting customer services took 3 weeks to get an EMAIL apology! Joke DONT STAY THERE!

Food is overpriced and mediocre at best. I'd expect the steak in a steakhouse to be a lot better. We weren't even given a steak knife. The peppercorn sauce was also like water. After explaining 3 times I would like a vodka and coke to the waitress I was told they don't do that and just gave me a diet coke in the end. Bit odd as I could see the optics from where I was sitting. We also asked for a mocktail for my pregnant girlfriend (after reading on the menu that we should ask server if you would like one) only to be told that if she wants on she would have to go down to the downstairs bar to her one herself. The queue for breakfast in the morning was excessive, especially when there were lots of free tables. The issue was that there was not enough staff to get the tables ready. The breakfast wasn't great either, for £15 I'd expect a lot more. The room was excellent but I wouldn't eat there again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. 3 emails later and still no response.
Stayed here 27/05 for the Ed Sheeran concert to return with alarm bells going. Were told we could return to our rooms whilst alarms still going but if we suspect a fire to dial 999.
Children and pregnant woman on cold floors. I asked several time for blankets of which we never got. Staff also asking to write our details down which is against the law plus our details would have been on the system anyway. Told several times we’d get a refund and nothing. Manager arriving hrs later as well as an engineer and no answers to questions and just getting fobbed off staff not giving a care in the world.
You have my details and was told if have response within 48hrs!
Do not stay here unless you want to be ripped off and bad customer service!

Good spacious hotel which is next to Manchester Piccadilly station. Large louble beds, a TV, large bath tub and spacious shower. The toiletries were high quality and the staff were friendly. Would recommend for a booking ahead of many of the other hotels nearby. Breakfast selection is very good also.

On arrival the door was opened for us, check in was easy, the receptionist more than happy to help with any questions we had. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Had breakfast in the morning. Very well presented and staff through the visit were extremely friendly and professional. The hotel is worth a stay. ***** Easily!

Great hotel for cheap price. Is right behind the Manchester train station. Downtown is within easy walking distance. Very friendly staff.

I stayed one night to attend a conference which was hosted at the hotel. The room was large, confortable and clean, but the shower drain was clogged so the showed filled with water very quickly. There was only one large towel — not much for £150 a night. The conference rooms were very good. The dinner was highly unsatisfactory: I had asked for a vegan meal but the soup contained bacon — yet the card on the table was labelled 'vegan' and the waiter confirmed the soup was vegan. They did bring me the correct food when I complained but the service was very slow and people at my table were served at different times. I was made to wait for a long time after everybody else had been served. The buffet lunch on the following day was fine but dessert only consisted of cakes — so no vegan option. When I asked, they brought some fruit.

Arrived at 14:00 but told check in is from 15:00 and room wasn't ready so would have to come back at 15:00 which was fine as hotel is near to city centre. Came back to check in at 15:05 but told room still wasn't ready and was told to go away and it'll be ready when I come back, explained I'd just done that already so was given a free drink at the bar while I waited. The room itself was a double which was a good size and the bath and shower were excellent. When we returned from our night in the town we ordered room service. Just some sides so nothing big, it took almost an hour for these to arrive so was given them for free as they were cold, I would rather have paid and had them warm and sooner though. £20 for the car park seems a bit overpriced when you are a guest luckily this was saved I assume for the poor service. In reflection It's not up to standard MacDonald hotel expectations but the room and breakfast were both of good quality, just a shame about the other issues.

Got upgraded so, great news. Fantastic location for buses tram and trains. Only 10 minute walk from central Manchester. Great customer service and gorgeous breakfast. Checkout till 12 on a Sunday which is great.

A roomy, comfortable hotel room for a reasonable price. I enjoyed the big bath tub, and appreciated having a little side table and two comfy armchairs, as well as use of the desk. What would make this hotel great would be a firmer mattress, and plugs by the beds for charging your mobile phone. The lamp had also stopped being functional. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. It's great that it's only a 3 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly station.

Good location close to the station and center. Room have big size like the bathroom. There are no socket next to the bad for recharge mobile. Service is not the best. At 11pm I try to call from my room the reception to order wake up call, no one picked up. Just bad.

The hotel rooms have amazing windows with a very nice view. I want to talk more about the hotel's kitchen as the rooms have the expected standards. I had a lunch twice and you need to try the smoked salmon as a starter, then a rump steak and the chocolate pudding as a desert which is AMAZING!

Rather disappointed On the plus side — hotel is very near piccadilly station and the centre of town without being right in the centre. The breakfast is excellent The restaurant food for dinner was also very good for it being a hotel On the negative side Huge mess up with our booking — imagine booking two rooms and putt them not only on opposite sides of the hotel but on different floors! Then they could not change us, and then found rooms to change us — the whole thing was a nightmare However I am sure this is a once off The big negative experience was how cold the hotel was. The rooms were freezing, the restaurant was freezing — people were wearing coats and scarves at breakfast. Either they don't want to turn on heating or there was a problem and they never told anyone one! I would however, recommend this hotel as the rooms were comfortable, food great and location fantastic Just if they could make sure it was warm I would have given it at least 4 stars! Book with confidence but do ask about the heating!

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions in a week, the rooms are spacious and clean however the same standards don't apply to the bathrooms. Both times the showers were mouldy which given this is a 4 star establishment is quite frankly unacceptable. It can't even be explained by being placed on a floor rarely allocated as the rooms were in different locations in term of how far up and distance from the lifts. In addition to the cleanliness the little details are also lacking, first stay no biscuits with the tea tray and only decaf coffee, second stay there are two measly biscuits and no decaf coffee. Also there was no soap in the bathroom, if they had used it to clean the shower then I might have forgiven that but seriously as far as impressions go it's not great.

We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fab, however the bar food was not great at all. We got the freshly made pizza one night and it came out rock hard & looked as if it came out of a microwave & it was by no means cheep. Needless to say we ate else were.

Great hotel, really nice staff and beautiful rooms! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they made us come downstairs at 3am (we were up as we just ordered room service) to settle a room service bill which could have probably waited until morning. Other than that, definitely stay here again.

I visited the hotel for a study day so only used the conference facilities. Reception area seemed nice enough. Conference area was fine for our needs. Coffee and pastries were nice and a decent lunch was provided too. Unfortunately I can't comment on rooms or bar, etc as I didn't stay at the hotel.

Elegant ambience with blle rooms and really good buffet breakfast. The location is not the best but for a couple of nights it can go. Parking space in the adjoining car park is very convenient.

Ridiculously inept service on a quiet Sunday night. Asked to wait at reception when we said we had no reservation but when we entered it was half empty. Slow service. Food was decent. Chips excellent. We asked for auto service charge addition to be removed as it was not good and not mentioned on the menu. Bread and butter were on show but not brought to us. When we asked what it was all. Doing out on show the waitress said oh that's been sitting there for days, it's just for show. To walk away from the bustling city centre to go to this pompous corporate image unfriendly cold atmosphere restaurant. Don't bother unless you are staying there and it's late and raining.

A lovely hotel with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was brilliant — a great range of cooked breakfast options, pastries, juices, fruit, bread and more! It was all very high quality food as well. The staff were alright, they weren't particularly friendly. Lovely rooms with lots of space!

Lovely hotel. I stay here a lot for work and its a great hotel. Rooms are huge, service is great. Nice gym if you're into that sort of thing. Definitely should be on your shortlist if you are planning a visit to this lovely city.

Lovely hotel, with lovely rooms. Service was friendly and professional. Very open to helping (which was useful for connecting our 2 1-night reservations). It was a little difficult to get to the hotel, since the parking is attached to a 1-way side street which isn't sign posted well. Spa and facilities looked nice, but were costly. Overall, a very good hotel, which I strongly recommend, but bring extra money if you want the spa package as well.

I attended a company meeting at the Macdonald Manchester. Hotel staff were very courteous. The conference room we used was clean and it was well stocked with stationary. Food was very good and there was complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) supplied for the meeting. Overall an enjoyable day.

Very posh looking interior. Great views towards the Manchester city itself. It's not far from the train station as well. Welcoming staff and great rooms. I loved the bathtub!

Stayed here for one night and had a spa treatment. The hotel is well kept and attractive, the room was clean. Massive windows! Slept well, loved the curtains which moved effortlessly. The treatment was great although there was some confusion with our times (this was fixed thankfully). I had a back massage and a facial, which was actually my first. It was lovely and I felt great after. The breakfast was also lovely, with great veggie sausages! Finally they also have a baggage store which was very handy. Overall, I would use the hotel again, particularly if I was travelling by rail as it is right next to Piccadilly.

Was here for company training and they had a decent set up around the meeting rooms. Plenty of water and quite a few cans of other drinks for flavour. Snacks as well throughout the day changing depending on the time. Lunch was well prepared and tasted great. Little bit more water/milk on the tables could ensure everybody got what they wanted and when. All in all a great place for a meeting.

Good location, very close to railway station. Parking a little harder to find as no entry from the front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic food and great venue for events.

Good room for reasonable rate. We stayed just one night. Check in and out was quick. Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast hamper was lovely and on time but don't think worth 19 pounds. Probably will skip that next time but will definitely stay here again. Parking lot nearby.

Hired a meeting room here for work. They changed our room a number of times and when we got in we were a few chairs short. The facilities offered were generous with unlimited coffee and canned drinks as well as the buffet which had a nice variety.

Recently stayed at the Macdonald Hotel for 1 night I had a room on the seventh floor. The room was clean tidy and very spacious. I had an evening meal in the restaurant, and I ordered a starter main and drink unfortunately the waiter failed to bring out my drink and only ordered my main{which was very tasty}. At breakfast the food again was good quality for the most part with only things like eggs been a bit rubbery as they had been sat out for quite a while.

Hotel stuck in Manchester Piccadilly, great location if you arrive by train. Very large and cared for the whole building, as the room was also very clean. In The room there is a good Wi-Fi signal, a kettle, an iron and ironing board. Breakfast is the highlight, very wide choice in the salty menu in pure British style, good choice of pastries and fruit. Very good location for downtown, 10 minutes walk. Right near the hotel there is a great PUB, the Bull's head. The hotel has a SPA which I did not attend.

Really good hotel and great location. Area around hotel is fine. I know there is a homeless camp across the dual carriageway but it's small and no bother as hotel has polite security. Rooms fab and staff great. Good breakfast and lifts were working (as other reviewers moaned on trip adviser). Secure carpark behind hotel and I would def stay again. Fab hotel and city!

(0 Star) Possibly the most incompetent hotel I've ever stayed in. Extra charges, incorrect information, dirty rooms. At every single stage of conversation with any member of staff, they got something wrong. Even after check-out, they made up mini-bar charges and decided to charge us again for breakfast. Utterly undeserved of it's "4-star" ranking.

The rooms are large, quiet, and well appointed, the showers are good, the beds are comfy. The restaurant and bar areas are nice and relaxing. The food was also very good! I should give a special mention to the restaurant staff who were professional, friendly and courteous. And to the cooks who know how to produce a proper 'blue' steak! Now, having read the previous reviews, I should deal with the views from the window. Yes there are a dozen tents across the road outside the hotel, but don't let that detract from what is a very comfortable place to stay. This is after all Manchester, you are staying in the heart of the community in a very central location, if you're looking for scenery then city centre hotels probably aren't for you. Over all, I had a great stay and would re-visit next time up! Mick Shircore.

Expexted a bit more for the price… went for an executive room and apart from a nespresso machine/bottle of water… dont know what the difference is. Just average.

Hotel was expensive breakfast was £19 per person extra. Use of the facilities was also at a cost even if it wasn't. Mentioned during g the booking phase. Rooms were clean and large. Co sidering price no slippers or robes. Barely any toilet roll and a flickering light in bathroom. Lovely view of a homeless village outside. Not enough for your. Money and no value to what you have. TV was great but room was so big could barely see it!.

The hotel is relatively central, but the location is opposite a homeless campsite (picture the Calais refugee camp) with a huge stereo of some sort, playing techno at all hours which you can hear quite well. If you're a light sleeper you'll want to avoid this hotel. The rooms are large but aren't as clean as you'd like (don't look too closely) and the bathroom very large with a bath and shower. The docking station in the room was a nice touch… if it wasn't obsolete as it's the old iPhone connector. I was also woken at 5.30 with shouting and scuffling in the corridor, when I called reception they simply stated that the police were on site… no apology. Also, as a spa hotel, £20 to use the facilities is a little steep, it could be misleading to call it a this, more accurate would be 'trashy noisy central hotel'.

The hotel is centrally located with its own parking facilities. Clean and well presented, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, with nespresso machines and bose docking stations. Minor criticism is that the bose docks use the old iphone docks and if you have a modern iphone or even an android phone the docks are useless. The bathrooms are well laid out with seperate shower and bath. The water pressure on the shower was ok, would have been better if it was a touch more powerful. One other criticism is the pillows are big and fluffy but way too soft for me. I prefer a firm pillow and as such didnt get a great nights sleep. But overall a lovely hotel and would definately use again.

Pleasant staff and a great room, very comfortable stay and the breakfast was great. Didn't need to eat again until my evening meal! Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times for business. Staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are a good size with comfy beds and good facilities. Breakfast on offer is varied, with a range of cooked and conti. Would highly recommend over others in the area!

Great location. Room was a bit cold but acceptable. Car park is expensive — £20 a day. Drinks bit pricey — £5 a pint. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is very good — £20 per person. 24 hour entertainment watching the tent village across the road.

Opted to stay here for 1 night whilst visiting the University for an open day. The experience from start to finish left a lot to be desired. After checking in I entered my allocated room only to find that the bed had been slept in, a cup of tea had been drank (complete with used teabag and shortbread wrapper on the dresser) and — it gets worse — there was a key card holder thingy on the bedside table with someone else's name on it…! Eventually we were offered another room (this time not occupied by another guest) but on the 2nd floor, which was louder due to proximity to the main road and also colder (though an electric heater was provided). The plug socket at the bed head also had a broken off earth pin jammed in it leaving me to sleep by an exposed live socket. Slightly disconcerting… The bathroom also had an odd sewagey smell to it. Breakfast the next morning was satisfactory — the chef took requests for cooked-to-order eggs, which was a nice touch. However, the buffet food seemed warm rather than hot. To its credit the hotel is in a reasonable location to both the train station and the university. Despite this, if I return to Manchester I shall be seeking accommodation elsewhere.

Just back from a one night stay costing almost £300 pound and very disappointed from the word go, there's additional charges to park overnight of £20 there was a queue to book in only to find are booking was wrong so while this was sorted out for us we had a further wait.!. Across the road outside the hotels main entrance there's a homeless camp of tents, which was a bit humbling an upsetting to see. The room was spacious couple of marks on bed sheets bit of grout stains in shower and a bottle lid on the floor still by the bed so cleanliness not to highest standards. When you have paid a lot of money for one night you expect higher qualities. Otherwise staff friendly and polite can't fault service from them.

Stayed as part of a business and social event. Meeting room was decent although refreshments were luke warm and lunch distinctly average. Room was large well furnished and very good for the money. Pillows comfy but about 2 foot high so cricked neck all night. Breakfast decent. All in all a good experience with a few minor niggles.

You can see that once upon a time this hotel would have been nice… Huge rooms… But they are so tired now, unclean, dusty, stains on the carpet, Bose sound dock but is now useless as it is only suitable for the older style iPod/iPhone connector. Nespresso coffee machine but I didn't want to use it as that looked unclean too. Room had no toilet paper so I had to call reception to get more… That also took a long time to get through to them. Check in and check out were slow. Overall really not great, but annoying as it could be so much better if it was properly looked after!

Stayed one night. Room was nice and bathroom, staff I came across were friendly etc, only downside was breakfast, cluttered table with no tea spoons but everything else, had to use knife. Eventually replaced with spoon, cooked breakfast was horrible, black pudding was very disappointing. The spa was nice, but found could be cleaner! I was put off and only spent half an hour in there. 5/10 not worth the money although was In a good location.

The room, location and bar stock were excellent. The breakfast was good. The staff need more training. We asked at reception how to get to the restaurant on the first floor and they weren't able to tell us that there was a lift immediately next to the stairs and gave us directions to wind through the hotel. On check in, our keys didn't work and we had to return to reception to have them reissued (they were not issued correctly the first time). At the bar we ordered a McCallan Gold neat, there wasnt a full shot left in the bottle so they poured the end of the bottle and charged us proportionally. They really should have opened a new bottle. Nobody wants half a shot of whiskey!

Some service was really poor. Bar short staffed and had an argument with each other in front of guests. Reception staff were pushed and made wrong decisions.

Stayed there for 3 weeks on business trip. If you are looking to get a place to sleep then it will serve your purpose. Other than that it is an absolute garbage hotel. Everyday something would go wrong. For a week an half the entire hotel had only one lift. I stayed on third floor and almost always used the stairs. Ordered food, after two hours and two calls to reception decided to do a take away from a nearby restaurant with no apologies to follow. At times around 8 am you wouldnt have hot water to shower. Some of the staff especially a weird looking manager who looks more like a criminal than a hotel manager, had no sense of customer service and ready to fight with you. I advised my company not to send any of our employees to this hotel any more. Given that I stayed here for 3 weeks, I think I am in a much better position to rate their service than most people who stay for a night and are just looking for a bed to spend the night. Hated it!

Appaling customer service. We stayed here in May 2015 as part of a birthday night out. As part of the booking process they asked if the stay was for an occasion which we told them. In our room we found some cupcakes and a card, which would have been really nice had the card not had the wrong name. First failure: if you are going to try and do the "above and beyond" customer service approach dont make stupid mistakes. That wouldnt have bothered me if it wasnt for the fact that in the morning there was no hot water. Despite speaking to reception twice there was no attempt to apologies or give any indication of when it would be fixed. In the end I left without having a shower. Second failure: if you have a major issue even one beyond your control try apologising at least. MacDonald hotels will never receive anything from me ever again and I highly recomend avoiding.

From start to finish and everything in between the service at the Macdonald was excellent! When we arrived at Piccadilly train station we were unsure which direction to go in as it had said it was walkable so we rung a friend already at the hotel and the concierge came to meet us. The room was lovely and the shower was fabulous. Nothing was any trouble for the reception staff and various concierges through out our stay. The breakfast sausage was delicious. Unfortunately we did not have time to try the spa.

Great hotel, great stay, bumped in to the hotel maintenance manager 'Steve' and he was a great help, very pleasant and a credit to the McDonald hotel staff. Would most definntly stay again.

OUTSTANDING rooms, and a great welcome. It was my birthday, and there was a little note/card awaiting me with small dessert plate. The rooms were just fantastic (never slept in a better bed), and the staff very friendly. The location was great too! Close to everything. Would deff go here again some day :-).

Be careful when you ask for the card. I would go with the hotel paid by the company and they asked me the card upon arrival and to leave me. As a result, I have three charges on different days by more than three times the cost of the room. Claiming more than 10 days (with the help of the El Corte Inglés travel agency) and still unresolved (do not respond to emails). Not had happened to me something like this in life.

Lovely room. Great location beside the station. A little disappointed that access to the spa is not free for hotel guests. This especially stings considering the average nightly price.

I love this hotel. Stayed here both in a suite and a standard room. And once you have been in the suite. A standard room is just not the same. spacious and luxurious. Amazing bed. Only issue the night room service is overpriced and poor quality food.

Extremely disappointing. Took money from my card WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. Showers leaked all over floor. Blocked toilet. Dirty cups left all over the place. Quoted £40 on the phone then told £50 on the day. Spa manager agreed website was deceptive as there is no swimming pool. Receptionist stated she understood our disappointment with experience. Would not recommend.

Really lovely hotel with great amenities/spa and perfect location. The location of the hotel was very easy to get to from Manchester Piccadilly Station — 7mins walk. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very big and spacious with a big comfortable bed and a nice view. Big bath — Jacuzzi style /power shower and very spacious. The spa and relaxation area was very nice and the lady who did my treatments Laura was very good and professional. Getting into town is a straight forward walk if you wish to walk and if you wish to get a taxi the hotel offer their taxi services to take you into town from the hotel which is a plus when you are in a city where you are not sure of the transportation, free Wi-Fi services offered at the hotel via the Cloud which is a plus and the room was fully equipped with tea necessities, a fridge, iron/board, Sky/Plasma TV, Clean towels, hair-dryer and everything you require to make you feel comfortable. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I will definitely recommend it and come back. I did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on the food/drink. Dislikes ====== As you get into the spa I noticed that the signage was not very clear as to how to get to the actual Thermal rooms, I found myself going in and out of the changing rooms without knowing where to go and I wasn't the only one who had this problem.
