Central hotel close to theatres etc: clean, comfortable rooms, great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to not like about it.

Lovely Hotel yo stay at. In a fantastic location central to many things. Staff have been very friendly & helpful & was even given a complimentary upgrade on arrival. I would definitely come back again.

Super nice hotel, attentive staff, spacious rooms (even the basic room is quite alright), the location is simply brilliant near several tube stations and walking distance from oxford st, regent st, bond st, piccadilly, trafalgatlre square, covent garden and many more.

Great hotel central for all sightseeing places. Comfortable large rooms and bathrooms large and shower great. Would highly recommend.

A problem happened with the fire alarm while we were booking in, we were looked after very well very polite and courteous staff, on this alone we would have no hesitation on recommending your hotel.

4-star hotel with a fantastic location less than 100 meters from Trafalgar Square but located in an untrafficked side street. Only this is worth the 4 stars. The rest is not from 4-star hotel, doesn't have the fridge bar in the room and the breakfast room is a bit miserable and it's also a bit pricey. The location makes up for the shortcomings. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Would’ve give negative star. Most unfriendly hotel ever stayed. Booked through Priceline for a king and sofa bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. They asked us to book one more room while checking in. There are several good hotels around. Stay away from this place.

Dalmar was very professional and gracious when I arrived. It was very late and he was very helpful and concerned for my well-being and safety especially when I went outside for a few minutes. It made me feel safe. I also want to mention Marcia as well. She was very kind and helpful and went the extra mile helping me find out how to get to my next destination. She didn't know it but I had just received terrible news from home that my mentor/and best friend died. I truly appreciated Marcia's kindness.

The hotel is situated close to Trafalgar square and close to Leicester square in London. Centrally located close to two tube stations (Piccadilly circus and Leicester square) so commuting is easy. Close to various restaurants and bars. Also close to quite a few theaters. The restaurant in the hotel has outdoor seating and and they serve a very good breakfast. Service at the hotel is great. Rooms are in need of a facelift.

Obviously they clean with a lot of approximation, I found long hair on the toilet and Smarties under the sofa. Breakfast is poor for the sweet part, ketchup type jams, little assortment, Cappuccino singed by the machine. But you can eat in front of the window that from on the street.

It was a wonderful choice for a hotel. Big rooms, nice staff and amazing location! Next time we will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Staffs were very nice and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Location of the hotel was great! Lots of resturaunts and stores around. Few steps from national gallery and Trafalgar square and even tour bus stops! We couldn't ask for more. The rooms were clean with complementary bottles of water every day. Room size was enough for two people with two carryons and two backpacks. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good hotel with helpful staff, excellent room and of course that wonderful location. The hotel is clean, modern and has decent food too. For tourists it is a great option.

Good location. Good breakfast. Clean hotel and rooms. Uncomfortable king bed. Merging two separate twins to make one king bed does not make the bed king. My back-in-the-college IKEA bed was more comfortable than this. Sorry. Personnel was attentive and kind.

Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Have always had good service. Stayed last time in December 2017. The hotel has a great location in the Leicester square/Piccadilly area. We opted on arrival for an upgrade to a delux king room, (think it was an extra £25). The room was spacious although a little tired. I understand they have a refurbishment programme in place. Recommend.

Really badly designed room. No reading light on both sides of bed. No plugs by beds for cellphone. If you're taller than 5'9" then your knees will hit the tub when you sit on the toilet. Water splashes out of shower/tub to wet everything from floor to clothing hook on door, and towels on rack. Moisture from shower wets everything wall, toilet, counter, mirror, don't bring clothes in or it will be wet. Plenty of mirrors, but no lights in front of them. No plugs for hairdryer or straightener in bathroom. Dirty carpet. "24 hr desk" means wake someone up in the lobby to let you in. Breakfast is ok, but they charge.

Wot can I say about this hotel apart from just fabulous spotless helpful and caring the breakfast is amazing, staff wonderful great for all transport links and fabulous for food drinks and of course all your theatre needs we are just right in the middle of it all definitely coming back with the grandkids very soon xxxxxxxx.

Great location. Small rooms. Room service came only 2 out of the 4 days that I stayed. They are quick to get rid if you right at 12 on that day that you check out. No business center. Building construction 20 feet that starts at 6 am and lasts all day.

Hotel very well located, close to Picadilly Circus and Leicester Square but while being in a quiet little street. Transportation is within a 3-minute walk.

Clean rooms and copious breakfasts (a little more than Nutella would not refuse;) ).

Hotel very well located everything and 5mins on foot, the rooms are small but comfortable the staff is welcoming.

Stayed Friday night (5th January 2018). Loved the hotel. The room lovely, beds very comfortable. Hotel staff great. Excellent breakfast all this and so central to everything, no need for taxi all places we wanted to be within walking distance. Definitely stay here again.

Ideally very well placed to visit London! Close to the subway! The breakfast at will is extra! The hotel is very welcoming and very clean! The staff speak English and French. From our room we could see the magnificent fireworks of December 31st! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Second year staying at this hotel for a routine trip to London. Last year, everything went smoothly. This year, we were placed in rooms that didn't match our reservation and they refused to provide the free breakfast that was part of their online promotion. It took them hours to resolve the room issue even though we provided evidence via our reservation. The breakfast appears to be a lost cause. Sadly, it doesn't appear management empowers the onsite staff to correct customer service related issues. One positive, free or not, their breakfast buffet is great.

Not a five star hotel! However, the room was clean and comfortable, if a little small. The internal noise was low. I had a corner room with windows on two walls, which was a bit chilly. Not a problem for me as I like to sleep in a cool room and usually find hotels a bit stuffy. It's situated within spitting distance is Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square, five mins from Leicester Square station. Lots of places nearby to eat and drink. Close to Covent Garden. Massive downside is the building work going on outside. Looks like they're building another hotel and they're only at the foundation stages, so this will likely continue to be an issue for a good few months. Lots of noise from early in the morning. In summary, external noise very bad, could have got the same size and quality room at Tune for a fraction of the cost, but location is excellent.

The location is excellent, however the rooms are too small.

Tiny bedsit room, poor quality TV that was fuzzy, a bed that is literally the size of the width of the room and the smallest bathroom I have ever seen where the door literally skims the toilet to close. Oh and the heater even on 32° was cold! It was no where near worth the £220 we paid for a 1 night stay. Safe to say we will not be returning on our next weekend away to London!

Clean functional room, ok size, standard no fuss hotel in a great location.

Great location between Leicester Square and Trafalgar square (closer to Trafalgar). Multiple close tube stations. Small rooms, but clean and updated nicely. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast included. Would use again.

Location is great, service is swift and pleasant. The breakfast and our room (double room) were below average. Main issue with the breakfast was the poor available selections for both cold and warm dishes, in addition the cold food like ham and cheese was dry and the warm food were tasteless and dry. This was true how early or late you arrived at the breakfast. The room itself was great, but the bathroom needed maintenance. We asked if they could check it out twice with no help. The toilet would barely flush and you had to use two fingers and great power to even have it flush normally. Shower doors would creek so bad that every time they were moved it sounded like they would shatter.

Hotel with great location just in the heart of London Central, space and clean rooms. Good breakfast (as an europe breakfast standart). Cool staff.

Booked a twin room for a 3 day visit to london. The staff were very friendly and on hand for anything we needed. Taxi booking service excellent. The hotel is in a perfect location and in walking distance of most tourist attractions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The rooms were a little worn but compared to other hotels in the area, quite nice. Breakfast was good. Lacks a proper bar for socialization.

Didn't stay at this hotel but used it as a resting place after a long day wandering around London. The staff were very polite and helpful and service for drinks was good. The toilets for me is a good measure of how well a place is maintained and they were a bit grubby, so not sure if I would stay here.

Used to work there a long time ago and the staff were good and had a good time, just wish I could get my old job back as it was a laugh and I only left to go travelling round europe, if the head chef sees this hopefully he will call me, I know nigel and ian have left.

Went here for an afternoon tea (rather coffee) and had a nice experience. Sandwiches, scones and pastries were great, even a little too much. Price was only £17, 5.

Excellent location, excellent room, lovely and copious shower! Staff impeccable and service perfect. This was a lovely hotel to be offered as a birthday present. Thanks to my wonderful children.
