While my room was tucked away in the basement, the overall experience was great. The rooms were small but very efficient in their use of space and well kept. Breakfast was great (lots of imported meats and cheeses) and complimentary wine/cheese for happy hour. Would highly recommend.

Be careful if your a wheelchair user. Nice of them to hold bags though. Most places do that, I guess. Anyway, no thanks, not again.

I like their Soho location better. The cafe downstairs is pretty loud and busy most of the time, which I liked less than the cosy cafe at the Soho location. Make sure you book a room with windows because not all have them!

Nothing warmer in London than this hotel. It's cozy. The rooms are said small but they are lit up. They have enough furniture for what they need. Modern. Clean. The staff is very nice. They talk to everyone as a family. In the afternoon of surprise at no cost you will be served varieties of wine with various cheeses. It makes you want to stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of London, less than 4 blocks from the Picafilly Circus, the rooms although they are girls (like all the hotels in London) are particularly had the best price and quality ratio. The receptionist is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is one of the most premium I had (not included in the price) costs around €20 euros.

Wonderful nights stay here, great facilities, rooms are modern and very unique styles. The staff were lovely and complimentary cheese and wine was the icing on the cake. Really good job guys and girls!

The best location to discover London. The room is small but has everything you need, especially if you are one of those who just step on the hotel to sleep. They give every day a tasting of cheeses and wines. Personally repeat without hesitation.

Stayed it the hotel because it was very close to Leicester Square. The location made it easy to walk between popular locations. Room was modern and in reasonable condition. Room was small, but who visits London to stay and watch TV in the room? Nice perk was a wine a cheese serving every night.

Modern Hotel, very clean and very well located. Friendly staff. The rooms are small but cosy. It has Wi-Fi and always have some detail with its customers. Ideal for short stays oriented to both business and tourism clients. I recommend it, its relation quality-price is good for the place where it is.

Perfect hotel for a work trip. The rooms are small but perfect for a short stay. The price was great for the location and the staff were nothing but great. The breakfast was nice but simple but due to the location there is options around. 3rd time staying there and will be there again in April always a present stay.

Conveniently located, I advice. Modern rooms, comfortable bedding, impeccable Wi-Fi, cleanliness at the top. The staff are very friendly.
The only downside is not being able to open the room window.

The rooms are nice and modern, small but it fits anyway. The only small drawback, it gets a little humid in my room after a hot shower because of the condensation. But otherwise very good! The location is just perfect!

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and were really just sleeping there.
The room was typical for London-very compact, but everything was needed.
The bathroom was modern and spacious (at least the shower).
Everything was always clean, the staff very nice, very accommodating, very attentive. Of course, the location is also great. We were only a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus. Super!

Superb location — probably the best. Service is excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helping. Every day from 5pm to 8pm they serve cheese and wine next to the reception desk. Very good cheeses and wine and very good service. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the only downside is that the rooms are very tiny but this has to be expected when you go to a reasonably priced hotel right at the center of london.

We've loved this hotel right from the start. It has been modern, very centrally located. And with nice albeit small rooms. The size of the rooms have never nor does it bother us. But at our last stay, the hotel shows more and more signs of needing a little TLC. The TV does not work exactly as it did. The air conditioning unit was a little faulty. Etc. The staff is nice as ever, and we will be giving another chance, but I hope they do a little long awaited maintenance in the meantime. I'd rated it five stars for our previous stays, but sadly location alone does not overshadow the faulty bits. Hopefully they'll come back on top as out favourite hotel in London.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Excellent experience. He staff was incredibly friendly. The room was small, as expected, but nicer than expected. The shower was fantastic. The Continental breakfast was also quite good, and the atmosphere in the cafe was great in general. Finally, the location is stellar. I absolutely recommend this place, and would certainly stay here again.

The hotel itself is in a great condition. The staff is very nice and helping. Only con is that the rooms are extremely small. I got used to it pretty quickly, but there's not even a wardrobe, which made my stay inconvenient since I had to live out of my suitcase.

Welcoming and exceeded expectations given the price. Liked the dining come reception area and staff were welcoming. Bit of an odd dungeon room with no windows but just for a night with a massive TV and full Sky it did the job very nicely.

Whilst the views aren't great and the rooms are compact and bijou, the beds are comfy and the in room facilities pretty decent. The breakfast selection is reasonable too. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the cheese and wine tops off a good place for a short stay.

This was the smallest hotel room that I have ever been in. I actually felt claustrophobic being in it. And they put some kind of scent in the air/heat units in the rooms that makes your room smell like old towels and cheap perfume. The staff was nice though. They moved us from one room that smelled like old towels to another that smelled a bit less like old towels.

Going into this place I was a bit sceptical about the pricing but once I arrived, I was honestly so surprised with this hotel, I booked a room with no windows so I was concerned how it would be, turned up was welcomed by staff, and given complimentary glasses of wine, I then was led to the basement floor, coming out of the elevator it looks like a ware house which was kinda weird but cool, then we was shown to our room, walking into the room I was surprised at how small the room was but I felt so cosy, everything I needed was in this compact room and I honestly would love to have a room in my house the same, I felt really relaxed! Double bed was comfortable they had hot chocolate tea and coffee ready, nice soaps to use with a good amount of towels to use, I loved the shower as it was relaxing and the room was very clean. Sky in the room so every channel was available with air conditioning which keeps the room cool and clean. I would like to thank the staff again for the warm welcome and making the experience way better, I would use this hotel as a first choice get away from now on!

No frills hotel, in the center of central London. Close to everything. Friendly staff. For me, I didn't love the immediate area. Was traveling for wedding and room was too small for two people to dress at the same time.

Stayed for one night due to a layover. The hotel is in a central location which is why I chose to stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The room itself is small. But that is perfect for someone who doesn't plan on staying in much. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Really like the atmosphere and friendly staff of this hotel chain. Small but beautifully formed rooms work well for an overnight business stay. Delightful buffet breakfast in trendy bar area is also reasonably priced for central London.

The strength of this hotel is its location — while it's not in the middle of Piccadilly, it is a block away which makes access and commutes very simple. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, and the hotel makes effective use of its space. However, the rooms are incredibly tiny, and the bathroom walls are made up of glass; even if you can't fully see through (which you still can to some extent), it does feel invasive because every sound can be heard from the outside. If you are planning on staying for a few nights (2-3) either alone or someone you're comfortable with, this is a good hotel. But don't come with someone you don't necessarily want to share a small 'transparent' room with.

Fantastic location! SO many places are easily walkable. Small room, but super efficient. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very friendly staff! The complimentary wine and cheese time was a nice time. Will absolutely stay here again!

Check in process was painful, the front Desk behind 5 ladies, but only one computer, so it was very slow and had to wait a very long time. But when they finally sit down at the table, service was very good, but also invited us to go to this place at 5 in the afternoon till night 8: a half, held a cheese and wine night. This campaign included a series of cheeses, all delicious, and a large bottle of rose wine. Room small but clean, the location good, the bathroom was great. A good hotel for no frills travelers. Well priced for a great location. Small room with a large bed and shower room. Nothing more nothing less.

Very small rooms but clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and were very friendly would be nice to have a phone to reception in the room though incase you need anything so youdont have to walk to reception but great quality for price for aquick stay.

So impressed with the Z Hotel Piccadilly. Just checked out now. OK the room is small, but you know that when booking. Bed is comfy, TV massive (and full of Sky channels) and shower powerful! For the price and central location alone, this hotel gets my 5 star review. Plus to be offered complimentary tasty cheese and wine from 5 to 8 was an unexpected bonus. Really good all round and I'd book again.

This was a fantastic little hotel, with loads of character to make it stand out from the crowd of similar priced hotel chains. The room was really well layed out so I hardly noticed that it's probably the smallest hotel room I've stayed in, it was very clean, we'll presented, and had ask the amenities needed to make my stay pleasant.

Nice essenzialmente hotel in a great position! A step to Trafalgar Usare and Piccadilly. Great for a couple of days as room are not massive but really confortable. Staff here is really nice and helpful.

I was in at the z piccadilly. Although the rooms are tiny, take into account that there is no closet and the only way to keep a suitcase is under the bed) the location, the attention of the staff it was excellent. The style is very sophisticated and the service of Happy Hour (cheese and wine) I found to be fantastic. I recommend it for staying a few days.
