This hotel is by the far the worse hotel I have stayed at. Firstly we paid for parking which was just a back alley with no security costing £25 a night; to only find out later that it is advertised as £15 a night in all of the hotel brochures in the rooms.
We had booked two rooms at this hotel. As I entered the first room it was small and smelt terrible; as we look over onto the bed there was white stains all over the bed sheets. The second room which my friends were staying in was the same, but on there bed had a massive yellow stain on the sheets. We decided to go downstairs and ask to speak to the manager as I was not sleeping in these rooms. We were greeted by a very rude man who claimed he was the general manager, we told him about the rooms and he huffed off and asked his colleagues to go and check them. We were sat waiting for over 20 minutes, he gave us two more rooms and told us to go check them! He attitude was appalling and didn't apologise once. We went up to the other rooms and they were just as bad. We asked for a refund since we wanted to leave and stay somewhere else; the manager smirked and said no refunds. We told him that the standards of the rooms were dreadful and so was was the staff. Again no apologies, he laughed and walked away. As we were leaving the guy behind the desk was asleep. In the rooms we also noticed that none of electrical items have been PAT tested in 2 years meaning the items were unsafe to use. The next morning at breakfast, there was a small section of stale bread, cereal and burnt croissants, no cooked option, no tea, coffee or juice left and no staff around. Once I found a member of staff I asked for some more bread since it was the only part appetising thing there. I waited over 25 minutes for a slice of bread. Whilst we were eating our stale bread. One member of staff was at the buffet stuffing his face with food and when I went back up there to get a coffee there was no food.
So Avoid at all costs or pay for a mouldy, old, bed stained room and to be treated terribly by the manager.
