Great and safe location. Rooms are not large but we didn’t care, very reasonable prices. Excellent breakfast!

Room small but comfortable. Air con a bit touch and go. Staff friendly and hotel clean and suitably price for central London. we stayed one night and was perfect for us.

Clean and easy to get to the tube station queens way and Bayswater really good value.

Staff are very friendly, however very disappointed with our double room, it was more like a single room with barely any space to move and breath, very DISSAPOINTED…

The hotel is actually good enough for the price and for that I understand the room being pretty small, however the bathroom is so tiny (at least in my room) that you barely can use the toilet.

Room is very small but very close to the subway station peripheral environment feel security can also, shopping and food convenience, counter personnel cordial.

For the price we paid it was a good stay, breakfast falls a bit short but the room was very nice for this price.

You know I approached this with trepidation. And from the outside its no oil painting. However the room was clean and everything worked. The bed was Comfy and the reception staff lovely.

Great location close to the central Metro, quiet and clean. The rooms are not very big but they have everything you need. Recommended for one or two nights.

The accommodation was good. Rooms are small but have all essentials. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful. I would have given a 5 but the check out process was horrible. The guy Assen (not sure about spelling since name tag was not pressent) was outside, we had to wait for him, when he did come back he couldn't locate our record, I had to repeat information multiple times (he was on a different planet, so spaced out). Finally, we just told him to email us our receipt since we were trying to get to the airport on time. Eventually, we did receive receipt, but the feeling from check out process was not great. Management, you might go over with your employees in regards to check out process (check in was great on 5/5 and the employee was very helpful).

Nice hotel, very central and yet quiet. The rooms are different sizes and the small ones are still good. It's all so far clean and ok. The bathrooms are modern and lack nothing. However, breakfast is a bit simple, there is toast to toast yourself and cheese and jam individually packed. No sausage but fruit and Kellogs flakes. And a coffee machine and juice. The people there are very helpful and nice. And the absolute plus is the location, you are in three minutes at two tube stations, buses depart almost right outside the door. And the beautiful park is almost tangible.

For us for 2 nights perfectly i. O. Rooms are very small but clean and tidy Very nice staff. Breakfast simple but adequate. Fresh fruit and div. Kellogs, toast bread, croissants, jam honey, cheese, milk and fresh coffee …

Limited, small, minimalist breakfast only strong point not far from a metro station.

This Hotel was what we expected. Its tiny and familiar, the stuff was really nice and polite. We had a problem with our shower and it was fixed the next day, so quick and comfortable service. The Breakfast was good and there was stuff all the time to fill up the foods if something was empty. The room was clean and we got free tea and water.
I think this Hotel is perfect if you want to explore the city and dont want to stay in the room all day. The location is perfect its so close to 2 Underground stations and also a Bus station. A lot of restaurants und shops are nearby. Also a lot of exchange shops.

Good location good clean hotel free continental breakfast would have preferred other breakfast options as well but overall good hotel for the price.

Love the hotel for price location and quality — premium coffee with breakfast which is a great way to start the day of sight seeing — comfortable mattresses, good quality — rooms are adequately sized, complimentary water served every night, bathrooms are adequate too but rooms are very clean with good management — location location location!

Nice rooms but above the bed although this window closed enters cold air and they do not have individual heating.

Good hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms (small bathroom, at least in which I was). Breakfast buffet is correct. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well-connected by metro and by bus.

Lovely place! It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the room was great! For London the size of it was quite good and we were very happy and comfortable. I recommend this place.

Relatively small rooms but good standard. Elevator is out of order and seems like it has been for a while. Basic breakfast with ok coffee included. Easy to go exploring the town.

The hotel needs better management. The lift is broken. There are bundles of laundry stacked in the hall ways. The shower door in my room is broken but the promise it will be fixed after I leave tomorrow. Since the knew it was broken when they gave me the room today, many questions about the commitment and follow through arise. The room is also noisy. The room is too small. You can probably make a better coice than this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location next to Hyde Park. Superb price for the location with breakfast included. The breakfast was continental and not the best but it still gets five stars for everything else.

Everything you need and good location.

Nice and basic. Very small room but sufficient to stay. Less than ok breakfast. Location closed to Queensway and Bayswater underground stations but Paddington is one station away from Bayswater. It makes a difference when you arrive in Paddington with the train. It's just at Hyde park though. Good staff.

The room was small but perfectly functional. It was quiet with aircon and the breakfast included, although only continental, was good. The staff were very helpful.

Hi, I have tried emailing but I don't seam to get a reply to my email so I'll post my email on here daily… Hi, … We booked a room at the above mentioned hotel months ago and today we have turned up to find we have been given a so called double room (301), this is definitely not a double room and does not even have a double bed in it. A standard double is 54" wide and the bed in the room is 47". We went to reception to get the problem sorted as per your literature in the room and they were not interested and would not do anything about it which was very disappointing and caused us a very bad sleep and even trying to sleep on the floor which I find unacceptable. It also comes to something when you can't even sit on the toilet as your knees press against the wall… not only that but the toilet seat was broken and moved on the pan when you sat on it. My sister also booked a room (204) for the same night and it was a larger room, larger bathroom and larger bed all for the same price… I have attached photos of the said bed and toilet. I expect a full refund for this room due to poor service and incorrect room provided. Yours tiredly David.

The Comfort Inn Hyde Park hotel was total a pleasure to stay in. From the warm welcome of the staff at the reception to the end of my stay. I can highly recommend this hotel to any would be holiday makers to London because of its fantastic location and comfy beds. I'll be visiting again no doubt! See you soon Comfort Inn Hyde Park!

Super small rooms but location is Central. Rates are likely to be ok for London but pricey.

Excellent location! Rooms are clean and A/C and heated towel bar all in good working order. Tiny but tidy and updated rooms. Staff was FANTASTIC! Breakfast was nice. It was a good place to hang our hat while visiting London. One of the better budget hotels we have stayed in. Would stay here again for sure!

Modesty is the order of the day, with quality sauce.

Very small rooms, like on a boat, tiny window, like 10 sq meters for a double room inkl. Shower and WC, but clean, good and comfortable interior. Price unreasonable :-), but normal in London, I suppose.
