Friendly, stylish modern, clean, well appointed rooms. Mid price point. Excellent location, 2 mins walk from Paddington station and tube. Our room wasn't available for 2 hours after check in time, but we were compensated with a drink at the bar and a complimentary breakfast for 2. The staff were very apologetic. Would stay here again. I would have given 5 stars if room was available on time.

Some of the nicest hotels I've stayed at have been Indigo Hotels. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. This hotel is simply not worthy of the "Indigo" moniker. Nor, is it worthy of your time or consideration. My experience at this hotel was perhaps the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had. Here is a short list of the lowlights: 1) Despite requesting/reserving a king bed we received a bed with two twin beds pushed together which resulted in an uncomfortable night's sleep for my wide and I 2) The drain in the shower was clogged and drained so slowly we were standing in 3 inches of water within minutes. 3) The phone in the room did not work so, if we needed anything (room service, extra pillows, etc) this was simply not possible. 4) Despite alerting both hotel staff and management about the problems with the shower drain, broken phone, and etc, they made no attempt to fix. 5) Staff was indifferent and unresponsive on a level I've never experienced before including discount hotels and hotels where I do not have status. In sum, I cannot recommend this hotel. I recommend you actively avoid it until management changes are made.

A stylish hotel in a historic building, conveniently located next to Paddington station. Well-sized comfortable rooms, modern shower cabins, Nespresso machines – everything you can ask from home away from home. The buffet breakfast is lacklustre, though.

After having a few issues during our first stay, the hotel manager Roger dealt with the problems very well. We re-booked our stay for last weekend and it could not have been better. The room was brilliant, the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive and we were even greeted with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and thank you note personally addressed from Roger. Both times we could not fault the room nor of course the location. The team definitely made up for the previous hiccups, and because of this we would definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay.

Superb hotel in the heart of Paddington. Lovely modern and well kitted out rooms, safe for passport and valuables, kettle and coffee machine, smart TV, radio and music player and charging points for phones. Lovely bed and no noise from outside traffic. Very close to Paddington main line and tube. It has its own restaurant and bar but you have hundreds outside and that is why 'we' come to London so we passed on this bit. Also reception very friendly and offered us free Sky Movies for the night!

Lovely room, more style than comfort in the organization of space. Super bathroom. Great mattress. I will come again. Single rooms are to small to enter.

Absolutely perfect. Home at the top and splendid room with a cute little balcony. I loved it.

We always dine here in evenings when we stay here in Paddington. Fantastic friendly staff and always helpful. Must come and try you definitely won't be disappointed. It's a lovely place.

The hotel is well situated close to Paddington station which is very convenient. The device is good and the rooms clean. Same with the bathroom. Really clean and good facilities. The challenge is the size of the rooms. It is a bit on the small size, which means if you have a lot of luggage it becomes a bit inconvenient. However, overall it was a comfortable experience.

Great location a few minute walk from the Paddington station, which is where the Heathrow express goes to. Friendly staff, room is a decent size for London but small by US standards. Our room was chic, had a balcony, a smartphone to use to call and look up stuff, a Nespresso and a minibar. Overall good hotel.

Simply adorable! Yes the rooms are smaller, it’s a hotel room in London and you have more than hotels traditionally provide. They’ve thought of everything! (Complimentary wet bar, hair dryer, iron/board, nespresso, cell phone, aveda beauty products, ear plugs, and a glamour magazine). I almost didn’t leave the hotel, I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic small hotel, great location, free mini bar and lots of sweet little stuff, this is a great hotel and perhaps my favorite in London. It's right across the street from Paddington station and that is a fantastic place to start your journey in London. Also, the restaurants around the hotel are great, way better than those on the west end. I'd gladly stay again!

Stayed here over the New year period. I wish I hadn't! The rooms to be be fair were nice, and a decent size. However, the breakfast lets this hotel down, very poor choice. No Hash browns? That's a staple of a English breakfast. Limited choice of fruit drinks, and mainly just cereals. The staff were okay, but not that friendly for a hotel. Its a shame as I have stayed in several Indigo chain hotels before, and they have all been fine.

We visited the hotel Indigo for a night from July 19 to 20. Having booked well in advance, I had contacted the hotel in order to buy theater tickets. They told me that it is not a service they offer. Our room was fine but the king bed was what we would call a queen in Canada. To leave to the airport I asked the Concierge to book us a taxi for the next day. The car in question arrived in advance but instead of a taxi it was Uber. The driver did not report anything, but at Heathrow he did not want to accept a credit card and insisted on cash. All this I put at the feet of the concierge who did not follow my instructions. Although stay was comfortable I would not go back right away as I want a service that respects my instructions.

Usually a good place for a night, clean room, kind staff and convenient location. Rooms are on the other hand quite small and sometimes located in a dark part of the building, hence it feels like you are in the basement. Breakfast is really good with a food amount of options to choose from. Sometimes staff get a bit lost and it takes some time to get served.

Fabulous! I was able to check in to my room at 11am — I doubt this is standard but a nice touch. The room was great. A very comfy bed, quiet air con, and complementary minibar. Breakfast was smashing too. Highly recommend a night here especially as it's 3 mins from Paddington.

We stayed one before heading to Paris. Hotel staff was very nice. Had breakfast the next morning and the food was great and our waitress as very accommodating. Even though we got there five minutes before breakfast was ending. Also the train station is right down from the hotel… which is very convenient!

Located near a subway station. The room was nice but we had to make a note as to cleanliness.

The service is excellent, location perfect. The rooms are small and pricey (as most in London), but luxurious and comfortable.

Great effort with thu5s hotel. Good location near Paddington Station but somehow feels like a normal London Street when you walk out the front door. Rooms are very good, new, and the staff friendly. Very unfortunate management of the bar/restaurant that is best to be avoided, but thumbs up for everything else.

Organizationally, this is a disaster here!
I must run after the invoice for 2 out of 3 stays.
At the last stay I had to depart prematurely.
Affiliated, it has although completely cancelled my reservation, I don't like written loyalty points, it will charge the full amount of the credit card. These are just measly 630 euros, for which it wants to issue me no invoice at this hotel.

Bad! We were treated quite badly by one male staff considering the four stars! We entered in the bar for having coffee and cake/pastry according to an offer displayed on a board outside. We ordered (asking confirmation about the offer). They forgot the beer (fine, happens). When paying he brought the wrong bill (said someone paied already. But then came back saying it was a mistake). He came again with our bill with the wrong Total: added three coffees more that should have been included in the offer. We said there was a mistake and he denied that the things we ordered were in the offer —. —. We complained so he went back bringing the correct bill but keeping the same service charge that should have been lowered given that it goes on percentage. So he basically charged us 20% instead of 12%. I paied because I was tired of complaining, but all this happened without one sorry or any apology, rather making us seem even wrong with our positions by having a quite unfriendly attitude. We left pretty annoied and felt a little cheated!

Worst customer service ever! We had a very bad experience. I am living in London for few years and this was the worst restaurant/cafe I have found so far! They have an offer with coffee and cake. We went and ordered that offer. First the waiter refused to give us a big round seating area by telling it is just for 5 people — we were 7! But a few minutes later, it was given to a group of 8! Then the waiter forgot a beer, after telling him he brought the beer, but almost fell down with it on one of us. Luckily the beer bottle was still closed, he didn't really apologise for that. The cake and coffee was okay. At the end he gave us the bill — without the offer! We told him and first refused the offer, saying there is no offer. Although we asked him before entering! After exchanging a few words, he corrected the bill for that — again without feeling sorry! That is not the English hospitality that I am used to! Not to mention that he didn't adjust the service charge — which ended up being 20%! If that is 4star service, I feel sorry … This waiter should really work on its service.

My mother and I stayed here for one night. Very close to the train station here, and that was really very good. Carol at the front desk gave us great guidance and introduction, called how we visited London in the limited time most of the sights. She is so great! I liked the rooms and the other additional items such as warm towel racks, and slippers, Nespresso. Coming to London I will stay here next time!

I spent three nights at Indigo hotel, staff beyond made my stay very happy. I would be very grateful to those who they are so lovely and helpful. Room very nice, clean and attractive. Only a few meters away from the Paddington station, Oxford Circus is only 4 stops. There are many places where you can buy gourmet coffee to dinner and. When I return to London again when I stay here. I do not give any bad review.

Hotel location is perfect, and we parked a car outside a London Airport parking (very cheap), four days in just 26 pounds. We took the subway to reach Paddington, at the curb. We got a room on the second floor, overlooking the scenery in front of the hotel, it is a very busy street, early in the morning when they are very noisy. In addition to this, the hotel was very clean and modern facilities, while the room is very small, and there is no double rooms only have a room in the basement …

Stayed for one night on business. Staff were very friendly and room was very stylish and reasonable size for central London. Had my own Nespresso machine in the room which was a great addition! Look forward to staying there again.

Great Paddington location. Was upgraded to King Superior. Rooms can be a little on the small side for multiple people but works great for me. I really like the science theme throughout the hotel.

Funny design hotel for London standards affordable. Very Central location, perfect connection to Heathrow via the Express.
