Tidy. Comfortable. Affordable. Say no more. Better than the dumps a 100 yards away in Sussex Gardens.

Stopped her through work and the staff were very friendly breakfast was good and the rooms was comfortable and clean.

My expecting wife and I stayed three days there as part of our honeymoon Europe tour and posting from our hotel room now. The hotel is indeed located in a great location and connected to almost all the major bus trains, tubes, taxis, etc in London. On our last night or day, the hotel service workers or cleaners, cleaned our rooms and cleaned out our valuables and intangible items. They stole the brand new Laptop I purchased for honeymoon pictures and our Ipad. Robbed us of our honeymoon peace and memories. The receptionist appeared nonchalant about our plight, finally called the cops after we insisted. The cops came and said there is not much they could do about that, but they will be investigating the case. There are cameras in the hallways, so I hope they review it and question the employee who cleaned our room and our bags. All the zips on our travelling bags were opened and the things they didn't need thrown on the floor. Thank goodness our passports and money were stored in the room safe. We were worried walking and looking out for pick pockets, not knowing, we were checked in with the danger diabolic. Too bad, we were having such a fantastic time in London Please do NOT become a victim like us, STAY away, you are warned. Currently barricaded ourselves in the room staying watch over my pregnant wife as she sleeps. We just don't feel safe here anymore. I uploaded pictures to show what our current situation is.

No parking, even though they advertise it. The shower was left on the hottest setting so when I reached in to turn it on I was almost scalded, the Wi-Fi was crap, and they seem unable to cancel the pre-authorisation for a second booking that I cancelled. Never, EVER, use this place!

Internet consistently very poor. Either no service or weak signal.

Decent hotel in central London. Don't get in rooms at main roadside — noisy nights may disturb sleep.

Straightforward and functional accomodation which was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Handy location too.

When we arrived they could not find our booking and told us they were fully booked. They then realised it was under one of the other guests names and not the lead booking. Other than that the stay was fine.

Was crap stated parking and Wi-Fi. Parking is a mile down the road and the Wi-Fi isn’t enough to open a email ended up hotspoting my phone to actually run anything. Breakfast is pathetic with the juice machine broken, the choice was little and staff not having a clue what your saying. Floors are thin and if someone leaves there bathroom light on the fans rattle so much you can here from rooms away. Wouldn’t stay again.

The price was way too much for a shabby small room. Lights didn't work, carpet and bed sheets ripped. 2 tea sachets and 2 coffee sachets. Housekeeping entered room an hour and a half before checkout.

Close to central London. Very competitive rate. Clean and safe. Close to busy road, but rooms double glazed. All the local amenities you could need. Would definitely recommend.

I've been staying here for almost a week now and I'm really enjoying my stay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and easy to get around in. Rooms are large with average sized bathrooms for London standards. Rooms seem to be supporting a red theme which looks beautiful! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient area on Edgware Road — just off the Edgware Road station. If you continue walking straight you'll eventually end up on Oxford Street. The walk isn't that long so if you're looking to save money on Uber/tube then I recommend the walk. Lots of sight viewings on the way too. Doors are open 24/7 so if you need to head out somewhere or have a guest coming in at a late time, this won't be an issue! On the outside of the hotel, it does look very small, but once you go inside it's like a completely different place. I personally recommend this hotel. 5/5

I mean, it's a decent hotel. Breakfast is passable and the rooms ok at the most. A bit run down and noisy. Avoid if you're a light sleeper.

Comfortable in every point of view.

Excellent value for money. Was worried when we arrived as the reception was tiny and so was the lift. But the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast was good as well. I defy anyone to find better value in Central London.

Location was a tad far away from our planned attraction visits and the Wi-Fi was a little slow, but other than that, good price and very helpful staff.

It's basic but clean and well maintained. The staff were quite helpful. Plus there was a good halal/vegetarian breakfast thrown in. There are many shops and restaurants close by. The location is on a major road and really accessible but I had a bit of a problem taking a nap during the day because of the traffic noise.

Absolute dump shower was cold and staff very unfriendly.

The room was alright. Clean and comfortable. Then the night descended upon my mortal remains and God it was hot! The air conditioner was horrible. It cools the room for 1-5 mins and turns off. You can't open the window because it's noisy as all hell. Wasn't a comfort Inn after all.

Had the most worst hotel experience at this establishment. Someone was moving around all night long (banging, stomping) in the upstairs room. We were moved to another room the next night to give them another chance as they apologised. The room we stayed in had the worst mold problem I have ever seen. It was too late to change hotels as it was night time when we first walked into the new room. At first light we ran to another hotel…

1 Couple, Fantastic Price for 4 Nights in Central London Hotel, Polite and Caring Staff, Very Comfortable Bed, Cosy and Quiet Rooms, Nice Bathroom, Excellent Continental Breakfast … We Will Return … Thanks For Your Hospitality.

3 nights 25-27 February 2017. Flojete exterior appearance, small reception with 2 seats, correct receptionist, correct rooms, large bed, soft my mattress but we rested very well, clean sheets, decaf and free tea in rooms, safe, good heating. Close to Metro and bus to downtown. Shops and pubs nearby. I do not know what the Spanish people eat at home, but here is enough to get fed up until lunchtime with Spanish schedule; Yes, no scrambled eggs, no tortillas, no stiffs, no sausages, no cooks attending, but you have good toasts of very rich bread, 3 types of pastries, boiled eggs, several juices, several coffees, several single milks, yoghurts various flavors, bananas and apples, 4 or 5 types of corn flakes and mueslis What else do you want?, if you're in England, not in Granada! I would repeat, if I come back. The stars I put are not stars of Spanish hotels, it is an acceptable assessment.

On the outside it looks like a hotel crap but then the rooms are vastly fine but the breakfast is crap.

Quiet area with Metro stop nearby. The rooms are quite large, clean, large breakfast room with comfortable armchairs, PC workstation, varied breakfast and plenty of free wi fi.

Suitable for a weekend. Basic Hotel. Well connected to central London.

Clean comfortable and relatively well equipped room including coffee maker and safe. Fairly well sound insulatef from the busy road outside but some noise could be heard from adjacent rooms and coridord.

Good location. Just what I needed after a night out. Functional and great value.

Good location with easy access to Oxford Street and national rail. Comfortable clean room. Bed was pretty soft and bouncy. Continental breakfast was OK, except for terrible coffee (from a vending machine). Price was good.

Very clean and good value for money. The TV in our room didn't work so they upgraded us and gave us free Wi-Fi for the rest of our stay. Would stay again.

I always prefer Comfort inn Edgware hotel because its located at very nice place where I can easily accessible just a few minutes walk. I like this three star hotel Edgware and accommodation rates are very economical if we compare to other hotels in Edgware.

I spent my holidays in London every year and I always take a room at this hotel in Edgware because rates are very economical and room services are best.

Nice hotel, great value for money. Clean and tidy.
