Worst stay I‘ve ever had — Most Hostels are better. Arrived late in the evening, the Temperature in our room was unexceptably hot. Tried To turn off the heater. Didn‘t work — staff came but couldn‘t help. There was no other Room available. Staff was offering us a refund. Next Morning the Manager told us the Night staff was New and heater is fine. No refund possible. So We paid 110€ for a sleepless Night in a room hot as a sauna. My recommendation: look for another Hotel in London unless you like It hot.

Convenient location, helpful staff but very noisy. I could hear every footstep from the room above. TINY bathroom. The only reasonable way to brush my teeth was sitting on the toilet.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. If you can request room 508 as it has a great view of the London skyline. We always stay here when visiting London and feel like royalty by how they look after us.

Excellent hotel. Room was beautiful with top quality fittings and furniture and a very comfortable bed, we were up on the top floor so perhaps slightly smaller than the photograph when booking but not cramped. The reception and restaurant staff were very nice and you really felt they enjoyed their jobs, they provided excellent service with a smile. I loved staying here and will book again if back in London.

A really nice hotel in London and very reasonably priced. The rooms are smallish and lacks storage space but are otherwise stylish and comfortable. They have a breakfast option. It's about a ten minute walk from the closest Underground Station. The staff was pleasant, quick, and professional. Highly recommended hotel in a very expensive town.

What a fantastic discovery we made when we booked this place. Close to the trains, great location and the surrounding neighbourhood is safe and full of awesome cafes bars and restaurants. Staff at hotel were great — we even got a free upgrade without asking. The room was clean comfortable and trendy. Will stay here again for sure.

Fine rooms but breakfast was not much worth it, there was hardly anything to choose from and it did not get well filled with it even though there was 1 hour for the breakfast buffet closed. The room where you eat had enough space for 10 couples as well as 10 2 men's tables and then you were almost as close as you could not get in and sit on your chair.

What a great stay at The Belgrave in London. Walking distance to London Victoria makes it very convenient. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and a bus stop right out front. We got upgraded to premium room at check in which was amazing, perfect for our honeymoon! Everything was spotless and modern from the lobby up to the room. Nothing was missing from the room that we would have waned, coffee maker, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, every modern convenience, it was perfect. The front desk people were always kind, helpful and cheerful, even when checking out at 4:30am to leave for an early flight they were so friendly! Thank you Belgrave for making our stay in London so memorable! We will be back!

A good place to stay. Location exceptionally good — close to public transport and in a quiet area, while being close enough to the main attractions in London. Hotel staff excellent too. Would stay here again!

Just back from staying at this hotel for four nights. Absolutely loved this hotel. Location is so central. Only ten minute walk to Victoria station. Very handy if you are flying into Gatwick airport. The hotel is chic modern and comfortable. Our room was a standard one but the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was huge. The hotel provided us with two chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall couldn't complain about it.

Wanted somewhere close west end and this boutique hotel was only 15 min walk from the apollo victoria theatre. Compact room but with lovely touches. Late night bar manager was very helpful and friendly.

Very well placed, just a short walk from Victoria train station (arrival and departure from Gatwick Express) and the bus station from where the buses go to the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly and competent.

Great accommodation. Felt right at home. Clean and roomie (for Europe) at a reasonable price. Good area and yummy buffet brekky!

Classy, modern and contemporary small boutique hotel ideally located close to Central London. Male night staff member on reception/ bar was absolutely fantastic — I cannot praise him enough! (sorry I stayed here at the end of November 2017 and as it was a couple of months ago — I cannot remember his name) He was so helpful and accommodating. I felt really welcomed and fussed over and I would definitely stay here again. Hotel rooms have everything that you need + more including lovely new white fluffy slippers and robes, espresso coffee machine on a fabulous drinks tray — hot chocolate, biscuits, water, tea, instant coffee and fresh coffee. Good choice of toiletries in the bathroom including nail file and cotton buds which is a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing and very high quality with plenty of choice including full English Sausage, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, lots of different types of pastries and croissants, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereal and every possible thing you could want at breakfast. For me what's particularly nice about this hotel is, it's not part of a massive chain where every floor and room looks the same. I stayed here on business with colleagues and each room was different however they were all up to the same standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Nice — small but fine rooms and super central location. The inner city area can be walked from here completely on foot. And Victoria station is only 5 minutes away.

Very nice hotel, very helpful staff, very full breakfast. The neighborhood is nice to live very little noise nuisance.

Very good hotel… a 10 minute walk from Victoria station. With bus stop almost at the door (No. 24) with which you reach many of the places to visit. Very comfortable room (good mattress and pillow). Bathroom with good shower and with the necessary. Very good attention, but if you do not speak any Spanish, refrain from booking this hotel.

The hotel is extremely modern, presentable and welcoming. Inside is beautiful with a very modern feel. Very easy check in, we had an executive suite. It was very modern and stylish. Very comfortable bed, fantastic coffee machine, with welcome chocolates. The TV was massive and the bathroom spotless. The shower had two options — normal or waterfall. Both had fantastic pressure. We asked for few extras and were happily given them. Couldn't fault it.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Very clean and tidy. Nice and close to a few tube stops so easy to get to. Would happily stay there again next time.

The right place for you… trust me.
The hotel is located in a very quiet area of London (3 min walk from the Pimlico stop), the thing that is particularly surprising is the silence that is located in this part of the city, so the location is perfect if you want to rest after a day challenging, at no 80-86 you will find this (apparently) small hotel, the entrance is very manicured and the staff available, the rooms are though not particularly spacious (but depends on what you have booked) very cozy and clean, the feeling is just of a recent construction, very interesting the ability to manage with the electronic card all the settings of the room, from the light to the touch screen to warn that you are in the room, that you are sleeping or that the room is free for cleaning, something that I was particularly amazed is the availability in every room of a "handy" device that you can safely use on your days in London to call, navigate and as a tour guide, the attention to detail of this hotel is great and definitely from to suggest… try it and you won't regret it.

Nothing good to say really. Breakfast poor. Rooms small. Ventilation/heating can be heard everywhere making sleeping difficult. Facilities advertised not all available. Had a room change due to noise and was downgraded with no offer of reimbersment or apology or anything. It's clean and staff are helpful but it's supposed to be and they should be.

Dirty with rude staff. My work booked me in for 11 days. I asked to get refunded after 3 but apparently there is a no refund policy so I’m stuck here. It’s like a hostage situation. No actual manager to contact. Run away! Bet this will be deleted by management although I’m doubtful there is such a thing here.

Perfect resting place after Brixton Academy gig. Friendly helpful staff, comfy beds and reasonably priced.
Parking was a bit of a squeeze but appreciated at £15 for duration of one day's booking. Decent continental breakfasts included in £62 fee for twin room, and that was with only four day's notice.
I'd happily book again.

Great hotel and good location near to Victoria station and Apollo Theatre (Wicked). Would definitely use this hotel again.

Nice clean rooms, though tiny. Excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful. Good location too. Requested a room on an upper floor but I guess that was ignored as we were on the first floor with a view of nothing.

Really nice location in Pimlico just one stop away from Victoria station and easy to get around London via tube or bus. Nice and friendly staff. Nice room with a big bed, nice bathroom and got a quiet room facing the backyard. Breakfast coulda been better (better selection of bread and cold cuts/spreads). But was overall ok with friendly staff. Will visit again.

So far having a pleasant stay at the Belgrave. The service is excellent, the staff are very attentive. We had one problem with the TV not working and informed the front desk. By the time we came back from our day out, the issue was resolved.

We enjoyed our stay here and will book again. It is about ten minutes walk from Victoria coach station and really easy to find. The room (410) was clean, modern and well maintained and had everything we needed. Yes, it was quite small but perfectly adequate for two people. The staff were friendly and very helpful. You have to check out by 11 a. M but they will store your luggage for you if you decide to go off shopping before you finally depart.

Great service, easy check in and check out, nice breakfast included for our package. What was memorable was that I called the front desk to ask about a travel adapter and was told he would ask to find out and call me back. He showed up at the door minutes later with one in hand for me to borrow! A little pricey like many places in London but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Clean and recently renovated. Very quiet and well served area.

Central but quiet area. Served by bus, you can get to the big bang even on foot. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with all comforts.

Nice little hotel, staff very friendly and a lovely continental breakfast, everything you need. The room we had could do with a bit of painting as ceiling flaking away by window. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights, reasonable price. One little moan heating came on at 6pm and stayed on all night, would have like heating on when you get ready for night out say 4pm and not all night.

Stayed here a few times with work, not the best but not the worst. Staff were helpful and nice, breakfast in the basement is always fun with burnt toast and warm milk for cereal.

Unfortunately there is the subway line under the hotel. So it is not that quiet.

Great price near the Middle, questionable cleanliness, breakfast was good, staff friendly but slow Wi-Fi network. Despite all good.

If you want to visit brixton academy this hotel is okay to stay one night. If you're stay will be longer, use another hotel. It's loud and the bed is to soft. The most positive thing about the hotel are their employees.

Hotel room was far too hot. Opened windows on a night to cool down but then was too noisy to sleep. Only 1 pillow provided that wasn't at all comfy.

Perfect for our awards evening venue and cannot thank Rajeev enough for his help and superb customer service — need to be recognised as a valued member of staff. Breakfast is filling and nothing seemed too much trouble for any of the staff we met — well done Belgrave.

The Belgrave Hotel was cheap, offered a nice breakfast and lived up to its four-star rating. Close to many attractions so it was easy for me and my family to see Big Ben and other attractions we wanted to see in London.

Pros. Close to london staff helpful reasonably priced. Cons. Room small toilet didnt flush properly shower not hot enough and bed was on the lean and small.

Clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast simple English breakfast, but it is sufficient for morning rush hour Staff friendly. From up north.

The room was small and dirty. Being on the front it was so noisy I didn’t get any sleep for four nights. The first two nights the room was freezing. On the third night the hotel switch the central heating on, then it was so hot and there was no control on the radiator. I could not open the window due to the noise. There was no service to speak of other than the receptionist. The location is 50 metres from the Oval tube station but if you want food in the evening other than chips, forget it! The only saving grace was “The Oval Lounge” bistro across the road. There are plenty of better hotels in the area giving better value for money.

We booked this hotel as we went to see the specials at the brixton academy and it is nice and close. The hotel is very friendly and extremly helpfull especialy the young woman on reception who helped us with directions on the underground. The rooms are to a very high standard and very clean. Breakfast is very well laid out and healthy and the parking round the back is a godsend. All in all a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone. Thankyou again. P. S The specials were fantastic.
