Pamela was outstanding. She was an absolute joy to have assisting my mum and I and made my birthday fantastic.

Awful experience at the SPA. The therapist was clearly untrained for this job. I went out of this hotel more stressed than when I arrived! My scull was even hurting for two days!

We had a very nice meal for my pre bday celeb and adrianna was very attentive to our needs… nice ambiance and lovely food too …. We highly recommended it … thank you 😊

The worst spa experience ever at Le Kalon.
The team at this spa needs some serious training in customer care and generally good manners. Have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a single person in what is supposed to be a high end establishment. Very disappointing.

Absolutely awful supposed to be 5 star but no services available not even breakfast or room service would not book this hotel if it was the last one in London you’d get more service at a travelodge or premier inn.

The hotel is spectacular outside and inside… oozes a grand atmosphere. No bar but will serve you sat in reception… the staff were unbelievable throughout my stay. The bedroom very dated. Bad marks all around the walls, doors very tatty if I'm honest… bathroom fantastic… doubt I will stop here again. Great location…

Place was great, from floor, walls to ceiling. Staff are friendly and very sympathetic. Food is superb, with romantic atmosphere it was a night to remember. We held a surprise birthday party with my manager, last March And because of our great experience we had. We now booked our Team Christmas dinner and dance party. Highly recommended.

I stayed here last year and beyond the beautiful, large, and lovely suite I was upgraded to (thank you! ), the staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly throughout my stay. I prefer more intimate hotels like the Bentley to any other huge luxury chain hotels. I will be back!

We had afternoon tea to celebrate our friends sixty fifth birthday. The hotel was beautiful and the tea, cakes, scones and champagne were lovely but the service was extremely poor. We waited for over an hour before we were given even a glass of water. I had to ask them to bring me my sandwiches, cakes and then my scones. One of my friends is dairy intolerant. She called two weeks ago to warn them and although they remembered for her cakes and sandwiches they provided clotted cream to accompany her scones! Luckily she had brought some dairy free muffins and ate those as she said the scones provided were disgusting and she was still hungry. When we told the waiters how dissatisfied we were with their lack of care with my friends dietary requirements and their service in general they couldn't have care less. I was told by the waiter that they had brought me extra to compensate for having to wait. I didn't want more to eat I just wanted to celebrate my friends birthday tea at the same time as everyone else. The bill was paid for in advance. Had it not been we would have withheld a portion of the bill representing those items which appear unacceptably late or which were dangerously unsuitable for their intended recipient. I will not returning nor will I be recommending this hotel to friends.

I consider the Bentley to be my London Home. I return to the Bentley several times per month and enjoy the delightful hospitality of the hotel, their fine dining, the beautiful rooms, delicious food and amazing service. My visits in August 2018 are a prime example, where nothing was too much trouble, attention to detail was on the button, and the entire experience was perfect. I look forward to returning in September.

We went to afternoon tea here. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and tables laid with silver and white linen. Sandwiches and cakes were OK but tea was made far too strong. First cup fine but top up was like treacle! Asked for hot water to add to cup and was given yet another strong pot. There was 2" of loose Earl Grey in pot. Could not have been an English person preparing it!

My partner & I stayed for one wonderful night as we were going to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall & celebrating his 50th birthday. Although we live in London, it was just a treat to not have to rush for last trains/tubes. We had the best time, I asked you to arrange some fizz in our room on arrival, there it was! And we treated ourselves to room service breakfast, perfect! We will most certainly be back, we decided little treats like this are most certainly something we will repeat & the lovely, old world charm & attention to detail made his big birthday very special!

Four of us had afternoon tea here on 26th June 2018, excellent service, polite, friendly staff, they had overlooked that one of our party requested gluten free items but this was quickly corrected, very enjoyable and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting.

Nice afternoon tea, very tasty and the staff were very nice and helpful, the settee's to the right of the entrance were in dire need of replacement, not in keeping with the proposed quality of the establishment, the restaurant area where the tea was officially being held had a bit of a upmarket cafe feel, again no reflection on the staff they were lovely.

An elegant, sophisticated and uncrowded venue for afternoon tea with a selection of beautifully served savoury sandwiches, cakes and scones.

Step off the road and into a different world. The huge spiral marble staircase and the wonderfully attentive staff all makes you feel very special.

We visited The Bentley Hotel yesterday 23/2/2018. It was chosen to celebrate both my Aunt's & Cousin's birthdays. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. The venue is delightful. The dining room light, airey and well decorated. The decor opulent and toilets extremely clean. The staff were excellent and very attentive. The afternoon tea was very traditional. Adequant amounts of food was made available. All fresh and well presented. The champagne was of good quality and well chilled. There was a good choice of teas. The scones were fresh and warm when served. The staff added the extra touch of a dessert served on a happy birthday plate. This was an added bonus. We had a fabulous afternoon and would hope to return.

Went to the Bentley Hotel today for the first time, for my birthday treat. Had their high tea with champagne. Absolutely first class service from all of the staff, high tea was excellent quality.

Great afternoon tea in quiet area of London but close to main shopping areas.

Terribly expensive for a mid level hotel. But if you look past the relative obscure name in the business of super expensive hotels, it's a modern gem. It gives glimpses of old world grandeur and old fashioned service where the employes will go at lengths to make your wish possible. Loved it and recommend it if you look past its size. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Lovely evening, the food was good and value for the money, the champagne was lovely! I disagree with a few of the comments on here I been here a few times now and find it really good food good portions and value. I eat in London a lot in beautiful places and know my food and drink, I wouldn't say it's the best food in London but defo great value and enjoyable, Upholstery could do with a bit of TLC but apart from that beautiful. We will be back again.

We went to the hotel for a champagne afternoon's tea. From the street you walk into a plush lobby & reception area, with amazing chandeliers. Coats were taken & we were seated in a not so grand room. Service was good & there was a nice selection of sandwiches, cakes & scones with cream & jam. There was some mis-communication regarding the sandwiches for one of our party but on the whole a very pleasant afternoon.

Amazing service… friendly staff, great quality food, can't fault this place. Had champagne afternoon for my mother's birthday today and they treated us like royalty. Beautiful decor. Would definately come again Thank you.

We went there for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. It was a great experience and particularly the staff were wonderful — Rachit and Kiki looked after us phenomenally well and even arranged for us to have a small anniversary cake. Thumbs up guys, you made it very special for us!

The service was quite delightful. The staff were very nice — especially Alex at the front desk and the staff members who patiently served my breakfast each of the 3 days of my stay. The rest was good as well but that I particularly wanted to point out.

All that comes to my mind is — impeccable location! After a 5-minute walk to the Gloucester Road tube station you can virtually go anywhere in the city. My wife and I visited Kensington Palace, Westfield Shopping Centre, Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall etc. Even now, when I recall the stay, I feel emotionally recharged.

This is a lovely hotel that is equipped to superb standards. The rooms are luxurious, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful and actually looked like they enjoy their job. The location is peaceful, but only 2 minutes walk from the tube station and 10 minutes from the Museums.

Brilliant. I loved every minute. The room was well equipped and clean, and the breakfast and service was exceptional.

My family and I had a nice 2 night stay at the Bentley. Breakfast was great. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Location was great. I would say it was pricey, but we would return for another stay.

Having staying at The Dorchester or the Ritz on and off for for 15 years, I was reluctant to try this hotel which was recommended to me. All I can say is that it equally as good as both these hotels! full stop. Fabulous staff, luxurious personified, Stylish location, and more in keeping with 5* prices than "off this planet" prices of Dorchester/Ritz. Try it.

I stayed at this hotel for the better part of a week and could not believe the terrible service for the cost. I was here with a number of colleagues, but the hotel was far from crowded. And yet we could not get good service, they were unresponsive to our requests, the food was terrible (cold tea at breakfast, very mediocre breakfast and my in-room meal one night was undercooked cold risotto. The doorman was sarcastic and rude and they just did not care about us. In this economy I just don't see how they think they can get away with this. Our bill was substantial — even after we had them subtract the incorrect extra charges. And we will NEVER be back. So many great hotels in London that you should definitely save yourself the pain of being here.
