Condo Hotel

Stayed there for 5 nights and the small lift wasn't working so had to walk up numerous flights of stairs to our room, we didn't have any hot water for the first 2 days and all the management said was sorry they had to wait for the engineer because there was no maintenance staff.

Booked for three nights for the three of us (including small child). Room stated it was ok for three and photos included a sofa. The website even prompted for the age of any children, so I thought it was safe to assume a bed and a sofa bed were available. Room 504, a studio, was so small that the standard double bed provided left little room for even a small table, let alone an additional bed or sofa. They offered to rent an additional bed, but pointed out that the room wouldn't fit it. The three of us were expected to share a double bed with a slight shrug from the receptionist as if this were perfectly normal (and humanly possible). The registration form then asked for the name and date of birth of all guests, including children. Not sure the purpose of this, so we refused. The tiny platform lift (the one) didn't feel that reliable for the three person capacity, and it's 100+ stairs if you don't. The bathroom was reasonably nice and the tiny kitchen well stocked. The location is handy for Gloucester road tube and Hyde park, and service was friendly, but the accommodation lets the experience down with tiny rooms and tired looking public spaces. Wish I'd booked at a budget hotel, at least I would have got breakfast.

Information about the room, said "city view", but our two windows where just a few inches from at brick wall. No view what so ever.

Great location with lots of great places to eat. Arrived to a complementary upgrade which was nice. The appartment was spacious with everything we needed including iron and board, hairdryer and flatscreen tvs.

The rooms where tidy and neat. Staff where great too. The rooms where scratches on the floor which made the rooms look older. The lift was broken for more than a week.

Great location. Nice apartment with kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shirt walk to tube, cafes, restaurants and supermarket.

Nice no frills place. Great location. Excellent staff. Even washed our dishes.

I always think staff at any hotel are one of the priorities to decide if you can come back again or not, staff here especially at reception area were all kind and helpful and always smile, other than that, every things were good and worth to consider this place as (new home in london).

Excellent excellent location. Rest is a letdown-definitely more apartment than hotel. Lift is awful and dangerous, couldn't fit more than 2 people hence great inconvenience if traveling with children. Rooms good size and clean, Great little kitchen, however not maintained well-dirty sofa, cupboards, floor all scratched, marks on walls etc. Windows need soundproofing.

Nice and clean accommodation, excellent facilities and fantastic location. Staff are a credit to the company — helpful and pleasant.

Lovely! Stayed over night with my partner, as we were going to a show at The Albert Hall. We stayed in the penthouse apartment and it was fabulous. Beautifully designed with amazing views even in the rain! Great location just a 2 minute walk to the nearest tube and 15 min walk to the Albert Hall. Would definitely stay again.

We have had a wonderful weekend! The attention has been perfect at all times. We asked for a highchair for our baby and when we arrived it was in the apartment.
The apartment was beautiful, with unbeatable views! In the kitchen there was coffee, sugar and even tea. Everything to cook, including an oven that worked perfectly.
At reception they were very friendly at all times and allowed us to leave our suitcase to continue strolling until last minute.
The location is perfect, the subway station is a street and has three lines with which you can go from the airport conveniently and then all over the city.
A few meters away there is a Tesco, to buy supermarket type. Saturdays are open 24 hours.
You will be our permanent site in London and hope in the coming months to be able to return with our eldest son too. An ideal place to enjoy London! Thank you! We will return WITHOUT DOUBT!

Great location to the underground and the supermarket Facilities enough for every day using Staff were nice Just wall was a bit thin.

Excellent hotel. Really lovely design and great staff. Expensive but worth it!

Room is stylish, well designed and with high ceiling. Bathroom comes up with warm flooring which is the best part I like. Location is almost next to Soth Kensington Tube.

We have loved the hotel. Perfect location, clean design and fantastic attention of the staff (charming buttons Portuguese). Rooms 211 and 212 which are very nice but small. We will return on our next visit to London. Thanks to the team.

Excellent location close to South Kensington Underground. My friend and I enjoyed an amazing Halloween themed afternoon tea in the contemporary Drawing Room of the hotel. The afternoon tea was delicious, fun and creative. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

Excellent service! Rooms are very nice with modern decor. The hotel restaurant has very good cocktails and the food is one of the best that you could ever find. This is the second time we visit the hotel and definitely will be back.

Everything is OK, very good location.

Worse and it was bad experience to stay. The receptionist didn't want to help and she didn't welcomed us after a long journey. The rooms are average, so you may find other hotel nearby with better services & price as well.

I struggled for years to find somewhere I like at a reasonable price in London before being recommended The Harrington by someone who works there. And they were right — excellent rooms at a fair price, top-class service and great location. Highly recommended.

As we now have returned from our visit to London for the Olympics we want to thank Harrington Court Apartments so very much for their kindness to reserve a studio apartment for us. As always the room was very good, and all was perfect. Harrington Court location is also ideal — near the musems, the underground and the wonderful Hyde park When we go to London next time (next year I guess) we will naturally try to book an studio apartment at Harrington Court Apartments and we have recommended Harrington Court Apartments to all our friends that plan to go to London.

Superb central London location, spacious apartments, good service and extremely clean. Just 1 minute's walk (really) from South Kensington tube station and walking distance of many sights. Great value for money!
