Lovely stay at the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff (loved getting a warm welcome and a fortune cookie on arrival :-) ) very good location, 5 minutes from station — Lovely suite (stayed on 5th floor, very quiet 511) Spacious with living room & desk area (great for a bit of work! ) great Nespresso coffee machine! Comfy bed/bedding. Lack of products in the shower is a bit of a let down but…😃Will stay there again.

The greeting and staff were so helpful. The decorations for Christmas are stunning and the rooms were extremely spacious.

Beautiful hotel don’t know what it’s like to stay here as I went for afternoon tea which was very basic for a five star hotel sandwiches was ok nothing special not very many of them they also brought the scones in at the same time which was rock hard we had to send them back and they sent the same one back just heated in the microwave so I had to call the manager over to get them changed I have had lots of afternoon teas never has that happened ever very disappointing.

Overall good. Been staying at that hotel. I find the rooms to be great especially those with river view. To me, seems it’s the only hotel that will do your laundry same day when you need it. That’s a plus that not many hotel can do. Food is great in room service. Will return!

The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff! I received a very warm welcome on my arrival last night, even8ng receptionist was so welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional, housekeeping were lovely when I asked for decaff coffee and the staff at breakfast also gave a warm welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the suite was large and had everything you could need. Loved the coffee machine. Breakfast had a great selection, was delicious with lovely views over the harbour. After reading reviews I had been a bit nervous before arrival, I needn't have been, I hope to return in the future 🙏

The ventilation system wasn't working or switched off so the air in the room was terrible and stuffy. Couldn't open a window as the noise from the train station outside was really loud. They pay attention to the stuff you see but what about what you can't see and the Health implications.

I have been so disappointed with this hotel and the fact that they are ignoring my emails. The complaints department is shocking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I booked here and paid a lot of money for a spa that wasn’t working. They didn’t tell me this until I had checked in and paid for my rooms.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE! I spent my morning at the spa at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in Battersea. My slot was at 10am. The service provided was very disappointing, starting from the main reception, where an Asian guy (probably from Pakistan, India or something else? ) after I showed off my booking said: "oh I'm sorry, the SPA is no longer available! ". I was starting my morning very annoyed, but after a while he told me:" nah! I was just joking! ". I don't know which kind of customer service you used to carry in this hotel, but I found this first approach very inappropriate. I work in customer service, and health and safety, and I wouldn't never approach an unknown client like this. I was also kind of shocked to have noticed a few things, where some of them were particularly dangerous! First of all, my friend wanted to have a coffee from the coffee machine, she was available to pay for it, but sadly she couldn't have it since the coffee pods were not available. Then she went to the toilet, and toilet paper was missing. Another thing was to see the boiler door between the sauna and the steam room, that was open (so dangerous to leave it like this! ), because the door couldn't close properly, and nobody cared to find a solution about it, or putting a barrier in front of it. But the worst thing, it was when I finished having my shower, I tried to turn on the hair dryer and found it faulty. I tried with the other one, and it was faulty too.

Had an amazing lunch. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and good value for money. Will be returning for sure.

Quiet, very comfortable, with great spa, the most beautifull setting near river and staff so attentive, friendly and went out of their way to help us. Particularly thankful to LUZ who was superb! Cannot wait to return as we feel so relaxed staying at the hotel during Uk heatwave. Thank you Luz and all!

Food and room fine, although the curtains didn’t work and the carpet had been fitted by a blind man. Service was absolutely rubbish. Profiled for a room deposit nobody else had to pay in our group, then charged nearly £300 a week after we left and nobody seems to be able to tell me why or give me a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t get through to who we need to speak to for almost 2 weeks, and then it felt like the manager would rather eat a dog poo sandwich than speak to me about their mistake. My wife called first and they robbed her off all week and it seemed like they were ignoring her calls. So much for 5 star. Had better service in a travelodge. Do not stay here. Complete SCAM. If I could give 0 stars I would. disgusting fraudulent company. Check your statements if you do stay as you will get charged. Seems to happen a lot reading other reviews. We have contacted the bank and the police. Raging. 😡

OMG we have died and gone to heaven. We had an amazing room which was immaculate and with 2 balconies. The hotel staff throughout were fabulous, my favourite was the reception manager. The food was delicious and lots of it. So chuffed and excited to have stayed here. It was fabulous.

When I got there I had to wait as they couldn’t find my booking and didn’t have my room card Etc ready. The restaurant was closed, the bar staff kept forgetting when we asked for menus Etc as you could only eat there. There was no mini bar in the room to have a drink on your balcony or anything to eat. I called up at 22.45 for some food and soft drinks to be told use Uber eats as they stop serving at 10! So I couldn’t even get a can of coke in a 5 star hotel! No one informed you of the short service! A lift wouldn’t work going to my floor only but wasn’t told so spent ages trying to make it work. Could be such a lovely hotel, it’s a shame as they are using covid still to excuse the bad offerings. I asked for a pre ordered cab and was told they were unsure of how to book it by pre order!

It needs a massive refurbishment as it's super old with chopped off furniture and old facilities. I am surprised people are leaving positive reviews of "best hotel in London"… Definitely they haven't quite stayed anywhere else around London and most probably they compare it to 2-3*ones. Staff also needs training as I haven't encountered a worse "stiff upper lip" attitude anywhere around London. Just arrogant and indiferent to assist us. The typical "countryside type of arrogance" when immigrants think they have made it by simply being a front desk officers in "a hotel" and they are trying to be arrogant by sounding posh and rude? Well, I could just laugh of their faces and pick up an quarrel but decided to drop it. Not my cup of tea or mentality. Will definitely not stay there ever again unless they change the management an refurbish it. Only reason why this hotel is still up and running is bcz Chelsea football club is contracting them every night before a game in Stamford Bridge. Otherwise, they wouldn't have a flow of money nor a reputation. Anyways…

I recently took my wife for her birthday for a two night stay, it was a lovely suit if not dated and lounge carpet quite badly stained. We had a lovely weekend as situated in a great place with easy access to transport, all staff were lovely and pool was a real bonus. But unfortunately on our way home on train I noticed I had been charged a lot more than should have been, since then I have tried calling and emailing many times but to no response. It has unfortunately took the shine off what was a great weekend. Still waiting for a response 5 days later ☹️

Me and my wife were a bit apprehensive about this hotel after reading the reviews on trip advisor but wow they were wrong. The hotel is great, in a great location. Staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. We had a great stay the day before our honeymoon. Thank you for a lovely stay. Dan and Rebecca.

We came to the hotel for afternoon tea. It was a very pleasant experience, and a very reasonable price — including a glass of Prosecco! The sandwiches and pastries were beautiful, and all members of staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful! I would definitely recommend a visit!

Amazing hotel and lovely staff, come back to the room to find a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate strawberry’s for my husband’s birthday which really made his day, can’t wait to stay again 😊

Arrived at the hotel to a sour looking and unhelpful concierge. Our room was freezing cold. Maintenance came in and took over an hour to try and fix heating which wasn’t fixed. 3-4hours later, moved to another room. Ordered a burger, delivered undercooked and cold. Ruined a lovely break. Not at all 4/5star hotel as expected.

Such a bad experience and a really bad manager who’s just trying to take the money of poeple instead of fixing what’s they are clearly doing wrong! We booked one night for Valentine’s Day in a suite and it was so cold.

The most amazing suite rooms ever. Great restaurant, super outstanding staff and wonderful harbour views.

When we arrived at about 3 pm, we had lunch and a drink at the bar. As we then went to the check-in desk we then we're told the room isn't ready. This is so appalling that at 4.30 pm our room isn't ready. It was embarrassing for our host as well. Not great and then at 5.15 pm we get our room. This puts stress on my stay as it didn't get time to get ready or relax before heading out. I didn't enjoy the show I went to see because of the hotel. I've left this for a while to review to see if the hotel contacts me or the host, they didn't. Furthermore, the mini bar was also empty as it shouldn't have been. The staff were not very helpful either. Just a bad stay to be honest. Shame as the hotel prides itself on the Chelsea postcode.

A great experience & wonderful hotel after a great night at the Royal Albert Hall. Taxis good from & back to the Chelsea harbour hotel. All round a nice hotel & a good time.

I recently stayed at the Chelsea Harbour hotel and I can't rate the hotel or the staff highly enough. The reservations staff in particular were exceptional especially a very helpful woman called Mira who went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed. I would stay at the hotel again without hesitation and I recommend it to everyone coming to London. It was my friend's birthday during our stay and I informed the hotel ahead of our arrival and there was a cake waiting for us.

Went to conference type event in the event rooms downstairs. Room was well put together and coffee, tea and biscuits were provided. Staff friendly and area was well done up and nicely laid out. Great location by the harbour and perfect place to stay for a sunny weekend. Good transport links on the harbour and nearby overground station.

Exquisite views on the terrace overlooking the harbour. Helpful friendly staff. But it does cost £15 for 2 hour parking on the hotel grounds. Free parking on the street across the road though!

Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds. The restaurant there is delicious and their room service is great. The customer service is amazing! Can be tricking for Ubers to get there, so I suggest calling for a cab as they seem to be more familiar with that area. The only downside is that it takes about 30 mins to get to The City from there.

We have attended our friend’s kid birthday party in one of the conference rooms! Catering provided was quite nice, as well as the service! The kids had so much fun! Even though, the hotel is nice, it is relatively old!

This is my second time at the hotel and it's wonderful. The concierge is very helpful. The room are suite-style with separate living and sleeping areas. There's construction going on next door, but it stops and starts at reasonable hours. And besides, you'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel in London that doesn't have construction going on nearby. Haha. Highly recommend this place.

Literally amazing. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home especially Franki on reception who has exceptional customer service skills, a fabulous smile and the ability to put you at ease, highly recommended!

Beautiful location, tube station 2 mins walk away, very big hotel attentive and welcoming staff. Great views over the harbour. Didn't get to see any rooms as was there for a business function.

Love the concept… but a soulless place… need some soul, positive energy and life… the place is loosing it… do something. Save the grand Chelsea Harbour!

Great hotel, functional but elegant with all the services and a price that does not shoot. Very comfortable rooms and a spectacular breakfast. Very friendly staff. If you have to put a but it is a bit out of the center but worth it to be in a quieter area.

AN exquisite place, very chilled atmosphere. I loved the bar ;) This place is definitely a highlight in my 2018 life-reel. It started me off in the right way.

The food was generally good except for 2 of the meals, one of them was the stuffed chicken breast which was dry. I ordered the fillet steak to be cooked as medium and it was well over cooked. On the other hand the service was excellent.

We went for my partners birthday and I asked for some flowers in the room and I was amazed at how nice they were! The reception staff also wished her a Happy Birthday on arrival!
Again all staff from the front of house to the house keeping were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble even for me Miss Fussy eater!

Best value luxury hotel in London. Friendly helpful staff, generously sized rooms, plenty of parking and best English breakfast in town too.

The hotels has only suites which is amazing. Great location close to Kings Road. Extremely friendly staff.

Stayed overnight after a conference. Wonderful room and staff very helpful and accommodating. Drinks in bar are extortionate. 3 shorts and mixers were £40 I know it’s Chelsea but bloody hell fire! So if you’re staying bring a bottle with you.

I have visited event at penthouse and was really impressed how gorgeus this hotel is. Plenty of helpful staff and great surrounding area.

Great location. Lovely rooms. Staff need customer service training. No turn down service and the food is definitely not 5* maybe a 3. Specially breakfast. Disappointing.

Went to a party in downstairs banqueting suite. Comfortable but uncluttered space. Not too many seats around. Beware of stairs down. They don't make it a clear division between steps and flat areas.

They do a lovely afternoon tea here, the view is nice and the service is quite good. They cater well for people with special requirements, e. G. Allergies, vegetarian etc and is good value for money.

Another expensive hotel. Nice location but not good for local tube stations. High quality venue but I can think of several that are better. £5 for a coffee!

Amazing place, what a treat. We went for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Had a spa treatment and glowing afterwards, the therapist was perfect, very gentle and making sure everything was perfect, I felt so comfortable — I dozed off for a little … great customer and respectful customer service! To top it the hair saloon stayed open for me to do my hair for my Anniversary dinner as I walked in asking when they were just about to close, this made me feel so special and treated, smiling from ear to ear, looking gorgeous — what a treat it! Thank you so much!

Visited the Chelsea Harbour Hotel for a professional event. Whilst the location wasn't the most convenient for me to get to, the experience once I'd arrived was worthy of the five star rating I've given. The rooms we were using had a great view of the harbour, the chairs were comfortable and placed with plenty of leg room. Perhaps most importantly, the food was great! All in all, an experience is be happy to repeat at any time in the future. Only wish I could afford to stay here as a guest!

This is an excellent hotel that could compete with the very best in London. The best aspects to this hotel are its location and size of the suites. Booking a room was easy; price very reasonable; beautiful rooms; good staff; good breakfast. It is the breakfast that perhaps was not its best asset. It is a slight distance from the city but Imperial Wharf station is at its door-step which came in handy.
I will certainly stay there again and will recommend it wholeheartedly.

Beautiful suite overlooking the harbour! 6th floor, gives a view of the London Eye in the distance. Very spacious and we'll appointed!

I was there for a wedding and it is a lovely venue. It has everything. The staff are wonderful and the hotel looks stunning. My only complaint would be about navigating around the area. The signage is poor and it's not clear at all which way you need to turn for what. Additionally, the parking is expensive as well as remarkably cramp. I think those are the only 2 let downs about my trip to the hotel.

Large suite rooms but you can tell they're a tiny bit out of date (hello iPhone4 docks! ). Odd location, but great access to Chelsea and some good pubs.

On arriving the service was excellent, everything was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite adapted for a disabled guest. Our room was clean. The bathroom was very attractive but the room itself, despite being a suite, was rather plain. Despite being a five star hotel there was nothing to differentiate it from a four or even three star hotel in terms of decor. There were power sockets all over the place, some of which had had plastic covers put over them and yet there were none next to the bed where you might want to charge your phone for example. The fridge door dropped when opened making it hard for me (and impossible for someone with limited hand function) to close. The clothes rail was so high up it was impossible for my wheelchair using friend to reach. The shower was equipped with a folding down seat and two hand rails but one of these combined with a large lip made it very difficult to transfer in and out of the shower. The shower caused more problems by being stuck on boiling or very very very hot. When we mentioned this to the staff on reception they helpfully said they'd send someone to look at it, whivh presumably they did, as the next day when we came to shower the shower was instead stuck on cold or semi warm. The breakfast was perfectly decent with a reasonable choice in a buffet and optional extras. All in all a nice hotel with good staff, but perhaps not the polished finish you might expect.

Room was great! Breakfast sadly wasn't what I expected. Only served scrambled eggs. No al a carte menu. Quite dissapointed really. The spa had a sauna and steam room but they neglected to mention men and women's is separate.

Lovely hotel, location is great right beside the over ground with easy access to all London attractions. Downside for us was the bar area, cocktails and bottles only no draughts, and very pricey. Also lacked any real atmosphere. We dined and had drinks throughout our stay at the waterside restaurant and bar which was lovely and right around the corner on the Thames.

Went for a breakfast meeting. Soulless bar area and dreadful coffee at nearly five quid a pop!

Location is fantastic, right in Chelsea. Good meeting venue with decent breakout rooms. Good food options, and service. Driving to and from the hotel is a terrible experience, requiring at least half an hour for the last mile with standstill traffic both ways. Taking the train to and from Imperial Wharf is much better with the station just across the street. Renovation works outside the hotel a bit confusing and unfortunate, but that should be temporary.

Travel before living in the hotel, the room is very good. All suite has a separate living room equipped with sofa, bathroom is also very beautiful. Everyone I come into contact with the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they enjoyed the work. Swimming, swimming pool very suitable space, gym equipment. If you want to take a walk along the Thames path or the morning run in Battersea Park, the hotel location was good. Will definitely come back again.
