Bag Theft, today. Sunday am, relations had handbag stolen from eating, ground floor bar. No security, two men, not eating. Preying on guests. Should feel secure, but this is not the case. Two entrances/exits. Easily enter and leave without security noticing. Our relations lost greatly sentimental items. We are very upset and angry. Four star, should be under review. Not happy.

It may not seem important but to me a clean fresh smelling place is. The Dorset always has a pleasant smell when you enter!

This place has been very comfortable for my stay. Rooms are small but cozy. The lounge is very quiet and comfortable. The shikumen restaurant was some of the best Asian food I’ve ever had. The hotels location is close to several great bars and venues in Shepherd’s Bush.

Clean and very good service at the reception.

Excellent breakfast, rooms were reasonably good, extremely pricey for location and sadly awful construction view. Two nights £500 price let it down.

The hotel is situated in a great location. Check in was easy & the reception staff were very helpful.

Room was lovely, hotels was very nice too. How ever having to wait for 15 minuets to be seated for breakfast this morning was not on. Then the table was not set. I was not offered a tea or coffee, then there was not much food left in the buffet. When asked if more was more coming out I was told it after 10:30 breakfast has finished. Very disappointing and spoilt an other wise nice stay.

It is such a luxurious hotel and the staff are so helpful, it makes visiting here a pure joy and I really enjoy coming here for coffee or a drink. I would recommend the hotel to others as they professional but give a very friendly attitude to customer service. It also is easy to get the different tube stations to other places.

I very pleasant, comfortable hotel. Rooms are spotless and airy. The breakfast is good. It's great value being close to the central line though if you are walking there is no nice restaurants. There is the Westfield centre for shopping, which is surprisingly upmarket. Lovely hotel in the wrong area.

The quality of the structure, the position and the staff makes this one of the best hotels I've ever been in London, I'm there 3 weeks a month for work and if I can I always go for it as my first choice. The breakfast is good, service and staff always helpful and welcoming, the rooms are very nice and I like the Asian style. The gym is tiny but has everything you need, never seen it too crowded.

Very nice hotel, spacious and well-maintained delux room. Large bathroom with tub and shower also very nice. Great location with the bus stop right under the hotel and the metro a two-minute walk away. The area is quiet and pleasant and a huge shopping mall within walking distance… I would definitely go back.

The Hotel we have booked via The Internet due to the good Reviews. It's also really top, there's hardly anything to expose. The Equipment, the Staff, The service — everything very well. The Only thing that's not really nice is the Area the Hotel. However, if you ignore this Fact and don't necessarily want to go for a walk here at night, but use the Hotel to Stay overnight, fits.

Ok I'm only giving 4 as it's not allowing me to give 3.5. Firstly I must say the service can not be faulted, it was amazing & all the staff were friendly & approachable. The breakfast service was good. It's the little things that let it down. If it were a Premier Inn I could understand, but a hotel of this calibre should really have these things sorted. The view wasn't the best, although I do realise that cannot be helped, someone has to stay in these rooms & the view cannot be changed. The little shelf in the shower that holds your shampoo & shower gel was squint so the bottles kept falling off which was annoying as there's not much room in the shower as it is. Also the holder for the shower head was broken so it doesn't hold the shower head up, meaning you have to manually hold the shower head when it's on to aim it at your head. Things like this I would expect at your quick rest stop hotels but not here.

Had a spa day here with my friend. It was so lovely! the staff are very accommodating and friendly. I had a back massage and a scalp massage which was just amazing, sent me to sleep. Highly recommend this place.

I called them 4 times and 4 times they told me that they were fully booked even though on the website I kept finding available rooms. I made it to the hotel and surprise, yeah! They had some rooms available so o managed to get one. Once there the service was great. The only complain I have is that they blocked some money on my credit card and it took them 5 days to release it. Generally hotels do it as soon as you check out, at least the ones I had previously stayed at.

The reception is very courteous. The rooms are comfortable comfortable bedding. Produced in the bathroom very well. The breakfast and hearty and quality. Hotel that I recommend without reservation.

Great Hotel. Excellent location due to the public Connection, you can also get from the Airport quickly. The Service was impressively accommodating, the Room spacious and beautiful and the Hotel itself is also worth a second Look due to its History. Fully recommended if you want to feel in good hands in London.

Had a gift voucher for the spa at this hotel. I'm a bit reluctant to say how wonderful it is, as I don't want it to get spoilt! It's a lovely peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Unsually for a spa, it has a lot of natural day light. I was there on a lovely sunny day and it creates a lovely fresh warm feeling. I was greeted by a lovely man, who spent time showing me around and how to get the most of the facilities. Although you can only use the facilities for an hour, they were kind enough to let me stay in the relaxation area after my treatment, as they weren't too busy. I had body exfoliation, massage and a facial. The therapist was very pleasant, gave good advice and didn't try to sell me anything. I will definitely be returning.

We had another lovely stay and very much appreciated the free upgrade! The staff are lovely but I have one piece of constructive feedback regarding the breakfast service. I think the staff could be a lot more proactive in serving guests and checking the breakfast buffet is fully stocked. The staff appear to focus more on clearing the tables than actually serving. Also they appear to dislike having teaspoons on the tables to stir your tea or coffee! Otherwise we love the hotel and we will be back.

Modern hotel with a slightly confused identity at times. The communal areas and dining room seems a little unsure if they should serve hotem guests exclusively or the general public. Finding a lavatory was a trial and no one seemed to know if the ground floor facility (Yes singular) was actually in service.

Very good hotel 4 stars in the area of Shepherds Bush, with a metro stop two blocks, I ls proximity to the commercial center and variety of dining options in the surrounding area. Hotel very nice decorated, very good breakfast and good attention.

All in all a nice and comfortable hotel. Many free products in the bathroom, e. G. Single-use razor, soap, shampoo, qtips. Breakfast service was terrible! Not enough personal to fill and refill cups with coffee or tea. Selection of food not as big as you might think for 16 pounds. We did not have Breakfast included, so we had to wait for our bill and sign BEFORE we were allowed to sit down, everyone staring at us. Price per night was 150 pound per single bed room.

First time staying at the Dorsett & totally delighted by it. On entering you are greeted with a spacious, warm golden embued welcoming decor which gives a lovely elegant feel from the get go. The rooms mirror the same homage to elegance and cater very well to the guests needs. The staff are both professional & courteous & most definitely go that extra mile to assist in every way. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & shall make the Dorsett my 1st choice on my next trip.

The location of the hotel is OK. It has very friendly staff in all areas and bright and clean rooms. Wi-Fi is free and very good. In the room there is a mobile phone, which can be used free of charge during the stay and take with you on day trips, for example To locate a route on Google Maps. Even free calls to certain countries are possible. Unfortunately Germany was not there. Breakfast was a bit crowded at certain times, but it always worked. The good transport connections with the bus stops in front of the hotel make it easy to get to the City of London. The subway can be reached in 5 minutes.
We were here for the third time now and we liked it again.

Something away from the center, thankful because I asked for room with tub and we got one when it had Q been with shower, but being from disabled it gave a bit of a bad roll. Queuing for breakfast seems like a third mundista. No one spoke Spanish.

This was the second time we stayed at Dorsett Shepherd's Bush. We stayed 10 days in 2015 and had such a great stay, so we booked it again for the 2 weeks we stayed in London this year. The amenities are truly 4-5 star range, beautiful hotel, great service & located in the heart of London, close to two tube stations and a bus stop right out front. Once you master the public transportation you can zip around London with ease, and Dorsett Shepherd's Bush is close enough to the major sites that in just a few stops you're there. Special thanks to hotel manager Sabir for his hospitality and professionalism. Highly Recommended.

Amazing place, the room was fantastic, the restaurant decor was lovely, nice friendly staff, I would highly recommend the place and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bought a spa experience &afternoon tea for two here and came with a good friend. We really enjoyed all of it and would definitely recommend to others. It was great value as the hotel is lovely, a real tranquil spot on Shepherd’s Bush green once you step inside! Great location, easy to reach. The staff were all nice, some a little odd but endearing I suppose!

We won a nights stay at the hotel. Lovely room although twin beds and not a double bed. We did not mind though as room lovely. Staff in Restaurant night of 15th Nov 2017. Very friendly. Bar staff not the same. Felt that at breakfast a lot of waiting staff stood around not attentive as the night before? Which was a shame.

Modern hotel conveniently located right in front of the hotel to Shepherd's Bush station, or 500m walk to the station. Shopping facilities and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet. Small rooms, presumably typical London, to the courtyard. Outside larger rooms. A bit noisy.

Second experience at this hotel, but if the first one was great, this one was poor. Cleaning up just enough and with some organizational problem.

The hotel is clean, tidy and well located; however the new keyless entry for guest rooms is a joke. My card needed to be reprogrammed every time I left the room. Apparently placing the room key card near a mobile phone wipes the data and you then need to return to reception to get a new one. If this is the system they are going to use, they need to earn you when you check in — NOT after having 5 key cards in 2 days!

Stayed here when we went to The Chelsea Flower Show. Nice rooms, great location and secure-ish parking.

Rooms are fit with nice furniture, the bed and pillows are excellent and the breakfast buffet is ok. The location is excellent, near Westfield mall and the central line of the tube. This is an excellent option for staying.

Unfriendly Reception. Staff at the front Desk, and Luggage storage were disturbed. Huge room (Executive) with two large window fronts. The window, however, is not open, there is only air conditioning air. The supposed king bed is only for small-kings large enough. The room is unadorned and little functional eingereichtet. There is only one tiny closet that remain most of the must in the suitcase. In the vicinity of the wash basin, there is no towel holder. Consumable items such as disposable razors, scones, Conditioner, etc will not be replaced on demand. The room is connected with a non-Soundproofed door with the neighbouring room. You can hear everything, really everything from the other room. In the Bar I tried to order a hot chocolate. Answer: it takes 15 minutes! Nothing for long sleepers. Every Friday, a test alarm will be held at 11 o'clock. As long as you can't sleep anyway, because the cleaning staff the rampage is already rooms in bright and Early on the course and neighboring. There is a tiny Gym with a few treadmills and a few dumbbells. No real Weights, no cable. Nothing with which one could properly train.

Good location, a few stops on the central line into Oxford Street. After a mixup with the room (743, which has no window! ) the room I now have is amazing. Very large comfortable bed, nice view across the green and luxurious bathroom with bath and shower. Food is good, happy hour cocktails are great! Can heartily recommend the Dorsett, it's very good value for money.

Overall an excellent clean, friendly and interesting Hotel in a perfect position to see the Sights of London Lovely Big Clean room and an excellent Breakfast :Special thanks to Edison the Omelette chef a top man and Also to Agnes for organising the nice fruit Bowl and wine for my wife's Birthday! we loved our weekend stay and will be back x.

I never received my deposit back. The reception staff were incredibly slow to serve me upon arrival and instead stood talking amongst themselves. The room was as expected for the price. The Shepherd's Bush location was good in the day, but very dodgy at night.

Very good hotel, well located. New facilities still under some work, as they were still finishing a few fine construction details that may require some attention. All the staff is very nice, and they really try to go that "extra mile" to help you and to perform well. Check-in and check-out was very efficient, and they were all very helpful. Even though some of the staff are still learning and under initial training, they really do their best to overcome any minor complication, and they are well backed up by the management team. Overall: excellent place with excellent service, all round. Fairly capable staff, very competent.

Very new hotel, still has the new furniture and fixtures smell. Check-in was a little slow, the new staff is still learning. Rooms are clean and modern, and the some of the rooms (eg, 211) overlook into people gardens. Attention to fine details needs to be improved (eg, plastic tumblers). Around the corner is a real good brewpub (BrewDog) and O2 academy, and the shopping centre and underground are a few minutes walk.
