Not in a hurry to resume service. Impossible to book ten days in advance, a table for 2 people! Full, then closed (on Tuesday) then "exceptional closure". The person had to ask each time if it was possible or not… The Chef is obviously far too busy to worry about his clientele. Note that we had lunch there a year ago, and it was perfect … Too bad!

The room is designed in an elegant and modern way and the restaurant offers reasonable options of menus. The view from the terrace and the room is amazing too. Nothing to complain so far.

Very nice evening at the Château de Noirieux.
It is in neighbours that we cross the high grids of the Château de Noirieux for a romantic dinner on the occasion of our wedding anniversary.
We are greeted in the bucolic setting of the garden for an aperitif in the shade of the hundred year old lime trees. The service is in every respect according to what one is entitled to expect from a Relais & Châteaux: friendly and professional, efficient and discreet.
The spring map is offered during the aperitif. It is full of promises and the continuation will reinforce us in our respective choices.
We go to the table in a clear restaurant room, with elegant decoration and pleasant light, diffused by beautiful chandeliers Belle Epoque. Despite the presence of about thirty guests — including four seminar tables — the sound level remains very pleasant and does not require pushing the voice to be heard from its neighbour.
A cucumber gazpacho and a chicken mousseline is offered in the mouth. A success. Arrive at the most successful blends of flavours: the Kamchatka crab and its candied lemon guacamole accompanied by a succulent shellfish jelly for Madame and a half-baked duck foie gras with a strawberry jelly associated with a rhubarb COMPED.

Amazing place with a lot to do. I am very fussy and I was very happy! Great food, very comfortable room, beautiful view, easy to bike around the area, close to many things.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of nature. Excellent Service, perfectly comfortable beds. We did not dine at the restaurant but the breakfast was delicious. The bar on the other hand deserves a little more elaborate cocktail card. The heated outdoor pool is very nice, as is the park for walking.

Simply the best option that I could choose to stay at Loire Valley and celebrate my wedding. EVERYTHING you will find there is romantic, charming, luxurious and exactly what is expected to find at a Château in France. Go there and Discover what Château de Noirieux can offer you.

Beautiful mansion, castle-style rooms that give a lot of cachet, however having taken no shower gel or shampoo as these are very present in Relais châteaux, here: nothing, only distributors with different functions But that actually all contain the same and unique product with the medicinal odor that quickly becomes unpleasant to use. Attention the multitude of multitakes in the room are lacking.
The reception is not as warm as in the other relays.
As far as the restaurant is concerned, the decoration has been redone which in my opinion is cold and soulless, a service at the same height: a waitress who announces the dishes but we hear absolutely nothing, those are rather good but no surprises and an RESP Onsable that serves the cheese platter by simply asking us if we prefer strong or sweet cheeses, do they not have names these cheeses!? (Some were very old and deserved to be withdrawn from consumption) No wonder that this restaurant has lost its macaroon!
By cons Breakfast, we reconciled, it was very generous and scrambled perfect eggs Conclusion: This castle relais is rather expensive compared to the average is not up to par… Pity for this magical place.

Splendid setting. Dinner with delicious flavors.

During the salons of the Loire wines and the Renaissance of the appellations, it is always difficult to find a table in the evenings in Angers when one has booked in advance.
About fifteen kilometers from Angers, the Château de Noirieux, a Relais and Châteaux, is a haven of peace nestled in a park of nine hectares. The kitchen is very classic, with among other things a Challans duck always very successful just like the scallops.
The wine list is very complete with beautiful surprises like this enclosed Chinon of the Olive 2010 of Coulee-Dutheil which is a marvel at €50 on the table. The whole thing is served by an excellent sommelier.

Very good reception, the service is very good, the restaurant is top. We came with our 2 year old daughter and this is very very well spent.

Exceptional Castel, one of the best in the region.

Bathrooms very outdated, hair dryers under powered, no bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, only soap dispensers which didn't smell of anything, needs cleaning up, tidying up, looks tired, ballastrading needs jetwash on, all dirty black and tired, cheese trolly covered with flies. Fire alarm went off twice late at night, couldn't get hold of anyone, just quickly got dressed and evacuated the building. No one around to tell you what was going on.
Would not go back.

Exceptional! Quality of the reception, the room, the meal and the place is beautiful.

A beautiful hotel but lacking soul. The staff wait on hand for the guests but with little interaction. Rooms in period design but could do with some tlc. Restaurant very nice but for a Michelin star restaurant we felt a little underwhelmed and quite rushed.

For us, it is always with great joy we Let's have dinner at NOIRIEUX. The team is always attentive, feels privileged. And of course, the dinner prepared by Mr. COME is excellent. I recommend +++.

Beautiful place to spend a romantic weekend. The rooms are spacious, very nice and the service is perfect. The restaurant offers dishes of very good quality.

Perfect hotel in a perfect setting. Super service and food! Go for a walk along the Loire (at the bottom of the hotel) or pick chestnuts in the gardens. Finish of with an unforgettable dinner. We will most certainly return!

Lovely setting but aged rooms (tired bathrooms, air con is free standing, beds). Empty in August and overpriced. I'm comparing to other Relais and Chateaux in France. However, excellent service and it's completely quite — even isolated, with nearest town not really walkable.

Everything is there! One of the best restaurants where I had some dinner and whenever I went, everything was up to par! While the price is there, but well worth the detour for the setting, the food service everything.
