Rooms are very tatty, TV position and size is a joke, evidence of people who stayed in the room previously smoking — ash all in the window.
We booked a dinner bed and breakfast deal, was told the restaurant was closed, had to eat in the bar area then when we went back to the bar to order dessert was told the kitchen is closed, we had two very disappointed children.
Overall a very disappointing 1st night.
On a positive note the receptionist and bar staff are very helpful and friendly.

Bathroom is not luxury old tiles Moldy etc disappointed in the bathroom.

Amazing food breakfast was great lovely choice
Evening meal in the restaurant was gorgeous and the staff were great with our granddaughter

Mostly recommended. I booked through Hilton Honor account. You may need to use the Overground (which is 50 meters away), but you become used to it immediately. The breakfast is great for both vegetarians/non-vegetarians. Restaurant provides dishes with reasonable prices (opened till 10:pm — but you can order some dishes on the bar). Staff is friendly and professional. Every request is served almost immediately. You can use the printer in front of the reception desk. The room's price is very attractive. A supermarket is just next door to the hotel, with good prices (sandwiches, soap, food…). There is a great promenade along the Thames in a walking distance of 5 minutes (250 meters).

I always choose this hotel because it is the nearest located to my company. But I recommend it completely because it is very clean, the service is wonderful and has a proper breakfast. It is also well connected to move in London by public transport.

Me and my wife had a great stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff at reception was very friendly (we were also greeted with a complimentary cookie! ). The hotel is in a quiet residential area well connected to the city through the Overground. The Thames is nearby, and so is the stop of the river transport that we used one night — quite an experience. Overall, highly recommendable hotel.

Hotel room is nice and clean, very comfortable. However, they don't give you any bottled drinking water. Also I asked the concierge for a dental kit as I had forgotten my toothbrush, got told they had run out and I should go to tesco after 7am the next day. Not much good when you want to brush your teeth before bed. The chap at reception was quite curt with me when I made a reasonable request and I also noticed he wasn't wearing any shoes, which I found rather odd! Would rather stay in the Chelsea Harbour Hotel next time!

After our 16 hour trip via planes and trains, the staff received us with a tender and thoughtful reception. The amenities are extremely clean, superbly relaxing and secure. I highly recommend this hotel if it fits your price point. The price point is well worth it.

Everything's perfect. Location at 100 meters from a station and Tamesis. Very polite and attentive staff. Cleanliness very well. The only downside is the water pressure and showering is not an option although you can give yourself a good bath.

Pleasantly surprised. Only £4.50 for a pint of Budweiser. In the restaurant I had a burger, onion rings… bloody lovely. Room was a good size, beds comfy. Nice and close to the Thames for a walk or an early morning run ‍♂️

Met friends, drank in the bar for a few hours, nibbled at lunch and had a light dinner. Service was excellent, food was edible but nothing more, drinks expensive. Easy on the eyes, contemporary decor, complimentary Wi-Fi. Easy two minute walk from the. Station.

We spent our Christmas holiday in London, and this hotel was terrific. The staff was super-helpful, courteous and patient with us foreigners. Our original room had a water leakage problem, and without question we were moved the same day to a different and upgraded room. Both rooms had a mini-fridge which turned out to be quite handy with a Tesco Express across the street. We enjoyed the morning breakfast; food was terrific. Drinks at the bar were also quite good. The location was really great, access to Imperial Wharf Overground and an easy walk to take the tube at Fulham Broadway on the District Line. No overall negatives from our stay! If we can make it back we’ll stay here again. Prices were decent compared to some of the other locations we investigated.

As a title, a great property where to stay for a short trip to London, be it for business or to visit the city.
Transportation: Usually the basic question when you visit this city. There are no shortage of bus stops, you have to do so and they also take you to the centre. One minute from the hotel (practically around the corner) you have the "Overground" Stop (Imperial Wraft), which in two minutes takes you to the interchange with the "underground-district" (West Brompton). Alternatively on foot you can always get to the Green Line, with a walk of 10 minutes that does not hurt (Fulham Brodway).
Quality food: Well, great breakfast. Full of everything you may need. Do not expect a 4-star Village buffet-style table, but nothing is lacking. Staff are very helpful Always ready. Fresh food with descriptive tag. Available "Glutenfree" food. The first time I see a huge bowl with fresh strawberries and cut for the guests… I was struck by this peculiarity.
Room Quality: Here a few sins. Clean and tidy rooms. Presence of iron, TV, mirrors, hairdryer (although ours was broken, type from dropped to the ground). Bathroom a little tight for a 4 star, maybe due to the presence of the tub. Absence of bidet (but that. Well. I don't spend words. Bathroom products present and changed regularly if used. Rooms redone daily. Complete absence of the mop for the bathroom, and no one knew what it was.

I did a full review on trip Advisor for this place because it really deserves it. Some faults there but like everywhere… The staff though! Super! Especially the Italian one. Big boys.

The Hotel is very close to the centre of London.

Perfectly located at the Overground Imperial Wharf and thus centrally located. Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Awesome hotel, very friendly staff at the reception n restaurant namely Karina, Michele, David @ reception, Dominica @ restaurant. Have stayed at Double Tree Hilton in NYC but here they are very friendly n helpful. So hence 5* rating, rooms are comfortable and welcoming. No smoking hotel so be prepared to take the trips to outside of the hotel often.

A little disorganized. We were charged several times the same room service. Although they then replenished it, I recommend walking attentively, because if we get through, we lose the money.

Excellent in accommodation and service! The staff is super friendly. They even greeted us with delicious cookies. The breakfast room is a dream. And Breakfast no talking! Super Assortment and delicious! The area surrounding the hotel is quiet and stylish. More than satisfied with my experience at this nice hotel.

Fantastic staff and great location. Easily accessible from Heathrow and a short walk from all major public transport. Beds are comfortable, but rooms are dated. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Definitely would stay again.

Nice room, clean and cozy. Helpful and polite staff. Handed umbrellas on rainy days. Four stars because, I had a room service dinner, consisting of a beef burger, a chicken burger and chicken wings. Probably, the worst £50 I have ever spent on a meal. Besides, the fries, the rest were tasteless. The meats had no taste, like eating water or something, no hint of salt. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay and would stay again; but I wouldn’t order room service food again.

Very nice room on the 6th floor, very quiet and well soundproofed.

The location is superb with loads of restaurants and bars nearby and the Thames just a short walk from the hotel. The team was amazing, Michaela at reception was so friendly and helpful that I felt she was a close friend rather than an employee of the hotel. Great value for money, rooms have everything you need, haven’t tried the breakfast but I’m sure it must be good. Would definitely use this hotel again and strongly recommend.

Really the hotel is ok but the bathroom is very obsolete. Just leave gel, soap and body lotion, anything you have to ask at reception, such as the shower cap that, considering that the shower is fixed, it is quite absurd that they do not have it. The fridge is empty, there is no ebchufe for the hairdryer in the bathroom… we're going to be Hilton is pretty sloppy. That if the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is OK.

Let me start by saying that the staff have been very kind. We have been disappointed by the hotel itself, however, and the staff have not been consistent in things they have told us. To begin with, they "upgraded" our carefully chosen two-bed rooms to one-bed rooms, which was not appropriate for our needs. When we insisted on our original rooms, they tried to deny us the rooms, but eventually got us sorted. We had to call down repeatedly during the evening and night to get the desk staff to turn our air down to a cool temperature appropriate for sleep. We had issues with our room keys not working about a third of the time. As diamond Hilton members, we expect a certain quality from their properties, and this one fell sadly short. I will say that the beds were very comfortable.

Very lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were also comfortable. Wifi was complimentary which was great. The hot breakfast included in our stay went down a treat and the restaurant staff were great. Shower was good with a strong waterflow but would definitely recommend changing shower heads as ours had some yellow rust to it which did not look hygienic. A massive thank you to Dominique at Reception, she was wonderful and very helpful. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel and will use again.

I love staying in this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and there's an iron and ironing board in every room. A great selection of hot drinks in the room too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back again and again.

Very nicely appointed property. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable without any sag. Internet was plenty fast for working. Shower was good. Breakfast was fantastic. All in all, great! Would recommend this property and would happily return in the future.

We stayed there for 2 weeks. The room is outdated but clean and functional. Nonetheless the hotel just feels old and bland. Initially they placed us in a room on the 2nd floor which was overlooking the dumpsters. Eventually they moved us to the 6th floor which was a bit better but I guess for the price we booked it was commensurate. Its just that you expect a higher standard from Hilton brand…

Quite basic but did the job. Rooms a bit run down but adequate for a relatively cheap nights stay in Chelsea. Bar also quite cheap compared to some in the area.

Superb rooms, large, modern, clean and spcacious and also quiet. Good lifts, great bar and amazing reception staff! Especially helpful are Abbi and Candice and Dominique!

This DoubleTree is not like the ones in the states. The ceiling in my room had cobwebs. The bathroom looked old and not the cleaness. This hotel needs to pay attention to detail. My parents also had a room here. My mother found a sewing needle in the carpet, which lead me to believe the carpet was not vacuumed. There were also stains on the wall in the room. I, am not sure if it was chocolate or blood. It is located in a nice quiet area. Hence the 2 stars. I would not recommend the particular DoubleTree.

Located near Chelsea Harbour, it gives easy access to Fulham and Chelsea Inc FC. I had a good deal on the twin room with 2 double beds. Can not complain.

In hotels with the best service.

The hotel is close to various transport links, it is 2 minutes from Imperial Wharf overground and there is boat service to city centre also nearby. The rooms are modern and well kept. The internet speeds are something to be desired if watching Netflix but suitable for casual Internet browsing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. No Gym/health facilities in house or Lounge area for club members but other perks are substituted.

Room was adequate but we were a late check-in on a Saturday night. The staff seemed unable to crack a smile which did NOT impress me. They could do with some customer service training. Staff in the morning were more welcoming at made up for it a little.

Convenient and comfortable for Imperial Wharf, from Gatwick Airport you can easily reach by train.

“Great experience” We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March and the hotel was excellent in all aspects. Right from the time we walked in to check in — everything was smooth. The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and my daughter loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and location is superb with buses C3 and 391 stopping just opposite the hotel connecting to underground stations. There is an overground train station just next to hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant in hotel and ordered kids menu for our daughter which is superb both in value and content. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and really well epuipped. Looking forward to another stay. Room Tip: Street view rooms, higher floor rooms provide better view.

Didn't stay in the hotel, just used the bar area on a Chelsea match day. Very reasonably priced for the area (match day deals) and not too busy either. Recommend for a quieter, quick match day drink!

The Chelsea is a very good hotel, staff friendly and helpful throughout our stay the course. Hotel has a nice bar, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable and the facilities that you need. We are very happy here and would come again in the future.

Goed te bereiken met de Overground, maar niet optimaal. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en helpt graag. En wat een heerlijke cookie!

Dirty. Our room look very cheap. I found at least 15 hair next to toilet and bath, when I stepped on the first time in the bathroom. Very much all lime and green deposits around the sink, dirty, etc. Air conditioning is walls so loudly that you actually not can turn on them. The staff was very unfriendly and little helpful and cookie we didn't get too hot… On the situation. Poor train service came to downtown London Overground after 17 h only every half hour. Until it is in the Center we had to change 3 times, takes about an hour for the rides.
Pluses are supermarket and ATM right outside the door.
Sorry Hilton but not again.

Our room still wasn't ready, there are some delays, this hotel gave us breakfast to apologize, and in the meantime also chat with my son, so he had to not bored. First 2 days is fine but the last day is a bit poor, as hhonor member I had mobile check in on a higher floor but when arrive I was forced to change room. The reception service is so and so.

A starting base for getting around London with plenty of travel options near by.

Decent hotel. Recommended it to my folks. Although the room stinks of cigarette smoke, they managed to move my folks to a different room on their second night. Attentive helpful staff.

Double Tree Hilton hotel in Chelsea has been my favourite hotel that I have stayed at. I stayed there few weeks ago. The staff were very Friendly and helpful. Its located 5 minutes away from chelsea stadium for that reason the atmosphere is really nice. I wanted to thank London Cars taxi company as I left my Iphone in their car however the driver kindly dropped my phone to the hotel reception. Which I thought was very really nice of them to do. Really Impressed with the service overall.

The hotel was nice. Our room showed some signs of fustiness, but it was alright. The staff was especially pleasant and helpfull. Breakfasts were abundant. The only negative thing about the hotel was the absence of a toilet-brush at our room.! The brush wasnt delivered to our room even after I made my complaint about that.

My favourite hotel in London. Not a fancy 5-star place but good all round, and most importantly (but not reflected in the ratings) it is amazingly good value for money, which is rare so close to central London.

Checked in during the renovations for the Olympics though it didnt really disturb us. My complaint was that this hotel didnt have the things that all the other hotels had such as a fridge, water, simple facilities. Services was very mediocre (wanted a coffee from the machine but was told coffee started at 6am). Was the worst hotel on this trip so far. Wouldnt reccommend.
