Stayed here for the weekend when London film and comic con was on, really good location, shops, pub and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Great staff who are really helpful, Good bedrooms, only reason we didnt give 5 star is due to there not being any fans or air conditioning in the bedrooms when it's 30+ degrees outside. Would stay again though!

This place was great. Clean, warm and generally really good. The girl on reception was really helpful and cheerful when we stayed July 28/29. One of us was in a wheelchair and she went out of her way to help. 10 out of 10

I stayed here for two nights while exhibiting at the Olympia; very close to the venue and easy to find. For the price I paid for two nights in central London, I cannot complain about anything. The room was pleasant, breakfast was fast but good value and the amenities were plenty. The room was in a building a few doors down from the reception (and breakfast), and up 4 flights of stairs. One flight was hidden away down a corridor and unsigned, however easy enough to find if you’re looking. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would look to stay again should I require something in the area.

Good hotel room quite small for more than two person but the service is very friendly no nuisance noise neighborhood pretty quiet at night.

C is overall very friendly but some details come to spoil the stay.

We have been two nights and I have no complaints. We were staying at the 62, which is also theirs and the room was clean and with what it took to spend a good weekend. The breakfast was right and the people were friendly.
The metro station is a 5-minute walk and there are several places to eat or dine in the area.

After reading the favorable reviews we went to this hotel and did not regret it, good location, some restaurants nearby, the service is good, the room is small and no wardrobe ours, the breakfast right and as a final comment, for this price Very good choice.

Small but nice rooms next to the Metro. Many stairs and no coherence in the numbering of the doors. A bathroom that smells like a closed room. As for the reception… a disaster. No Hello, no courtesy, no thank you or goodbye nothing. No answer to our politesses. Incredible! First time I see this! Not against budget very correct we are parties with private sale hotel + flight for 185 euros.

Worst hotel in my life. Small rooms and nothing new (smells bad). Entrance and stairs that left a lot to be desired, the continental breakfast A… But worst of all, the service of their owners. They have been rude (never responded to a greeting), even looked at us badly.
Actually, this hotel screwed up our trip to London. It is well located and not expensive, but I think these people are swindlers, if you do not take it out of a place you take the money from another.
My boy and I were thrilled with this trip. In fact, we're used to sleeping anywhere, we're never going on luxury sightseeing. We did not care to see that the hotel left a little to be desired. Everything changed when our hard and long day kicked to get to know London, silts to the hotel with only desire to shower and to sleep, we did not open the door. We went to reception to see what was going on and they told us (in their British closed, they never made our communication a bit easier and with an amazing nerve and coldness) that we had smoked in the room and that that was forbidden.
I tell you that we never smoked in the room, 'd to the door, with the cold that made, to smoke, they watched us. We are a couple of in and 30, we are quiet and polite people, we were only one weekend to know London.

Ok. Clean. Very close to the hotel. A conditional breakfast. It's all good. The truth for the money in Turkey can be lived in a five-star hotel with all inclusive… But it's London, Babe.

I think the good reviews are written by the same hotel staff… The cleanliness shines by its absence, the staff is not at all friendly. The reception girl put a few faces of vinegar… and one of the women of the breakfast, the older and with glasses was an edge… many bad faces on the part of the staff… we did not want to give more of a sweet for breakfast and the cheese counted… :: I don't recommend it at all!

Clean, spacious, spacious bed very clean, quiet, hotel for students passing hotel. Breakfast included. They serve you with a lot of affection. Tea, coffee toast, muffins, muffins, all very rich. Nice of you to keep your bags.
Only speak English.

Günstiges Hotel, wirkt frisch renoviert. Heizung ist tagsüber aus aber wenn man nicht daheim ist, stört das ja nicht. Frühstück gibt es Toast, marmelade, käse, Kaffee Tee Orangensaft, und wenn man sich umsieht findet man auch das müsli. Man wird bedient, es ist simpel aber nett. Die Betten sind bequem und Zimmer erstaunlich geräumig für den preis. Das WLAN funktioniert und ist im Preis inbegriffen. Wir waren im Hotel 73, was offensichtlich mit dem Hotel 65 zusammenhängt. Bushaltestelle ist 5 Meter vor dem Haus, zur Ubahn sind es 5 Minuten geradeaus. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen, tolles günstiges Hotel mit guter Anbindung.

Good place to stay in London. Wifi works fine. Breakfast is not that special, but still good. Perfect position to reach the city centre by subway.

My room was opposite in new comfort inn. Room was cozy but tiny. Not enough space for two people to stand! Sheets and bathroom was clean. Unfortunately the receptionist was not welcoming.

We had a large room with a small bathroom. Very clean and cozy. I can't say anything about breakfast because we were eating out. I would book it again.

Un hotel simple pero con encanto. La ubicacion es bastante buena ya que tienes parada de metro a 9 min. Andando Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario. El servicio solo hemos tratado para hacer check in/check out y desayuno y no hay ninguna queja todo lo contrario hacen por entenderte.

Nice place just to spend the night, simple breakfast quickly served, nice when going to see the city.

Basing on my experience with other budget London hotels, this one seems to be the best I've been to. It's clean! Room was small, but not tiny. The bathroom was clean and usable (unlike other places I visited), the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast (included) was more than OK for the price. In general, excellent budget hotel.

Unfriendly/arrogant just want to rip off money.

The forgiveness of reception is not fixed in the reverse and told us that we did not have, when if there was little profresional on his part can not treat people so and not give solutions.

I was there with a girlfriend for 5 days.
Let's start with the good stuff for 150 euro you can not expect a 5 star hotel and 150 euro for 5 days I find very cheap especially in London. The location is really not bad. The breakfast was also okay, nothing special but you got fed up. The rooms were small but okay for 2 people, the bathroom was really good and the bed was fine too. Now we come to the less good things and although the heaters were exhibited at night, which led to the fact that it was really cold (I had to buy a blanket) this was not bad as bad as that in our room was a mouse!

Two friends a double bed in a tiny, non-heated room. Change to 69 2 beds and heating. Breakfast rushed for lack of space to cater to the volume of people Q Hay. Large percentage of Spanish… Nor do they want to understand you and do not understand you even if you have basic English. Removed from the center and good communication assuming they have not cut transport Q seems not unusual Q. The best… A close Spanish tapas restaurant after two and a half hours of Metro not telling us that the train was broken. That's a clean hotel. Very dry people.

It is a normal 2 star hotel I had room in el61 very quiet the bathroom reformed and thank you Q there is coffee maker and also to make you are in good Zone 2 and a bus stop at the door the breakfast a little poor otherwise well.

Location is okay. The hotel is fine for the price.
However, the breakfast room is far too small. On our second day, people got up on the street. So we had to drop the breakfast…

Good hotel, breakfast is good but not very varied, the staff is attentive. The rooms are small but functional and clean. Close to bus stops and Metro stations.

Fantastic place, great location, nice staff, spacy and recently refurbished room. Nothing more I could expect for accommodation in central London. It's in between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush metro station both available in 10 — 15 walking distance. The room was newly decorated, fresh bathroom, daily cleaned and even a small fridge was there! They offer simple breakfast in room price what is not a standard in other hotels. My number one for next trip to London!

Poor cleaning. Very small room Value for money disappointing, also breakfast… cramped space for all guests. Often waiting queues. But close to the metro station so comfortable enough.

Nice rooms. They leave you icy at night, turn off heat, which I don't understand. Lack of cleanliness. They don't make the bed, they don't speak Spanish. Breakfast is scarce.

Lovely place and good location. Unfortunately when we arrived they didn't tell us that there was no hot water in the block we stayed. They knew it however, that is very disappointing.

Basic but great for those who want to spend little. It is located in area 2 and convenient to both Metro and bus. Breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cozy place, quiet and away from the hustle. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is the second time we come and on both occasions without complaint, in fact we will return more times to London and this is our hotel without a doubt.

This place looks much better in the inside than the outside. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern and contemporary.

The room was just what we needed, huge bed, big clean bathroom, TV and heating. The breakfast is complete and the service great. 10 minutes far from central line and 10 from district line, great location.

The room keeper is super friendly but everything else leaves the desire! One announces to women because they spoke a sentence to guests. Impossible behavior.

In itself a well located hotel, as from here the station Hammersmith can be reached quickly on foot or by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the door. However, it is easy to notice that the furniture has been rolled into the room and so the sockets are not where you need them. Typically, the walls are also very thin, so that noise from the next room penetrates quickly.
The provided tea and coffee making facilities is very accommodating, however the kettle was quite calcification. The beds were also rather uncomfortable and felt like they were made of a spring frame. The very small bathroom is quite adequate, the shower is large and fast warm.
At breakfast the atmosphere was rather modest, I personally had the feeling of being less respected than others and have often captured stricter looks of the staff. The hotel was visited in my case as part of a study trip, which is why the volume was accordingly high and the porter often distributed admonitions.
However, for a few nights this hotel is recommended, but personally I would prefer another hotel next time with the hope of more professional facilities.

The room was seemingly cleaned the last time during the décor. The carpet was already disgusting and the breakfast was not even English. From the third day we could not see it anymore. In addition to toast bread, there was toast. The coffee was thinner than the thinnest pantyhose and the staff from Eastern Europe seemed partly bored.

Advantageous places, well placed with shopping centre, Metro, bus… But a cold personal borderline unpleasant. Shower running 1/2 cold water. Cold water, which is quite unacceptable. Hearty breakfast, the same every day. Messy carpet. Bad shower, rusty mirror. Bad isolated, noise on the front Street. Poor insulation. It's pretty cold in the room. Bed a little too soft for my taste. Squeaky door and several cracks in the ceiling.

The Management Team of the Hotel is unfriendly and sometimes even rude towards guests. The house rules are horrible for tourists: early night times, leaving the room late at night (e. G. Smoking) is strictly forbidden and a harsh and rude reaction from the employees is expectable. The breakfast is pathetic and the employees often interrupt guests during it (a feeling of a rushed breakfast and an unwanted presence is created). Rooms for multiple people are the same size as solo rooms, hence everything is cramped up. The hygiene is only good in the toilettes, but catastrophic everywhere else in the entire complex. The location is, appart from the lack of any kind of attractions and entertinment, very noisy and borderline unbearable. The hotel staff will ignore complaints in favour of profitting from permanent residents (the permanent residents are allowed to act in an illegal manner and the staff will ignore it). Additionally, the hotel staff will threaten everyone with fines at any possible chance.

The breakfast wasn't that interesting to me and the who are working there (mostly the older ones) aren't that nice to it doesn't feel good when they are talking to you.

The worst 'hotel' ever, incredible unfriendly employees. Unbelievable how they welcome one at the breakfast, they clear up the table 5-10 minutes before your personal breakfast time will end and hope that you leave really fast. If you sit longer at the table as they want, they look at you the hole time. The rooms are dirty and we should not speak of the bathroom. Our room was also dirty, we cleaned everything. We heard from others that in their beds bedbugs were. We had with our room a little luck, therefore, one Star.

Small chambers had to stay across the street. Bed had so much staining slept on the blanket to protect myself from the mysterious brown stains. Breakfast wasn't bad.

Cheap and cheerful. I guess for the price it's fair for being in London.

This hotel has only the appearance but in reality it is a dump… in our stay in this hotel we met mice, dirty sheets, windows that do not close, dirty mochets, etc. In short this hotel is a nightmare.

Good clean rooms for those on a budget! Breakfast is continental and a bit manic, But can't complain for the price.

The place is very cramped, dirty and lacking any comfort. The spaces are very small and the carpet is filthy so much so that it is really dangerous for those suffering from allergic forne. In the mini sink there is no mixer so, already in advance, decide if better iced or boiling. There is no shower to wash comfortably (especially in a city without bidets do not underestimate the importance) and the hair dryer was broken therefore despite the reports have not changed. Bad experience.

Great place, especially for value for money. The only drawback is the breakfast, the area used to this and small compared to the amount of people who reside in the hotel. Excellent also the area since it is close to the metro and to many restaurants/pubs, in addition it is a little busy area.

Location is great for Olympic exhibition centre and close to Hammersmith bus station;1st room was great until water was pouring through bathroom ceiling;moved to another room very promptly but 2nd room was not so nice.

Reception and breakfast staff were friendly. We stayed in the 'New Century Inn' portion of the hotels buildings and it was lovely! Very clean room, decent size with a petit bathroom, which again was lovely and clean and newly refurbished. Absolutely no complaints. Breakfast was simple of cheese and breads. We were served with plenty of coffee and altogether had a great stay. Would happily book here again. Great staff, great rooms, great location for a very small amount.

For a first visit to London, we was happy with the room. Comfortable bed, nice although small. On trips to take the subway, there are restaurants, fast food, grocery stores open late. I recommend this address, at a very good price. The breakfast is basic: tea, coffee, chocolate hot, milk, toast butter jam, cereal growing, cheese.
I recommend just to arrive after midnight, because the person who is responsible for monitoring is not always home. And do not leave your luggage at the reception because everyone there between as in a mill.

Good for a short visit to London, being close to the tube and the city centre. It's a cheap hotel and it shows, but they at least tried to make it a bit comfortable.

Rooms not really clean, old carpet and dirty, non-existent bedside tables, towels stained, a friend of mine has found in bed an earthworm died, nightmarish Hotel stuff.
I was hoping for a classic breakfast but no, lead London brioche or muffin in their choice, white bread toast, marmalade, a cup of coffee that seems anything but coffee.
Only positive is the proximity to Metro 500 metres away, Hammersmith.
Find another hotel!

We stayed for 5 days in London in this Hotel and had the first night already in two rooms bed bugs. After a room change we had in the second night, again in two rooms, bed bugs, and also in the last night appeared again in a different room bed bugs. A disgusting feeling, in a bed to have to lie in the probably bed bugs! By the way, were the sheets already on the very first day with small blood spots and black spots covered. Some of the bathrooms were renovated and is actually really good, but from a (non-renovated) bathroom came on the last day of the water by the lamps from the ceiling! The staff is in all of these incidents, not particularly have been appalled but said every time that something ever can happen and often happens. All in all, the Hotel is an impertinence, and I will give only one star, because you are not 0 can forgive. In any case continue to recommend!

Not far from the city. Very noisy front room, low quality breakfast (they must be very greedy), problems with internet.

0 stars is not, unfortunately, therefore 1ner. The staff is rude, the rooms are Dirty and Stink. In short: I don't see anything bad at this "Hotel"

Adequate for overnight stay. Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, could have done with an extra pillow each.

Good location, good deal and apparently clean. But there was bugsbeds on the beds. I am full of bites!. I will not return.

I have stayed in hotels all over London; some budget and some luxury. This is definitely budget! That's not neccersarily a bad thing but if you're booking here you need to be aware of that. Location : We were staying there for a gig at the Hammersmith Apollo and for that it was perfect! A five minute walk away which was fantastic. It is within walking distance of three tube stations and also of Westfield mall. There are plenty of shops and food places around and the area from what we saw was fairly nice. Rooms : We had a triple room and unfortunately we were at the front of the building so the sound of street traffic was able to be heard inside the room. The room had a lot of electricity outlets which we were pleased with and a small television. The room on the whole was clean but there was a left over french fry in the bathroom. The rooms are old with paint peeling but as I wasn't living there this didn't bother me. Staff : I only encountered one staff member while there and he was nice enough. Benefits : They do have free Wi-Fi! You have to ask for the password but our room had a fairly strong signal. We had breakfast included in our rate and we were a little too tender to go down for it but it smelt nice at least! For the price I would say this place is pretty good. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

As expected no luxury, very neat but for three nights.

I had bedbugs in my bed! I never felt so disgusted in my entire life! Worst hotel ever! The room looked like Harry Potter used to live in it and during the summer the temperature in the room never got under 30 degrees Celsius. It doesn’t even deserve one star! minus 4 stars perhaps.

I had a good experience, the room was clean and tidy but small, with a pretty bathroom with hairdryer, people at recepcion lovely, the hotel has a good location between shepherds bush tube station and hammersmith too.

U improved ur service systems.

Location is great for access to London. The rooms at the front suffer from road noise but the rooms, and the hotel is clean. Kettle and tea and coffee and free Wi-Fi. As a room to stay in to access London, and not spend a fortune I would recommend it. If you like your accommodation to be part of your "experience" then spend extra for the bells and whistles, which on this trip (business) I did not need nor miss.

+ Location is VERY good, London overground and underground stations are right next door, there's a bus stop in front of the main entrance. + Price. + Room, bed and toilet were clean and cleaned every day (allthough towels etc. Were NOT allways changed) +/ — Fairly resently restored. (allthough badly built, ugly holes for pipes etc. ) — Breakfast was POOR, only coffee/tea, cereals and toast served with lacking enthusiasm. — Can be noisy! SOME of the rooms are right next to the busy street and things can get really noisy expecially during rush hours. So if your a shallow sleeper, atleast make sure you have something to plug your ears with or make sure your room isn't next to the street. — Not suited for people with physical problems since the place has really narrow corridors and most rooms are upstairs with no elevators. = Overall, if your just going to stay out and see the city during the day, and don't mind the bad breakfast and have a limited supply of money available, I think the hotel is an ok choice overall.

The hotel is quite centrally located, and is also within easy reach. The room we had together was small and the bathroom very closely so that you could hardly move, slightly more who on the hip, will get real problems in the bathroom. As far as everything was clean, facilities even a wardrobe was normal in the room. For breakfast there was only toast with a type of cheese, jam 2-3 varieties, orange juice, and all hot beverages. Conclusion if you like we p. P. €219 for 3 nights including a trip has booked flight, can no longer expect.
