Very comfy bed very spacious for a small room.

Comfortable, clean and efficient. Just right for a night’s sleep.

Great place to crash after not being able to sleep on the plane. Bed was comfy, shower was good and the service was GREAT!
Be advise that you have to leave the terminal you arrived in and take a bus to the terminal it is in. Kind of confusing but for me worth it.

The ideal place to stay overnight and freshen up! It's pretty small, but has everything you need (comfy bed, TV, bathroom). The staff are helpful and friendly. They also have complimentary drinks and free Wi-Fi. The only problem is the lowest temperature setting is warm.

Highly convenient. Cabin temperature was perfect. The space within the cabin was maneuverable even with my large piece of luggage, although it was just slightly tight spaced for one. If you're petite like I am, the single cabin worked out well otherwise you may find more comfort and space in the double bed cabins. However, I wouldn't recommend its breakfast. It wasn't worth it. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance in the terminal that offer better breakfast choices as well as supper. Stayed here twice, once upon arrival and once before my departure. I've enjoyed my stay on both occasion. It was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staffs were pretty friendly as well. I give it a 5 and would return whenever I'm in the vicinity.

Amazing! Didn't get much sleep on my ATL to Heathrow flight and the time difference had me jet lagged. I was able to rest, eat, shower in a clean bed. Very futuristic! Coolest stay I've had in my life tbh. And I want to give to Daniel and Kasia praise for their amazing and courteous customer service! They were amazing! Well worth the price initially I stayed for 4 hrs then ended up staying for 6!

When you just have to crash for a few hours this place is a blessing. The pods are compact and a little bit of a challenge to all get ready in, when there are three of you, but like I said, when you have to crash. Service is great, with free drinks, hot and cold. So why not five stars? The pod was way too hot even with the temp on minimum and we did feel rather cooked in the end.

I still don't the point of the place. It's hopelessly expensive and offers nothing more than a cramped bed. There are lots of better 'full-fledged' hotels nearby. There's a Hilton and there's even Premier Inn for those who are budget minded right there in the Terminal (connected by walkway)! It only gets 2 stars because it's right inside the terminal;/

We fly to London from the East Coast and sometimes have a layover. Why not get some quality sleep? If you leave NY at 6:00 p. M. By the time you clear customs it is around 2:00 a. M. EST, so why fight the losing battle of sleeping on the plane? Watch a few movies, land in London, check into this neat little place and get some quality shut eye and a shower before your connecting flight. Beds and pillows: great! Shower: great! Rooms are small and efficient. You WILL hear your friend on the toilet (so walk down the hall). But crashing at what is really 2:00 a. M. And getting quality sleep; priceless.

A refreshing change to the entire concept of short stays at airports. Worth a try. Comes with a shower, bed and your own personal television with free tea, coffee, water. The charges are on a hourly basis after an initial 4 hours. An ideal place if you have a long stopover or want to catch some sleep before a very long flight.

Very good publicity but disappointing in reality. The hotel is very poorly located in a lost corner of airport from Heathrow. It's noisy. The reception is not welcoming there the staff. It's not worth the price.

It's fine for an overnight layover. The staff is very friendly, and they make up for the limited space with lots of amenities. The only issue is using the bathroom in the same space that you sleep in.

Such a great concept, especially since you can rent a room for short periods of time (starting at 4 hours). I had a 7 hour 35 minute layover at London Heathrow and had just gotten off a long, overnight flight. I made a reservation for YotelAIR in advance for just 4 hours. If you have a similar layover time, I recommend 4-5 hours, depending on which day you are travelling on. You will need some time to travel between terminals and clear customs/passport control. I landed in Terminal 3, took a "connecting flight" shuttle bus to Terminal 4 (15-20 minutes) and went out to the "land side" by passing through customs/passport control (10 minutes). For a Saturday, there really wasn't many people so it all went quickly. The hotel itself was a little tricky to find but the website provides a map of where they are in Terminal 4. Check-in was easy — — there are kiosks when you first walk in but the front-desk clerk checked me in himself since there wasn't anyone else there. Water and hot drinks were complimentary. The pod/room was small but cozy and very futuristic looking. Once you put the shade down, the room is completely dark and very quiet. I slept like a rock and didn't hear any noise. The room had a shower in it and a toilet. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would absolutely stay here again. After I checked out, I took a shuttle bus to Terminal 5 (15 minutes).

Very convenient location inside terminal 4, just downstairs from the check-in and security gates. The rooms are compact but the bed is comfortable, the shower is good (always lots of hot water) and it's been clean every time I used it. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have used it a couple of times now and I'd happily go back again. Stayed as a single person.

Missed my flight to Amsterdam so needed a last minute room. I got great service by George at the front desk. He gave me a nice quiet room. The room/cabin is small but are very nice and have everything you need. Its got a flat screen TV, a pop-up desk with plugs for all kinds areas so you dont need a travelplug. The shower is also very nice.

The standard cabin is small, sure — but if you’re traveling solo you don’t need more space (unless you’ve got a royal entourage of baggage with you. ) The bed is comfy; long enough to stretch out a bit in, and to roll over, and can sit up without bumping your head. Shower was was hot and decent pressure. The only annoying thing is that the floor tends to get a bit wet just outside the “bathroom” area, and there’s no shower mat or floor towel. … If you’re after breathing room this isn’t for you, as the single air vent in the room doesn’t give you much air or cooling. I arrived at Heathrow at midnight and was just super keen to sleep. I had no noise from surrounding cabins (even in the morning when people must have been leaving for flights). I recommend it even if purely for convenience — right in Terminal 4, one elevator ride to departures, and easily accessible coming out of arrivals.

Extremely comfy hotel room, couldn't be more convenient for early morning flights; + Free TV and hot drinks (tea, coffee, Espresso) + (Delicious) room service. + Free earplugs + Some of the most polite staff I've ever met + Flexible bookings +/ — Very small rooms (personally loved this, though some may not) Arrived here the night before the flight arrived, met my partner off the plane at 7 the following morning, and we came back here for a few hours to relax before onward travel. Excellent for relaxing a little after 24 hours of travelling. WORD OF WARNING: as others and I have said, the rooms are extremely small, so anyone with claustrophobia should likely avoid.

Overall great experience. Rooms are very small like cubicles but are very comfortable and efficient. Temperature and light controls are accessible when in bed. Room includes toilet, shower and sink and also small folding table and chair. Only 2 drawbacks, the Heathrow T4 location is in the back of Level 1 gives the feeling of going into secluded basement, but it's quiet. And price was 81 British pounds (or $111) which isn't cheaper than any other basic Heathrow adjacent hotels. So don't think small is going to be cheaper. Free bus shuttles from T5 to T4 so for unexpected layover it's not a bad option.

Cute little (read: tiny) rooms. Lovely shower with awesome water pressure. Lovely friendly staff. Great location. Downside: the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Nice cozy room. Think you are on board a cruise. Free water / tea / coffee helps. Lost 1 star as the a/c blower is on your head and no way to adjust it.

No complaints about my "cabin", which had just enough room for my needs. The bed was clean and comfortable. There were outlets for UK and European style plugs. My difficulty was in getting to the hotel. After maybe 11pm or midnight, transit between terminal 4 and the other terminals becomes much less straightforward, consisting of two buses on 30 minutes frequencies (ie, miss one and you're standing in the cold and dark for 30 mins). So, please consider what time you're arriving before booking.

A little pricey for an 8 hour stay but super convenient with great facilities, the standard room is super cozy and snug and would even be okay for 2 to cuddle up in — be mindful, anything more than 2 large suitcases would get a bit cramped!

For the traveler who needs a bed for a Heathrow layover, Yotel is perfect. It's not five star, it's not exactly spacious but it's a quiet, dark and comfortable place to sleep and shower. All the fun of a cruise without the boat.

So comfy and cozy. On level 1. It's perfect for long halts. Free coffee/tea, water, Wi-Fi, TV and ensuite bathroom. Made my journey so fun.

Having connecting flight back to Singapore and decided to take a break here. Easily accessible and check-in is a breeze. They provide complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate, take the last one. Cable is clean and contains everything you need for a good night sleep. It comes with Wi-Fi and TV as well. Recommended for those with long connecting wait.

Doesn't really live up to the promotion. You might get the idea it's a futuristic. In reality it's a cramped noisy cabin. The service was good enough but unless you really need to be at the airport at a difficult hour, I wouldn't recommend. Surprisingly badly soundproofed and definitely not for light sleepers.

Love the concept. Nice and clean rooms. Small and cosy rooms woth only the essentials. I would recommend it whenever you have a long layover or an early flight, easy to het to any terminal you want at Heathrow for free. Might be a bit noisy when rooms need to be cleaned as there are no check in or out times there's always someone leaving or arriving. Overall experience was great!

Great rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed at the Gatwick location before and was actually excited to have an 11 hour layover at Heathrow because I knew they had a Yotel too! Love the beds and comforters! Never sleep in the airport again, seriously this is money well spent!

Nice and inexpensive place to stay over for a night. We didn't have large bags with us and it's a good thing as it would have been very crowded. Otherwise quite a good value!

Located in terminal 4, fairly easy to get to. Perfect for spending the night for an early flight.

This was a really cool experience. The pods are just that — pods, not hotel rooms. If you know what you're in store for, they are great. Service is excellent and the pod are just the coolest. They really use intelligent design to make the most of a small space. We booked one room for two people, three single rooms, and one large one for four people. All were great. We liked our room for two the best, but the singles were extremely happy as well. The room for four was a little cramped considering they had two small children, but to be fair we stayed here at the end of a long two week trip. I would never book a hotel if I had another long layover at Heathrow. This is so much better than going offsite.

We had a wonderful 7 hour stay here. If you are traveling with children and you have a long layover, staying here is a must. The bed was comfy and clean, the only downside is the room smelled like wet, musty carpet.
