The room was freezing and there was no hot water. Forced to shower in cold water.

Clean & convenient bcoz it is near to the Heathrow airport. But the size of the room is very tiny, especially the bath room, more like a aircraft toilet. It is suitable for quick stay. Not for long stay.

I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The bathroom/wetroom stank of damp and the bed linen and towels didn’t smell clean. You could hear EVERYTHING out in the hallway, needless to say I didn’t get a good night’s sleep before my 4:30 wake up. I do not recommend.

The hotel is in a great location if you are flying from Heathrow. I also had great service at the front desk. Our room, however, had some problems, mostly in the bathroom. The fan didn’t work in the shower, so the room became very steamy. There was black mold all over the bathroom since it’s a small enclosed space inside your room. The drain did not work properly and the whole bathroom floor filled with water. We could not open the window to vent any of the steam. Our AC was set very cold and locked. My husband had respiratory problems for a few days after our stay there.

Was there on saturday night. I"ve had what I paid for. Special thanks to the staff, very nice and helpful! Good advice for a taxi to the airport!

If you just want a room near airport, it's great. Friendly and helpful staff, booked a taxi for us in the morning and let us know where we could get a meal. The place is nothing fancy, just a room, shower and toilet but the price works.

The room was so tiny you could hardly swing a mouse around, let alone a cat. But I suppose that’s what you get for an inexpensive hotel in London.

Its fine if you have an early flight. Its a lot more run down than the one I had in Berlin, but the employees are nice and it works for what is it.

Very happy with the hotel, excellent value for money, super comfy bed and perfect for 2, TV, heater, free internet! The site is about 200 meters d the General road ASI Q is Tranquilito, line D bus 140 24h, station D train very close in Hayes or at the same airport plus Metro, the train D Hayes to Paddinton in a sigh, easy to go to central London etc, or by bus several lines the 607 Q I think the best and arrives at the magnificent shopping mall D Westfield London very close to D Notting Hill, the area D Hayes very quiet and safe, a McDonald 24 h nearby, for the Q complain of the hotel in that area there are many to the Q go that If paying several times more.

The hotel is basic, checking is slow and the rooms have no tables and bathroom are with rust everywhere. They also charge £10 for the parking. Bus to airport also expensive. Counting all the charges and overall quality I would recommend to stay somewhere else.

Fatal, the room is tiny and the bathroom smelled terrible, also in the sink does not take a hand depends on how big you are, the soaps are not bad, but the following, the lid of Vater was loose. We had "tenants" for the room (spiders), supposedly if you want a hairdryer or iron you have to ask at reception, because in the 4 days we were never had clear dryers. In February and wet Mane in London the cold insured. Anyway, fatal. We're not back.

Very minimalistic approach to a hotel stay, but if all you need is a bed for a bit of sleep before or after a flight this will do the job at an amazing price (for London). The only let down was the Heathrow Hoppa bus service to the hotel. The pick up was great, but the service back to the hotel was horrible. Not the hotel's fault for the hassle we went through, but it's worth noting there is a city bus stop at the end of the road, and that was a lot easier! Staff at the hotel were helpful, supportive, and kind. Car was perfectly safe for a week. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, TV, shower, takeaway delivery til early hours.

£60 a night including airport parking… Let's face it for that price you aren't going to be looking for the spa or pool before your evening meal. But what you do get is a very basic, clean room with TV, comfy bed and bathroom. The bathroom did smell a little choice but for a cheap overnight stay, no frills then it is what it is. Would I use an 'easy' hotel again? Room only no airport parking is £25 — I certainly would at that price. Pub just around the corner that is well presentable and does decent food.

This is the perfect place for those who have to spend a night before leaving and want to spend little while still having all the services of a hotel. There is certainly no restaurant, but there is a paid service to eat in the room. For the rest you pay €33 a night for a double room.
The space is small but well organized. Much cleaner than other hotels I have visited in London and surroundings.

It's a small room, with a tiny little bathroom (you don't even have any room to shower properly), I'm pretty sure they just ripped bathrooms out of used planes. The shower is so close to the toilet that all your toilet paper will get soaked unless you take it out the bathroom prior to a shower. The shower has lousy water pressure and is near impossible to clean yourself. Staff do not come in during the day if you stay for more than one night to empty the bin and replenish toilet paper and clean up etc. You cannot control the rooms temperature either. There's also no window in the room I was in. Even prisoners have windows. Ridiculous. It may be cheap but you'll be much better off staying in the Premier Inn. At least they have bigger, more comfortable beds that don't rattle. And they have a bathroom with walking space. It's affordable and you get much more for what you pay for compared to EasyHotel. Also to add to this, the main hallways smell of urine, it's disgusting. I swear to god, it's so nasty.

An excellent experience Panka J was most helpful in advising us on link to terminal. Good value for money, clean and comfortable. Will use again and good restaurant at Harlington Tandoori nearby.

When my family and I arrived, there were teenagers smoking and drinking in the reception area and all throughout the halls. Our room smelled of urine, so we requested a new room. Our new room also smelled of urine so I didn't ask again. The room and bathroom were completely full of mold. The air/heat unit didn't work. The windows don't open. Our neighbors stayed up screaming until about 2 am. At midnight I called reception to have them interviene. They did, however nothing changed. So finally at 2 am, I went over there myself and told them I had young kids who needed to sleep and we had a 6 am flight so now they would be cranky and exhausted due to no sleep. That's when they finally stopped. I would definitely not recommend this place. We also paid for their biggest room available, but when we arrived we were not given that room. It should have been two double beds and a single bed, but we were told they no longer have those rooms and all they have is 2 double beds. I did request my money back, and I did not get it. They said it wasn't their fault that booking agencies still rent out those rooms even though they don't exist. So I'll be complaining to the booking agency and still trying to get my money back or at least partially since I didn't get what I thought I was purchasing.

Simple but good hotel for cheap overnight stay. Very well located and easy to reach by bus.

As a basic accommodation, this is perfect, after you accept the company colour of bright orange, you are given everything you need. A comfortable bed, clean sheets, a clean compact but fully serviceable toilet and shower, clean soft towels and power sockets, plus TV with all the standard channels. Get it at a good price and you can't beat this. The reception staff was very helpful and capped off an excellent one night stay.

It's what you're gonna get for a pretty decent price. It's your own room and it has a toilet. The sink wouldn't drain and the room was small but I'm pretty sure I know what I was getting into. Shuttle bus to Heathrow too.

A perfect disaster for a nice trip. The room had a terrible smell. I weeped to see my money go down the drain. I requested the staff to do something about the awful smell, I preferred to stay at a relative' home despite paying more than £ 500 for this GARBAGE room. After an entire day of sight seeing, I literally hated the feeling to go to that gloomy place. I highly recommend each and everyone reading my review not to fall prey to this crappy hotel. Please look around for better options!

Whilst I appreciate that it is designed to be cheap and basic, I don't think clean is too much to ask. Disgusting smelling room allocated for us however this was changed on request. Price seems to invite some questionable guests who strongly contributed to said smell due to their enthusiasm for illegal smoked products! Staff non-concerned about this behaviour. Would not stay again myself however the car had no concerns.

Room was very small and basic, just what I needed for one night before my flight, has free TV, Wi-Fi, hire of hairdryer and iron. No frills though very clean. I little chilly in my room, bed comfortable and warm. Would recommend for cheap accommodation.

You can spend the night, you can't live. Boxing-type hotel, the conditions are not the best, but as an option to roll the dice near the airport is quite.
10-15 minutes from Heathrow.

Horrible place very clostraphobic no room to store any luggage no window (although I was told that before I got there) no bedside table bed is squashed between three walls.

Pretty poor show. Luckily I was a single traveller in a double room because there is not enough room for more than one person to be off of the bed at one time. The bathroom was a joke. It looked as though it had been removed from a caravan. The sink was blocked. The people who have posted that it's good for an early flight must have been joking unless you are a single traveller preparing for a back pack around a third world country. No where to hang anything of note clothing wise or even store bags other than the premium floor space. The only positive was that the bedding appeared and smelt clean. Would I use again? Not by choice.

No Comfort Mail There's everything you need. It is clean and very decent and the most important very warm welcome. The agents are very friendly and available. Compared to the price I'll note 10/10.

Just enough. The rooms were very small but the location was great as well as the beds. Really only for 1 person though regarding the space provided. There is a bus stop close by that beings you to Heathrow airport terminal 5 in 25 minutes.

A bed to sleep in, no more. Small bathroom (prefabricated) but clean. If you want to spend little near Heathrow airport, it's your place. That if, you will have to take two buses to arrive.

NEVER USE THIS PLACE! Had my vehicle broken into while away on holiday! Company have refused any compensation whatsoever. Happy to take my money for safe, secure parking but I would have been better off leaving on the M25 hard shoulder. Do not use under any circumstances unless you wish to take the chance on your vehicle being damaged.

I stayed at this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find around the airport. It is a little farther than the other hotels, so maybe in the future I would stay a bit closer, but it was not too far away. It is not really close to restaurants or shops, but some delivery places are open late and there is a vending machine near the lobby. The two things I didn't like about the hotel were that the doors were thin, so I could really hear everyone in the hall walking by the room. The other thing was that we had requested for a cab in the morning and the person behind the counter forgot to call it for us. We didn't miss our flight but we were hoping to have time for a sit-down breakfast and we lost it. When we were leaving in the morning, I discovered a cute little courtyard/kitchenette. So there was some common space.

Very very poor! Upon arrival the girls in reception were rude and ignorant, told me the room hadn’t been paid for when it clearly had as after 5 mins of trying to prove it had been they said it had. Yes the rooms are basic, very chlostrophobic, air conditioning poor and we couldn’t even open a window (we were on the bottom floor) The shower room was pathetically small and water could run everywhere. The main problem with this hotel was how rude and ignorant the staff in reception were no manners whatsoever. Will not recommend to anyone and would never stay again!

Poor. This is a very accurate desription. Pay extra for EVERYTHING here. Thankfully I used it strictly to sleep during a layover. The staff were neither friendly or helpful. The rooms were basic and dirty, cant say ill be visiting again and if you're reading this then I would never recommend this.

This hotel is located at the end of a fairly sketchy street. The rooms are smaller than cruise ship rooms and I'm pretty sure my wife and I now have head lice after sleeping in the bed. We were weary and did not sleep under the covers but used towels we had brought with us and slept on top of the sheets. Also, if you try to extend your checkout after 10am (we have a flight at 4pm) it costs £15. Not a very accommodating place. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Perfect service, simple and easy. The rooms are neat, clean and fresh. I highly recommend a short walk (drive) towards Heathrow airport, The Flying Egg cafe for breakfast. They might deliver now too.

My Son and his girlfriend stayed at the London Heathrow Easy hotel. It was a terrible experience for them both, finding massive bugs in their bed followed by nesting baby bugs in their bed on top of the room being extremely small that they couldn't even open both suitcases in, filthy, unhygienic bedrooms. This was in the late hours of the evening with them having to wake up within a few hours for their flight resulting in them both being very stressed which they both didn't need before their holiday. Whilst complaining about their experience they were declined a full nights refund of £29 which the room was definitely not worth! The staff were not even interested in their complaint. For a well known chain they surly have let themselves down and we shall not be returning.

Very affordable and efficient. Rooms are clean and offer what they say. Bathroom is annoying as even I, a small person, was banging his elbows in the small shower space. Biggest complaint is the temperature control: there isn't any. I was fine, but my girlfriend froze all night. I would come back though.

It was awful. The bed was not supportive at all, there was no extra security lock on the door, the other guests were screaming at each other way down the hall, which I could hear perfectly through the paper thin walls. There was a surprise charge for Internet AND parking. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable there.

You get what you pay for, small rooms, but they are clean. Walls are thin so can here other guest, also a little stuufy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Even for London standards, these rooms are SMALL. I estimate only about 8-9 sq. Meters, and mostly the bed so you only have a small floor space. It is clean, and for £40 or so, it is quite affordable. And it's only 10 min quick bus ride to Heathrow. So if you are not ok showering in the bathroom that's only slightly bigger than an airplane bathroom, stay away. I was fine with it.

Was a way out to get to hotel, after long 13 hour flight was exhausted by the time I got there last off the bus. Accommodation very basic, clean and comfortable. Mind you no lifts to your room. There was kind receptionist who carried my case up to my room.

This was a nice little stay near the airport. Yes the rooms are VERY small, just a bed and a bathroom. The bathroom and shower are combined into a tiny room. It was clean and convenient, nothing special. This is not a place to do business or house kids, it's a bed and a bathroom while you wait for a flight/train. It's affordable and safe.

The rooms were very basic. Just a bed, TV and a small cupboard toilet. But it was all very clean, check in staff were friendly and it was good value for the price.

Very very budget. Wifi paid for. Sink blocked. Horrible room. Like a prison.

My wife was travelling to Cambodia from Devon and I decided to use Easy hotel for a night stay so we would be fresh to fly the next day. This turned out to be a mistake; we were kept awake by unruly patrons and even the fire alarm going off at five in the morning. It seems that the hotel is used by Club goers as a cheap stay over. They then return at around 2am. The bathroom wash basin was pathetically small, I could not fit both of my hands in it (I do have photographs if required) this was unnecessary because there is plenty of room for a normal size sink. We did make our feelings know to the staff while I help pick up the rubbish and cigarette ends left behind by the in the corridors Halloween trick or teaters. Never again…

Good value for money, very convenient for flight at odd hours or an overnight flight layover in London.

Terrible hotel. It is November, temp in room G49 is 30 degrees, asked twice if they could please turn it down, have now been offered a fan as temp cannot be adjusted!

This was booked as airport parking in 3 easy steps. The service was dreadful, there was no shuttle service available and only one space available. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Now I’m not going to lie and say that it’s the most glamorous of places to stay, it’s not, but it is great for people like me who are on a budget. My room cost me £32 for the night which was more than worth the extra 3 hours sleep I would gain by staying so much closer to the airport. The rooms are by design small. Mine had no window (you pay extra for this) but the room is very functional with a double bed with a specially inset shelf underneath for your suitcase, a vanity mirror and shelf with a plug for your electronics and a hook on the wall for you to hang any clothes on. The small pod bathroom is tiny and probably not for those who feel claustrophobic but again it does its job. As for extras there is a TV in the room, it used to be that you had to pay extra to watch it but this is now free, as is the first 30 minutes of wireless (something some of the more upmarket hotels could take note from) and you get a thin, rough towel, hand towel and small bar of soap for use in the shower. There’s no restaurant on site so instead there are vending machines with light snacks and hot drinks or you can take advantage of a continental breakfast box or hot evening meal delivered by a local takeaway. There is a very cosy pub called The White Heart very close by too although I didn’t actually visit instead opting to go to my favourite pub near Heathrow The Pheasant a 20 minute or so walk away.

Well, this place is certainly different! I needed a place to put my head down for a few hours, squeezed between a late night Christmas party and an early flight, so a normal hotel would have been a waste. To be honest, for the money it was really pretty good, and my 4 stars reflect the value for money. I paid £34 for a room with a window (rooms without windows are even cheaper). The room had a comfortable bed and really very little else. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, but everything worked fine and the shower was great. Transport to/from the terminals is a minor hassle as there's no shuttle service. Note that you can book a taxi with the hotel, which costs about half the 'going rate'. I like it dark at night, so I was a little disappointed there was a nightlight which I couldn't switch off, but it didn't stop me getting to sleep, so only a minor niggle. Would I stay here again? Well, I probably wouldn't rush back, but if you're looking for something cheap where you can get some rest then this place is hard to beat.

Hotel is ok, but the taxi service for heathrow isn't good. I say terminal 4 he put me on terminal 5. I say: are you sure that this is terminal 4 and he say: yes, of course. At the end, I put a cab and spend another 15 pound.
