Very reasonably priced. Clean establishment. Good service from staff. Nice breakfast. 10 minutes from Heathrow. No lift/elevator to upper floors.

The furniture is old but the rooms clean.
Great English breakfast I would say. Pity no restaurant.
Sore note missing the Wi Fi in the rooms and to have it only in the lobby you also have to pay it apart…

Lil bit outdated, but everything works. Big plus is the fridge in the room. Fits 6 beers and also some food. :)

My room was too hot. It was on the top floor with no elevator and Internet connection on the top floor was intermittent. However, lovely staff and good choice of breakfast.

Very clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The hotel is close to Windsor Castle and to Heathrow.

Ok limited tight parking, ok rooms with kettle but no TV, with really creaky floor.

Great budget hotel really close to Heathrow. Free limited parking and a superb full English breakfast… I paid £49.!

Clean and tidy, nice breakfast but no internal evening meal, not a real problem though with plenty of local takeaways and eateries.

Great place to stay before you fly from Heathrow, fantastic breakfast to set you up for your trip.

Good value for money, very clean and good deal. And most importantly for me, quick access to Heathrow Airport.

Good and afordable hotel near Heathrow Room was quiet. Looks fraying at the edges from the outside but nice and clean from the inside.

Very accessible to bus and train. Good rooms including breakfast but no warm water / hot water for bath at day or night especially on top floors. Over-all good economical experience for me and my family.

Although it appears to be good on the outside, I found that for the price I paid; which certainly wasnt £35! The standard wasnt brilliant. A So called "budget" room for £50 a night was offered. (as opposed to £35). This was found to be OK. However the wardrobe when opened, to my shock; was found to have a bin bag full of old stubs and cans! I didnt say anything about the matter, but however. I did leave the hint, of moving the bag, and leaving the wardrobe ajar. The hint was not taken. On the return for my second nights stay, I found the mouldy stale putrid bag still there. Despite the room being serviced completly. The shower was mediocre, and the sinks, merly hand wash basins, I found were not adequate for my daily stand-up wash. For a place to rest, the bed was faultless, however too much onus has been placed on trying to be classy at a low price. My advice is to pay the extra £5 a night extra to stay in a holiday inn.
