Very clean, very helpful polite staff, conveniently placed near shops.

Have stayed here many times. Staff friendly, food and breakfast good.

Lovely friendly staff, great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only downside for us on this visit was the noise from what we think was the air con/heating generator which was located outside adjacent to our room 103. Constant humming throughout the night which disturbed our sleep. Otherwise no complaints. Will request a room over the other side next time.

Wonderful comfy beds, tea and coffee in your room. Absolutely yummy breakfast thankyou.

The manager Amy is a LEGEND and went above and beyond for her customers when I feel that the kitchen let her down…

Had a lovely breakfast beautifully presented nice staff. However, would like to know why the disabled rooms are at the furthest point of the hotel entailing a very long walk through quite a few doors, not easy to manage when pushing a wheelchair, of well thought out at all.

Nice enough hotel, much nicer on the inside than outside. Room was clean, tidy, and modern. No iron, one towel for two guests.

We stayed at the Premier inn Witney this weekend, up from Cornwall for a family get together, would like to say a big thankyou to the staff, they were excellent, and made us all feel really welcome. Will definitely be back!

Maybe because my booking was only made a few days before check in but, the price prepaid was high for a hotel like Premier Inn. The accommodation was perfectly adequate and the staff were very good.

As always a warm welcome, good rooms and quiet surroundings. One of my favourite PInns.

It's a nice hotel and quite comfortable as well. If you do not want to pay the price for breakfast go to Sainsbury's just turn left at the gate and then next left and it's half a mile on the left.

Pricey and they forgot to put up the extra bed. Bed was less comfortable than normal at premier inns. Otherwise fine.

Hotel is ok, staff are fine, but lacks a propper eating and drinking area it's functional, but bottled only drinks and a Canteen feel to the area doesn't encourage, hanging around after a quick limited menu meal.

Loved it. Super service in the restaurant. How hard those cheerful women work. Hope to come again.

So far, the worse experience. We booked 4 rooms after my wedding. We did a late check in. Everything was fine; 2 rooms booked for one night and another 2 booked for 2 nights (the guy at the reception desk confirmed that). Next day, when the two couples who booked the one night checked out and we were about to leave the hotel and go visit Oxford, we've been informed we all have to leave as all the rooms were booked for one night only. We mention we alredy payed for the rooms (bank transfer) and the guy who was working the night before confirmed that. The lady who was at the desk said is nothing she can do. I had to insist quite a few times for her to keep checking. I decided to pack my stuff and leave. When I return to the desk to leave the room card we've been informed that the reservations were find. I was alredy quite angry and decided not to stay. I've been informed the lady dealing with the situation was actually in charge with housekeeping. It was a manager in that day (and his office was one meter away from the reception desk) but only when we requested him, he came out to have a chat. The way they dealed with the situation was awful and they were constantly blaming us. I've been a manager myself for several years. Every single member of my staff know that I'm the only one dealing with customers complaints or difficult situations. Every single member of my staff has proper training.

We went for breakfast only today as a treat, 3 adults, 3 children. So much choice. Everything presented beautifully and tasted great. Service is always with a smile so that makes it even better. Look forward to our next visit when we are in Witney again.

The hotel is on a very nice and calm place. The room was big enough and the breakfast was very delicious. Witney Center is on a 10 min walking distance. There is a big parking and Lidl exactly next to the hotel.

Stayed here on the 9th March 2018 and could not of received a better service. Karen was outstanding and was the most accommodating member of Premier Inn staff I have ever met, excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble; excellent asset to the organisation. Comfortable rooms, ideally located for our requirements. Will definitely return.

We've stayed at this Premier Inn many times. It's a good location to the town, within walking distance. Great rooms. Friendly staff. It's one of our favourites.

Stayed for 3 nights for a wedding. Centrally located with good parking. Rooms were superb, clean and new, air con a tad weak. Good sized restaurant with a nice breakfast, as they all do. Booked in advance so good rates for the rooms. Friendly staff who made us very welcome. We would stay again if coming back to Witney.

Ok, but got my order mixed up! The internet connection is rubbish and the rooms are noisy.

Excellent service and value for money, good base for visiting the Cotswolds.

Great staff, restaurant, rooms and location.

I recently stayed in this premier Inn and I enjoyed it, my room was okay and the restaurant had a good breakfast as well. The only bad thing I have to say is the pillows, they were a little too soft for me and my neck ached for a bit. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Good latest room design. Worst carpark layout I've seen for a long time, no bay markings, and half is located with the hotel above on columns. 2 narrow spaces between each space so majories of cars and all vans park centrally taking up both bays (every night 40% of parking bays were lost to simple car dumping) Also the carparks construction seems to have been halted halfway through, and left with 35% asphalt, rest sub-base which gets trampled throughout the hotel and rooms. Hotel internet is very intermittent and not that fast (waste of money) Unfortunately doing my stay there was fire alarm sensor with a fault by the door in the kitchen that went off for 3 days at 16:15 (hmmmm every procose timing for a fault) Be prepared to loose phone signal when entering the building. 3 stars purely for the rooms and excellent staff.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast buffet had wide selection. Hotel was quiet also.

Nice quiet location that is also convenient for the town and restaurants if you want to eat elsewhere. Good location for Oxford as it is by the A40. Staff very pleasant and welcoming.

Sat nav had difficulty finding from post code. Quick easy check in. Dinner: I was ignored at restaurant entry. Your asked to 'wait to be seated'. I read the whole menu I waited so long. Only 2 members of staff trying to run the restaurant. Several tables of customers getting agitated. While waiting for next course or to pay. Really poor service: (

The rooms were clean and spacious. Free Wi-Fi is functional but not good enough for streaming videos. The restaurant was also good and the breakfast buffet had a decent spread.

Typical Premier Inn so you know what to expect. Easy to find and walking distance Witney town centre. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Food was good too, but let down by some things not bring available, like sausages at breakfast. A comfortable hotel for several nights.

Stayed in a double room. The room itslef is in perfect condition with modern bathroom and air conditioning. It is in a quiet area and the neighbours weren't noisy. As a whole I had a great stay there.

The room and the bed was lovely as always, the food was shocking I ordered a burger which was half cooked I explained to the waitress who took the price of my dessert off the bill. I should have taken it further as undercooked burgers are not good news but wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. I noticed lots of other guests bringing in bags of food from m and s. If I ever need to stay here again I will do the same.

Great room, and really friendly staff. Evening meal & breakfast both nice too. However, the fire alarm went off at 1am (false alarm), but the poor young lad wbonwas working the night shift didn't know where the key was to turn the alarm off. We ended up waiting in the carpark for over 30 minutes until a member of staff (happy to broadcast she should be on sick leave) turned up with a replacement key. Also, had booked the room to include breakfast, but on check in the receptionist added another breakfast to my room. I only realised by chance the next morning when at breakfast they asked if the second person was coming for breakfast too… might have been a genuine mistake, might be standard practise to make more profit.

I stay in premier in on a weekly basis this is by far worst experience I have had! After working a night shift I did my usual hang the don't disturb sign on my room door. 3 hours later the staff come banging and crashing into the room waking me up even know the sign was on the door. When I went down to reception to complain. I got told it was there mistake they should of given me a night worker sign like the notes said on the system! But surly a don't disturb mean don't knock bang slam doors come in or make any noise!

Really comfortable and clean room and breakfast was very good, only one quibble — I think that one tea bag and one coffee sachet per person in a double room is a bit stingy, I know that there was a note saying that I could have asked staff for more but for a one night stay probably not worth the effort-perhaps two each next time?

Hotel rooms are ok. Not enough parking space though. Restaurant needs rethinking. No bar, no proper tables. No drinks on tap only bottles which they charge a fortune for and the menu seems to have less on it than the other "thyme" restaurants I have stayed in. It's a shame because the restaurant let's the hotel down. Positives are that the staff are polite and friendly.
