Originally booked this place for 1 night at £60 but when I rang up to find out the price of the deposit I was told the room price is £80 and deposit is £20 and non refundable, so glad I cancelled as this place is disgraceful on one of the worst roads in Southend.
Very poor and dirty and no onsite parking. Will also try to up price aswell that been offered on website.

My fault I suppose. I booked before reading the reviews. Waste of money but could not get a refund. Decided to cut our losses and book somewhere else. Lesson learned.
