Nice hotel and friendly staff. Check in was rather slow as only two people were on the reception desk at a busy time. Stayed in a junior suite which was clean and set up nicely with added fan (nice touch with this hot weather). Had dinner at the hotel which was tasty and well presented however the service was slow here too. It was a Saturday evening, and they were busy with only 2-3 people taking food orders, clearing plates and working behind the bar. The service was still friendly however just slow, felt sorry for the staff rushed off their feet!

Pleasant stay overall, Reception check in intially friendly other than that always busy not much eye contact. Breakfast was very relaxed and tasty and the service staff very friendly and helpful. The female toilets in main reception were not clean, (quite a few). The food was OK, the " green bean side not seasoned and over cooked. Plenty of parking. We did enjoy our stay, relaxing and peaceful!

Needs a full refit, rooms are getting tired, grounds need work at the gateway, which is fairly important. The actual entrance is very cleanly handled and maintained. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the staff are all very pleasant and courteous. The room has a USB charging socket which helped, and there was a decent TV. But once the charm of the gadgets wears off, what is left is a room that needs some work. Having said that the housekeeping is fine and all the sheets and towels are clean and fresh. I would have given 4 stars, but the furnishings in the breakfast hall made me think twice, it is very tired, and needs considerable work.

However, this wasn’t the case at this particular branch for many reasons. Firstly, the staff although helpful, are not friendly in the slightest. Even when speaking to them face to face, they don’t even smile. Walking through the reception, they don’t look up from their computers and didn’t even acknowledge us leaving. Didn’t ask how our stay was or anything — probably because they sensed my frustrations. On that subject, we had ordered takeaway and staff member on the front desk offered to bring us up plates and forks. We sat watching our food get cold and she showed over an hour later (after midnight might I add) and by that time we had gotten ready for bed. The room is bog standard, for the price we paid; We didn’t expect paper thin walls, to the point where we were kept awake both nights of our stay by our neighbours next door copulating all hours of the morning, noon & night, hearing people talk on phones, kids running up & down the hallways and generally making our stay unpleasant. I might add that all of these issues we had contacted the reception about and they were quick in trying to handle the situation to no avail. I have back problems and the bed was particularly uncomfortable to the point I could feel the springs digging into my back.

It seems to be getting a bit shabby and could do with redecorating. They couldn't charge my tablet for me saying they didn't have a charger. Very unusual. I've a habit of forgetting/losing chargers and hotels have helped me out. The vegetarian sausage was mostly potato and disappointing. Staff, though are super friendly and the roost are clean, spacious and comfortable.

As you'd expect of the Hilton brand, smart and well presented. There for a seminar and the facilities were superb. The catering was good, certainly above average. Good parking and easy to find — with the satnav.

Rooms are okay. Beds are nice but the suites are actually not as good as the deluxe rooms. Too much empty space and too few sockets. The gym is good. From the last eight or so hotels I've been in, it has the best gym out of them.

Superb service. Comfortable bed. Breakfast, is just amazing. Full English, continental, waffles, lovely selection of fruit. The choice is yours.

Nice, clean hotel, good parking! Lovely warm welcome from the check in & bar staff, got upgraded as use Hilton honours, which was a nice surprise! Shame a rude waitress spoilt our stay, by accusing us at the bar in front of other guests that we had not paid for our food, when we went to the bar for another drink, even though her colleague serving us, repeatedly told her we had! To be fair, we did get a lovely apology from reception the next morning! But she was bang out of order & not very professional, we were staying the night, so clearly wasn't going to do a runner! Crazy!

Nice hotel well set out with good facilities. Ample parking spaces and the parking is free. I found the meeting rooms were excellent with everything we needed in them. The only thing was the cost of the coffee which really wasn't anything special. Otherwise good hotel.

Whilst it’s a touch tired for a Hilton this isn’t a bad hotel. Plenty of parking, easy to get around hotel. The fitness room is great, well equipped with new and varied equipment. The buffet breakfast is great and includes full English, loads of pastries and waffle maker! Whilst it’s a bit out of the town centre, it’s so easy to get around Milton Keynes that you are not far from anywhere.

The TV couldn't be changed in the bar, despite us being told at reception that football would be shown that evening. The walls were too thin and the couple next door didn't seem to prefer sleeping. The room was a good size and everything I needed was available. Staff were professional and polite offering a good service when required to.

Location slightly remote, but made up by excellent staff. Courteous and professional. Good rooms and breakfast menu.

The location was easily accessible. The place was nicely decorated and clean. The food tastes good however the picture on our Groupon and on flyers around the hotel did not match the food we received which was a pity.

Just had an amazing breakfast at the Hilton. Choice was first class. Food was well cooked and well presented. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Very good standard and service. Good size suite. Always also love the Breakfast fry ups here, along with the super fun waffle making machine.

Attended for a Christmas party, food was OK but venue was excellent. Dj was good and the bar was big enough for the number of people.

Perfect location for our trip to Bletchley Park and good dinner b&b rate. Some confusion about the bill on check out but staff were courteous and good, so sorted quickly. Excellent breakfast.

Room was grubby and it's certainly not 'Hilton' standard but reasonable value and good breakfast.

Attended a friend's special surprise birthday party there. Staffs were very friendly and pleasant. Hall and toilet etc were a bit dated by usual Hilton standards. Overall a decent place.

The location is just a few minutes drive from the main motorway, so the hotel is easy to get to. Lunch was good, toilets were clean. For a professional event it was everything it needed to be without ever excelling.

The place was pretty standard as far as hilton hotels go, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Good parking facilities.

Of all the major hotels in Milton Keynes this is without doubt the worst. The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is both dated and incredibly dirty. Some of the furniture in the room should be taken outside and burnt — it is that soiled. The rooms are not cleaned adequately — a combination of dead insects smeared on the walls, room service menus, furniture and suggestion cards covered in previous occupants food stains are sufficiently nauseous evidence. In the bathroom things are no better and if you're really lucky you'll be sharing it with blood spatters up the wall, again from previous occupants. The restaurant area will give guests a chance to play spot the clean chair game — of 200 chairs probably 6 or 7 are clean. Of course you'll probably be distracted from this game by counting the cobwebs around the dining room or the food stains on the paintwork. For a more hygienic stay I recommend you sleep in a sleeping bag in a motorway service station toilet rather than the Hilton. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I've found it! The hotel that all would-be hotel reviewers are seeking. It's the hotel where you can calibrate your scale and precisely define average. On a scale of 1 — 5 this is 3.00 Average room, average food. There are a couple of things that aren't average — first and most important is check in — very pleasant friendly staff, the second thing is the new large screen TVs in the rooms — if I can add one more though it's prices in the bar: £5.20 for a bottle of Brew Dog, ouch! Apart from the bar prices I think this hotel does provide value for money and meets the needs of its customers I'd stay here again, average is okay :-)

Nice room with a massive TV set and a comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent breakfast concluded a very pleasant stay.

High quality breakfast, extremely clean rooms, and very helpful employees (especially when my room card didn't work, due to leaving it near my phone). Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to go on holiday :)

It is shame as name Hilton screams quality however this one is only whispering. Room was basic and poorly maintained. Staff were excellent but the room needs more attention.

The hotel is tucked away in an unexpected area of Milton Keynes. There seemed to be ample parking, good roadside tree coverage to block road noise. This isn't the largest Hilton. Grounds are likewise a modest size, with the only attractions really inside buildings. Nothing spectacular to write about the gardens. The open Uni is nearby. They removed the pokestop so that makes me think they are out of touch with the youth.

The hall was tidy and reception area was well laid out. The tables and food were well laid out and the food was cooked nicely. The drinks and the bar were slightly high priced but were still worth buying a drink. The outside areas were clean and well lit.

Very friendly reception, nice clean rooms, Lovely bar area, if you want to book a taxi phones are provided with numbers, 5 minute taxi journey to the main shopping part of town!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathroom very nice too. Although the walls seemed a bit thin so you could hear other rooms clearly.

Staff we're pleasant & attentive which was probably the only positive I have apart from we had an iron & ironing board in our room. The room was dirty, carpets needed vacuuming (bits & dirt on the floor), holes in the bed linen, furniture fabric worn away, dirt on all lampshades. No refrigerator, no biscuits with tea & coffee (minor point I know), plug sockets in awkward, hard to reach locations. The bathroom was dirty, not all the lights worked in there & the ones that did showed the dirt & dust on them, they needed a good clean. The food in the restaurant was dreadful, unusually straight tempura prawns (I assume they were frozen). Main course Peruvian chicken which came with what I can only assume was frozen undercooked chips & desert of caramel tart was equally as awful, saving grace was the shop bought ice cream it came with & the complimentary wine which was surprisingly ok. Such a shame the food was so disppointing as the waiting staff were great! I wasn't expecting a great meal by any means but a whole meal that was edible would have been nice. Almost every table in the restaurant complained & sent meals back. I'll not be staying here again & would recommend others not to either, I've stayed other Hilton branches and this has been an extremely disappointing experience.

General manager was very helpful when we attended for a wedding menu tasting. Great food and good portions.

Location was fine for central Milton Keynes and Bletchley park, nice big room for a family, would go again.

It was a very nice hotel and I was attening a dinner and dance there. It has a beautiful qnd comfortable lounge and is very spacious, however the room the dinner and dance was in was a bit dated and the disabled toilets could have been nicer.

My wife and I have just had a lovely Christmas dinner. It was so nice, food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. We will definitely come here again. The rooms are very nice.

Excellent service but a bit tired around the edges. Lovely breakfast though.
