Freezing cold, not enough lunch or refreshments and a very poor and random selection at that! Would not recommend.

We stayed at Kents Hill Park very nice friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Use of spa and pool.

Too expensive for the quality and size of the rooms. Dinner was also disappointing, buffet style dinner but not much choice left at 6.50pm.

Nice friendly and helpful. Nice units too.

Lovely room, plenty of parking space and receptionist was really friendly.

Made a booking for an event at the MK Stadium and this hotel has canceled the reservation a week later. Wouldn't usually mind but there is literally no hotels left within walking distance. Would avoid booking here as totally unreliable!

This place is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. We ran a craft retreat here last weekend. Every one loved it. Staff go out of there way to make everything right nothing too much trouble for them. Very professional.

Very good location but the whole place is disorganised and not a good environment to spend time. The evening meal was self service and the queue was so slow coupled with the fact it was t clear until up to the counter what was on offer. The place has so much potential but it is not being utilised to its full potential. The rooms are ok but the walls are paper thin and the noise from fellow guests just walking up the corridor is very disturbing. Hopefully tomorrow breakfast might be a better experience. It is not something I would take as read though if dinner is anything to go by.

If your phone or a Wi-Fi signal are personally or business critical I would advise you do not stay here. No phone reception outside of main reception building and had to be moved to gain a weak Wi-Fi signal still with no phone signal. Staff are friendly but rooms are small and dated definitely not worth the £100 a night room rate charged.

Had a one night conference. Rooms comfortable. Had some problems with Wi-Fi but sorted later. Have big TV and another in a diff area. Bar which closes earlier than advertised and sadly when give a 3 hour break in the afternoon to use facilities they were all closed for a few weeks. No explanation or apologies. Kitchen staff pleasant food fine and plenty of options.

Loving my stay here. Your staff are a credit to you. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Grim. My bed hadnt been made (no sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases). It was late so I lived with it. The TV didnt work. The food was poor. staff were nice.

Staff efficient helpful and friendly. Here on a 7 day residential course food excellent but miles away from anywhere if you come by train.

Well my 1ST and last experience there has left me a very sour taste regarding my treatment between our stay during 23rd to 27th August. Reception ckecked us into Kingfisher K120 first floor, our room, had a number of defects that should have been put out of service till rectifed, no working telephone, broken extractor fan in bathroom, broken light fitting in bathroom with a bit of tape stuck over it, and no heating if wanted, and most annoyingly no hot water, unless you we'…re willing to run the hot tap on full till it runs through as it doesn't have a circulation pump on the hot water, as confirmed by 2 maintenance staff that had to be called to our room using our mobile phone to call reception.
We got moved to Heron HG71 the following morning thanks to the request of the 2nd maintenance staff member, to housekeeping, there our stay for the remainder of a time was okay, this room did have a minor problem in a poorly fitted door handle, and a slack aerial point that affected TV sometimes, somethings that housekeeping nor maintenance picked up on.

The staff went over and beyond to accommodate us… a big personal thank you to Dannie who went out of her way to help me… the food was great and the whole weekend fab. Thank you again xx.

Stayed here a few times now. Slight issue over the card info on the account which needed to be taken before the breakfast as had to delay time due to this not being added before hand. The rest was great and the room was great, gym on site, rooms have everything needed and so forth.

Felt more like an office. Everything is run at the conveniences of the staff, not customers. Checkout at 9am so you can't have a lie in with out paying. Basically a set of office blocks and the attitude of the staff is generally blank and unwelcoming. Rooms are something from early 90's although I appreciate the expensive wallpaper, I guess. I have no idea how it is a 4 star hotel when the Travelodge at 2 stars is better. There was also a piece of purple condom wrapper in the floor. The grounds however, are lovely.

All round good hotel, staff friendly, if a little re miss at times, forgot to clean our room, but couldn't do enough when asked about it. Enjoyed our stay. Do not go to the health club, it is in desperate need of a deep clean or refurbishment.

Facilities very dated, and worn. Phone signal poor, or nonexistent. Wi-Fi slow — could not use for voice calling. Food at best was mediocre. Barely edible. Cannot recommend.

Training at the event was good. There were too many basics missing at the hotel for me to enjoy it and the room was tiny. To iron you had to use a communal iron, the smoking area was closed off to often.

Beautiful place, the surroundings and room was lovely. Just as a training and conference centre should be. Didn't have lunch or dinner there, so can't comment on it. However their breakfast was okay, just as standard as any other place. Staff were very helpful.

Brilliant service. The rooms are a bit 1980's in feel and how they perform. So I was put in a room were the toilet didn't flush well. Nothing moved! But the lovely lady on afternoon reception (who is fantastic) changed my room straight away. Super!

Very nice clean building and rooms, rooms are a fair standard suitable for my needs has everything needed. Conference rooms really good with plenty of onsite refreshments all over the site with plenty of options all day long. Breakfast lunch and dinner are a good standard again with many options and changing dishes everyday. Good facilities with sky TV for sports and a bar with darts, pool and table football. Would recommend if on business or looking at onsite accommodation with training facilities. Also a huge bonus is that the fitness facilities with pool sauna steam jacuzzi and gym are free for hotel guests!

Great ace for large multi-day meetings. Note; the sports complex closes early on Weekends at 1800 hrs. Week days it's open h til 2200

Smallish room with no heater control valve and only one bed side table. Lovely bathroom and excellent shower but hot tap loose. Evening meal choice limited unless you like spicy food. Staff friendly, pleasant and helpful. Meeting room too hot and airless. Food and refreshments during conference were very good.

Adequate but catering range poor and often too spicy. The venue assumes you have a car so additional taxis raise prices. Pool and rooms and staff are good.

In Heron wing rooms were cold and it was noisy. Got woke by youngsters throughout the night and vomitting at 6am. Next visit I was put in the other wing by the main building and it was much better. Food was ok other than gone off sausages one morning.

Musty and very basic, very small rooms. Clean. Devoid of any atmosphere. Restaurant is more of a dinner hall or canteen. Don't stay here if you are expecting a hotel. It's an ex BT training school and has a dated, institutional, workplace feel about it.

Good food and facilities. Decent sized room and comfortable bed. Deep bath and shower. Friendly helpful domestic staff. I look forward to my next opportunity to attend training there.

Good place to use as external meetings and training purposes. Ample rooms and room sizes are good. Well kitted out with flip charts and projectors. Coffee could be better although there is a Costa coffee machine now. Great biscuits!

Would be 5. But not changing room for baby, not even single table in the toilet in whole bulding. Because of it would be 2, but is 4 thanks for lovely lady in the entrance room who help to find right place to change my son. Thank you, wonderful staff. Just would like to remind, ladies who have a children also doing business! Thank you.

I use this venue to run courses all the time and it's exceptional — reasonable price, excellent facilities and the food is very good. Can't recommend the place enough for corporate events.

Good conference facilities. Clean and well run. Food at lunch was good. All round a great events location from business meetings.

Room are on top. It's cold in the corridors and it's a bit of a maze to find it. But perfect for conferences! Several rooms available and coffee available with cake.

Decent course organised by my business. The price of bar was quite good as well. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi for 2/3 days of my stay. There was a brilliant variety of food and was good quality. The gym was also am enjoyable perk of staying here. I would look to return of staying in MK again.

I was attending a training course at this site and had a lovely stay. I've been attending this venue for various courses over the last few years, and each time I've visited the facilities have improved. The gym now looks much better than it has I'm the past, and the rooms look much nicer now the room refurb is complete. The restaurant hasn't changed since I visited last year, and the food selection is great with plenty of healthy choices available.

Not the greatest of hotels. Evening meal is not what you'd expect. Limited choice buffet. Stayed here twice and left facility for evening meal both times. Breakfast is great though. Rooms are OK. Beds are mediocre and too short in the standard rooms. Carpets need cleaning and some of the radiators won't turn on off. Reception slow and not 100% honest.

Good bedroom and conference facilities. The food was nice with a good variety. The majority of the staff were very helpful, although the staff serving the breakfast were quite abrupt.

Attended a two day conference here. The beds are very hard, walls are quite thin so can be noisy. Good setting for a conference. We did need to make an effort to get outside as all building connected by a walk way.

It was an event very well organized.

Doesn't look like anything special from the outside and the decor is dated. Very nice staff and my room was lovely and modern had everything I needed. I was attending a 2 day professional event which was all paid for so I can't comment on the price but the food was good and had a selection, and the bar had enough for you to drink all night if you wish! Very nice overall would be happy to return if necessary.

Small rooms but fully equipped. Clean and tidy. Hotel is a bit of a maze to navigate but we'll sign posted. Friendly staffvery helpful. Breakfast good choice. Also dinner good variety. Although food times are a little late for early eaters breakfast at 7am not 0630 and dinner from 1830. Overall not too bad for a work stay. Also a gym and swimming pool on-site with steam and sauna.

Great for my purposes. Which was a very quick in and out. What I needed was well within reach. The staff were friendly and approachable. Overall the facilities were quite nice. I will definitely be back.

Modern decor in all rooms and a good price, staff very friendly and helpful, bar with with good sized tv's use of the gym, sauna and spa if I wanted, all in all a good stay… I would recommend to friends and family.

What a fantastic venue. Attended for a conference and the facilities were excellent. In addition to meeting facilities, the venue has an excellent restaurant (great food and service) and offers accommodation as well.

Clean, tidy and well decorated. Quiet for most of stay. Staff on whole very helpful especially Paul, duty manager. Small rooms but fine for sleeping. Large dining room and lounge area. Great buffet breakfast. Health suite fantastic, loved pool. Good value.

Basic accommodation, but clean and comfortable. Food is pretty good and the staff are all very friendly. As conference centres go, this is a good one.

Rooms are kept clean. Food is good. Staff helpfull. Access to the swimming pool is nice after a day sat in a classroom. Only one thing to moan about the walls are a bit thin.

It's a bit like a YMCA and it's a bit in the middle. If nowhere. Check-in was by friendly staff even not trouble free. Rooms are quite depending how your neighbors are closing the corridor doors and their room doors. The gym is great and there is a proper indoor swimming pool as well. Breakfast quite good too.

Great venue. Lecture rooms could do with better air conditioning though. I believe it is in the pipeline to be refurbished.

Good price/quality ratio. The restaurant is way better than expected. Ate ine of the best curries I've ever eaten. Definitely recommend!

Nice for the price. Rooms are clean, comfortable and newly refurbished. Excellent choice for breakfast. Nice bar area upstairs with large screen TV usually showing football/sports Also has a games area next to bar with pool table.

First time here and although the room is ideal found the food let it down only Luke warm and overpriced, an English breakfast for £11, dinner menu was limited. Had a constant hum in the room but was offered a move and staff were very helpful and friendly. Would have got a better score if food was hotter.

Hotel was really nice and comfortable and the sports area was good also. Reason for the 3 rating is when arrived my room was freezing. Called to say why is it so. Cold is because cleaners get too hot while cleaning the rooms but will come. Back on at 3pm. So headed to the gym, arrived back at room for about 4 still absolutely cold. By 9pm still cold so was under covers jus to stay warm. Same goes for the bathroom was freezing all night in there. They did offer me an electric heater but surely should have needed one. I would defo stay here again as it's just what was needed for the night but would definitely be asked if there heating system is resolved.

Not bad as a conference facility, but after dark it feels very odd… A bit like an open doors young offenders institute. Had a few gym and pool on site, though!

Eugh… if the rude staff don't ruin your visit here then the food certainly will. Terrible customer service skills demonstrated by a certain member of the staffing team and I wish I would have taken details and lodged a complaint. I wouldn't have spoken to my dog the way she talked to us. Had a dish which included mackerel, took one bite and ended up with a mouthful of bones. Immediately lost my appetite and didn't bother eating any more. Poor experience and staff evidently require training to improve people skills. Wouldn't go back if I was paid.

Loved the place, the food was lovely and the staff were so helpfull, took my wife there for our 1st year anniversay, she didnt thank me : (i thought it was great though.

Comfy room and nice food, but non-existent Wi-Fi despite notices in the bar advertising it. It had an 'internet cafe' with computers that hardly ever connected, but when they did I was able to read my emails but not reply to them. Training facilities were excellent.
