Nice staff, TV didn't work, paid 65$ from 4am to 11am check out either we were freezing cold or over heated no between, burn holes in all sheets & blankets we will only return as last resort!

Big rooms. Great prices. Free internet and more than just basic cable. No breakfast or coffee though. And there's a late night window.

Nothing special. I mean if your looking for a good place to bang a cheap hooker it's alright.

Very impressed with the remodel designs very comfy cozy and good for its price I wouldn't pay more than 60 x tonight here though.

Easy quiet atmosphere. The front desk clerk was very polite and made everything easy. I definitely would stay there again.

My credit to my master card never showed on my credid card. That sucked major.

The people running the motel are super kind and and attentive. But the motel is not very clean each room opens up to a gravel road which contributes to your feet turning black from the floor the bed is super soft and comfortable. The neighborhood is active 247 with homeless people and potential addicts but nobody bothered me. If you need a cheap place to stay and you don't mind a little inner city its comfortable.

Nice clean rooms and best prices ive found in town. The operators of the motel are very nice and personable. They make me feel welcome and are always happy to see me return.

A great option for buget travel. Be very weary of vegrants as of last winter one man was begging for handouts. This motel Is not secure. Your car might be broken into. The Wi-Fi is not relyable.

It's the best cheap motel you're going to find.

It's a low class place. I checked the bed before going to sleep and found 2 bed bugs. The management refunded my money immediately and I quickly checked out.

A terrible experience at this place… next door was a guy in a wheel chair looking out screaming for help that he was going to be robbed. Just opened gis door and start to yell at people walking by. As I try to shower in the morning, there was absolutely No Hot water… even after running it for 15 minutes… not cool to start your day.

Hoo boy, this place is horrible. Lets start it off right! I wanted to stay just for fun, its less than a mile from where I live and Ive seen this place for years going by. Wanted to see if it was as bad as it looked and its super cheap. Staff at the front desk would not believe I wanted to stay by myself (they probably thought I had a prostitute coming as that is whats usually going on I am sure) Then told they would check on me constantly. (I am assuming this was to scare me into admitting I had a prostitute coming which I did not, so kept telling them I did not care) I did not see them once. I was then charged a 10 dollar deposit on a remote control for the TV in my room, they would not give me the deposit back and acted like they had no idea when I left. The TV also didnt work, it turned on and made static and white noise thats about it. Anywho on to the fun! This place is so disgustingly horrible. Partial bottle of tequila under the bed. Partial bottle of vodka in the mini fridge. EVERY outlet in the room was pulled out of the wall, 1 outlet worked. (Pulled out about 4 inches so it was just wires on a few) I found three syringes. One near the headboard, one under the bed and one in the bathroom. There were unidentifiable wet spots on the floor and the blankets smelled off so I did not use them. Shower was stained and rusted near any metal. Window was all calcified up or some kind of whitish crust on it.

The location is okay, the rooms are easily accessible and nice for a lower rate small hotel. Staff is always available and aware of what is happening on the premesis.

We paid 65 dollars: cheapest place in Portland and probably one of the best choices we made. It used to be run down, now it's a lot better. It's walking distance from Cartlandia, a food heaven and a huge long road that has everything on it.

Good. The cheapest and best place to stay in Portland. Cartlandia is across the street, an epic selection of food trucks with incredible food. Very accessible to everything which is on one huge street. This was the absolute cheapest place to stay we could find. And it was excellent for us and our trip.

The rooms are so much better then before they are alot cleaner and nicer. They are very friendly and it's way more quite then it use to be years ago. They cleaned up real nice.

Stayed here for a day or two a few months ago. I'd meant to write a review right away, but got busy during the holidays. Just noticed a link for it while looking at another motel. My room was simple and clean — I liked it. Other than that, my experience left me quite pissed. #1: The people at the desk were rude and had no customer service skills. #2: I had no hot water in the shower — I know sometimes the hot/cold indicators are backwards; I played with it — I had to take cold showers. #3: The biggest thing that upset me, the reason I will never go back to Del Rancho, the middle eastern guy who ran the desk started beating on my door at 15 minutes until checkout. I was in the shower. Next thing I know he's unlocked the door and entered my room. At like 10 minutes before checkout. If I'd had a gun I would've shot him. He had no right — that I'm aware of — to enter my room. Rude as ****. I was pissed. I've stayed at Motel 6s since. Paid 80-something I think. Atrocious. The Motel 6 I stay at is about 67, is much nicer and no one has ever entered my room before checkout.

The management staff of this motel treats there customers like crap. We were there for almost a year, and they kicked us out just because of who we were… do not stay here, even for one night. You will see a lot more drug addicts and prostitutes than you ever want to see if your life. There are far better places that you can stay than this place.

This has to be the most hazardous place in Portland. They treat drug attics like kings an the average. Man like dirt I rented a room 6-12-15 ive rented here before an was charged. 65 also before I was charged 80 once today. I was charged 75? Confusing. To me. So pretty much I have three kids I brought them in too the room we chilled. Tryed to watch TV the remote. Had no batteries. One of my sons went too the bath room an came out wit three needles used by drug attics too shoot up I told the manager he is a heartless. Careless man who wanted to throw us out but then said no its ok ill give u a refund never go here unless. U do drugs the place needs too be investigated. Asap thank u.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. If I could legally burn it to the ground, I would prefer to do that. First off they charged my credit card before checking in, even though the site said they wouldn't. Upon getting there, we realized it is in a very sketchy neighborhood immediately next door to an establishment named "Area 69". There was a strange man wandering the lot seemingly lost/high/drunk. We knew instantly that we weren't going to want to stay there if we didn't want to risk potentially being murdered and I went to the desk to cancel our reservation. They told me it was impossible to cancel, even though they were not supposed to have charged my card yet, and that I couldn't even cancel by paying the fee they have listed on their site. The best that they offered was cancelling our second night with a cancellation fee and charging us for the full first night. At this point I was tired of arguing with people who treated me like a criminal and who were near impossible to understand due to their accent/limited knowledge of the English language. I figured what the heck, let's brave danger for one night, maybe it's not so bad. After entering the room, I was reminded of a scene from CSI or Law and Order: SVU. The walls were dirty and in some areas looked like they had dried blood on them. Our fridge in unit was non-working and smelled like it had once housed various body parts and/or fluids. The sheets were stained and covered in cigarette burns/holes.

That place sucks. They treat people like poop. Go somewhere else.
