Great place to stay, Close to the airport, very nice and quite, the staff is always pleasant and very helpful if you should need anything.

Worst place to stay in Salt Lake City. Checked into our 1st room smelt like a dirty ashtray. Got move to a second room where the fridge didn't work and lipo balls out and stains on the sheets And towel hanger fell off the wall when taking a towel off of it. Also light fixture Barely hanging on to the wall. Can't believe they want you to pay a $181 to stay at this hotel might as well stay at the supper 8 for $60.00 At least then you will be getting what you paid for. The staff is no help Either when you are trying to check out, To find a better place to stay. They will do everything in their power to charge you for their crapy rooms and encourage you to call corporateTo deal with the issue instead of picking up the phone and calling their manager for assistance. Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Joe at the front desk was very helpful and proactive, noticing we might need a shuttle for the morning and offering to schedule one for us without us having to ask. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. There is only one tiny microwave that we had to go back in the hotel kitchen to use. Breakfast was pretty good.

I stayed here while attending the Utah State Truck Driving Championships. The room was very nice, although pretty noisy, not only with the jets landing or taking off from the airport (for which the hotel provided ear plugs), but the sewage drainage pipe for the rooms above ours, ran right past the head of the bed. When someone upstairs flushed the toilet, the noise of the water rushing past our heads would wake us up. The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotel br…eakfasts I've experienced, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The lady that was checking us in at a little after 1 p. M. On June 1, 2018, seemed a little put out about helping us, maybe because she was alone at the counter, there were a few of us needing assistance, and she was also having to handle the phones. When I asked for a second key card for my wife, she actually made a sigh of disgust, as though I had asked her to do something totally inappropriate. The check-in period seemed to take a while. The gentleman that eventually came out to help her, seemed very nice, very friendly, and totally eager to assist everyone. While I won't go so far as to say I wouldn't stay here again, I'd have to make sure I can get a room on the top floor.

Hotel is immediately adjacent to the airport property. Given its proximity, it's fairly quiet, but older so not as sound proof as some newer constructions. We had plumbing issues in our room (tub took in excess of ten minutes to drain) and a coworker had a busted a/c unit, but the rooms were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast had a decent selection and plenty of hot coffee. Hotel also has a tiny but full bar that we did not partake of. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating and children are welcome. High chairs available in the dining area.

This hotel is very modern, close to the airport. Beds, pillows very comfy in a large room with sofa, fridge and large TV. Room was clean, towels nice and plenty of amenities. HOT breakfast was amazing, best we've had in a long time, lots of food options like well cooked, not soggy, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes with sausage, lots of bread choices, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, lots of juices too! Very tasty, one pot at a time (not large buffet style dried up food. Truly impressive. Hotel staff, front desk and breakfast crew, very nice, friendly and accommodating! Beautiful lobby area too!. We will definitely by back!

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. It was a suite with couch and kitchenette-great for families. The hallway rugs and the walls in the room were worn in some places. The free breakfast was well above average for this type of hotel. Hot food, lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and a muesli/granola/dried fruit/nuts bar. Hard boiled eggs. Each table had two kinds of tabasco and pepper grinder! Free Wi-Fi. 24 hour fresh food available!

Great, clean, courteous staff. It is very close to the airport. When I first got there, I thought all of the jets taking off and landing were going to keep me awake, but had absolutely no problem. Could barely hear them from the room. Breakfast was good. I would definately recommend it and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Pleasant experience. Although it's close to the airport, I was not bothered by airplane noise. Apparently, they do have a free breakfast, but they didn't tell me that at check-in, so I didn't notice until the second morning as I was leaving.

This hotel definitely needs some maintenance. I also felt like it was dirty. The hotel also runs out of parking by early dinner. I had to park on sidewalk entrance. They need more room for cars. Breakfast was ok but I’ve been to much better.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit out of the way of the city if you don't have transportation. A great place to stay for sure.

Not so friendly or cooperative staff. Room is big, lovely view from room. But. Basic necessities are missing! They don't provide any drinking water in room nor any water fountain or bottles are provided in any floor. There is no microwave, no plates, spoons to keep food or eat at room. There is only 1 power plug near bed. Also there is also no power plugs in waiting area. There is always a communication gap between staff. Staff is also not so cooperative for your help in anything. Not worthy for the price you pay. Not recommended!

The staff here are very accommodating. I forgot ear plugs, and my toothbrush and they had both items for me. The hotel itself is clean, and kept up fairly decent. My only complaint would be that the area where the sinks are in the bathroom are on the opposite wall from the beds, without a door, which makes it difficult for someone to get ready early in the morning without waking up everyone else. The sofa in the front area had a bit of grease/ dirt on it, but the beds were clean. We only stayed for one night before heading to the airport to go home. Spacious 2 Queen bed room was more than sufficient for our needs. There are not a lot of restaurants around, but there are a couple with in 1– 3 miles, if they are open (Nomad was good). Otherwise you must venture to the airport, or downtown.

Just okay, the rooms felt dated and accompanied small bathrooms, and closet space. The rear of the hotel by the parking lot smelled strange, and the same smell continued throughout the elevators. You can find better for cheaper/same price.

After a long drive my husband and I arrived in Salt Lake City a few hours before check in. We were impressed by the staff’s hospitality offering us breakfast will they worked quickly to prepare our room for us. The rooms were designed well comfortable and clean.

Completely empty as I stayed here. Plenty of parking. Awesome snowy-mountain views! Front desk was helpful. Rooms are decent with plenty of space. Some things look a bit rundown, but worked well for me.

Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely prefessional and they have a restaurant/bar. Hyatt is definitely one of the nicer limited service hotels I've stayed at. It has a more modern feel to it. Every room is apparently a suite! There is a cool option to park your vehicle two weeks for fifteen bucks! That's reason enough to stay at this airport hotel!

Pros: Nice accommodations, close to airport, park n fly shuttle, courtesy earplugs. Cons: Loud planes taking off and landing til around midnight, Bed springs broken and noisy every time you rolled over, noisy tenants above. We would stay again if we had a later flight but not getting to sleep til around 1am due to plane noise and having to wake up at 3:30am to catch a 6am flight left is feeling like we flew a red eye flight. Pick up shuttle was even worse. Called for airport pick up they said wait 10 — 15 minutes, I called again after 20 minutes they said 7 more minutes and finally after 35 minutes the shuttle arrived. We definitely won't return. We'll find other accommodations.

The Salt Lake City Airport was very nice. Although we had a travel very far to get to our gate the gate should be closer to the place where are you drop off the bags to go on the plane. The bathrooms are very nice and clean.

It has a nice bar and good food served to your room or at the bar down stairs. We didn't know, Google maps didn't tell us ad before checking in we went out of our way to find food and drinks. It's all right here.

Good location near airport just off I-80. Easy to find. In house food is good. A little distant from food establishments. Staff is professional, meeting room is good.

The hotel is very nice. It is easy to get to and very visible. It has updated furniture and is a clean facility. This location has a very nice fitness center, with treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a track behind the hotel where I have seen runners and bikers use. The only thing that keeps the hotel from getting five stars is the lack a places to eat that are close proximity to the hotel.

Our room (213) was clean and spacious. It needed a nightlight in the toilet room. Closing / opening the toilet room door was tight. You had to squeeze in, or back into something to do so. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Top linens were tucked in on the sides : (I don't like having to pull them out and wish hotel's wouldn't do that. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good; however, there was no bacon or sausage. Also, decaf was empty. I reported it. 20 minutes later, still no decaf. We called down the night before to change our airport shuttle time. Our name didn't get written in that time slot.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good and it was very close to the airport, with a complementary shuttle service. The rooms look nice, the beds are comfortable, and the hot breakfast in the morning is really good. The staff is friendly, too. The problem I had was with the design of the room. My wife and I stayed there and the sink is in the bedroom, outside of the room with the toilet, which means, if you get up to use the bathroom in the night, you're washing your hands in the dark. A minor complaint, but one that makes it a not so perfect experience.

We stayed here with friends a few weeks ago during my daughter's soccer tournament, and I have to say I didn't love it. We waited to check in for nearly 40 minutes, then we were given the incorrect room number, which was already in use bbyh a gentleman who was was not crazy happy to see us, imagine that. We went back to the front desk where we waited for an additional 30 minutes to be checked in with 3 exhausted children and weren't apologized to and treated like we did something wrong. My son also stopped by the front desk on the way to the pool to ask for a safety pin for his swim trunks since the string broke, and he was told very rudely that they don't keep safety pins for guests and to ask his parents for one. We will be making arrangement at another hotel next tournament, and would not recommend anyone to this hotel. The only purpose for a 2 star and not a 1 star was because the room was nice and clean. And my kids had fun in the pool.

Kudos to the front desk for getting me a room really quick after I missed my flight. I'd give them 5 stars. The bartender, on the other hand, was snotty and sold me two $41 bottles of wine that were warm and did not assist in taking the wine bucket out to the patio. I chose to come to Hyatt because of their reputation. Never again.

There was a neat and unique reception desk right next a small snack bar in Hyatt Place Salt Lake, Airport. While I checked in, I could see little cupcakes. It seemed to be convenient if someone want to purchase a snack quickly upon check-in or check-out. Our room was clean. There was also a comfortable bed. I rested well. My most favorite part about this hotel was breakfast. The breakfast fast menu was a similar with other hotels. However, this hotel didn't use plastic spoons, forks, and knives. It appeared to be environmentally friendly. If I visit Salt Lake next time, I will stay at this Hyatt again.

Very misleading information. Things that are suppose to be free they charge a lot for. Go somewhere else so you don't end up paying twice was expected. Poor service also.

It was a great place to stay. The reception area had to-go food that people tend to miss out on.

We were on the 3rd floor facing the airport. Very low noise when planes departed. Swimming pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was great.

Nice place. Clean rooms. ACS gets COLD and Heat get HOT. Good location to get to places but it's very industrial all around it so lots of traffic. But once inside it's all good. Also good Internet bandwidth it seemed. I like the audio/video center to connect up my laptop to the TV.

Reception staff were a little cool but very polite and helpful. My room on the fourth floor was well appointed and very clean. Being January, building head was turned up to compensate for the outdoor temperature so it was very warm in my room — almost 78°. This was fixed by turning the A/C on to 72 before leaving for dinner. Came back an hour or so later and was perfectly comfortable. Turned the A/C back off and everything was great. Checking out was very easy, different desk staff was a little more cordial. Overall a great, quiet stay. Didn't even notice noise from the airport and the hotel is very close!
