Night staff was AMAZING! Ava went above and beyond to make our checkin go smooth. We arrived to the airport late and she ensured the shuttle was there waiting! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was pretty chaotic, not much organization and food was sparse. The only negative was the were so many people and lack of seating due to staff actually eating during breakfast hours — took up 2 tables while guests stood around looking for a seat or waiting on food to be replenished. All in all good visit. Thanks again ava! you rock!

Great hotel chain, we have stayed at several La Quinta's throughout the country and they all have the same in common. Great rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and wonderful customer service. This hotel is no different.

I remember this La Quinta as "the one where everyone was so happy! " As with most La Quintas, it was a really good value, with the added bonus that everyone on the staff looked genuinely happy. I know that sounds a little weird, but you can really tell when someone is happy and not just smiling — and it's a great way to be greeted when you've been driving all day and you're exhausted — sort of like being hugged as you walk in, but without the creepiness of actually having the clerk do that. Speaking of awkward, that's a great way to describe the parking situation. Because of the building's long footprint, we ended up having to walk the cat carriers much farther than we'd expected to get them to our room from the car, because the front pass through was blocked by a bus when we arrived and departed. But otherwise, the rooms was clean, and its electronics and decor felt modern. And even though it was clearly a pet room, there weren't any overpowering or unsanitary odours — just the faint smell of dog. There was some unwelcome noise from nearby rooms, but it didn't last long enough or become loud enough to really be a nuisance.

Place was clean. Comfy beds. Nice and friendly customer service. Would recommend. Staying there again myself.

The room and lobby were maintained very well. Immediately the clerks greeted me with a smile as they promptly helped me get a room. It was a comfortable night. I recommend booking online to search for deals they may have but their last minute availability handling was very pleasing.

I stayed here on a cross country trip with two cats and it had everything I needed for that purpose. Easy to get to from the Interstate, welcoming to my cats, clean and well maintained. After 11 hours on the road, it was great to walk into an oasis of peace.

Most amazing desk clerk ever, I believe her name was Sarah. She was so kind and helpful with everything and really went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. Super clean and quiet. Would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, clean facility, very clean room, god breakfast, well and friendly staff and great bed/pillows. Lots of grass for dogs, could have been picked up better, but better than some. Can here planes flying in & out, but not all night, so not bad.

The staff was friendly, however they were understaffed. It took some patience waiting for the roll-away bed and the pool towels, because there was only one guy available to help fill our requests. The room was clean, but a little worn in places. The pool and hot pool were a good size and fun for the kids. The breakfast was pretty standard, yet filled our needs. Overall, it was a good-priced and fun experience.

Always dependable for great service! Ask at the front desk for a local Italian restaurant. They gave us a 10% discount voucher at Roberts Restaurant. Easy walk from La Quinta and delicious steak with fresh veggies and five cheese with meat Lasagne! Alcoholic beverages are available and delectable desserts, too. The room was immaculate at La Quinta, Wi-Fi was strong, good morning breakfast, and fantastic shuttle service to the airport. Be sure to sign-up for the shuttle at the front desk.

Very convenient to the airport. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Only issue I really had was the room is not really geared towards a business person. Had to climb under a table to plug in my laptop and there were no available plugs near the bed for the cell phone. Ended up unplugging the alarm clock so I could plug in my phone.

This was a very comfortable room for very little money. I especially found the bed and linens comfortable (cotton, not disgusting polyester blend). Heater worked well and kept room at constant temp. In room mini fridge and coffee maker. Hair dryer too.

Stayed here while driving through SLC. We chose it because it was reasonable, had an indoor pool/hot tub, and most importantly, they are pet friendly — even for big dogs — which is hard to find. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean — had a small fridge and microwave, desk, nice size bathroom. Big lawn are out back to walk the dog. We didn't try the hot tub/pool but it looked like there were quite a few people in it at 9:30 on Sat night. Continental breakfast was adequate. The only main complaint we had was the heat/air system… it was very noisy. Other then that, La Quinta was perfect for what we needed!

This is a nice hotel! I stayed over the weekend and enjoyed most of it. Room was very clean and well laid out. Bed was comfortable, good lighting entering the room with window blinds open and very quiet. Having a conference room came useful as well as the gym. The breakfast was nutritional and the coffee was great! Having free faster than standard hotel internet speeds was a plus! Some stuff I did not like was my key card kept deactivating. The front desk were always in the back room behind the counter (had to call for them). Overall, I did enjoy my stay and would stay here again.

This motel is heaven what a great place to relax after a long day of driving. They took us with our two dogs so we were just thrilled. If in Salt Lake area stay here. Great customer service.

Road trip with dogs! Comfy beds, very clean and well located if you're flying. Only half the room got renovated. Luckily that half included the bed and art on one side of room. Still had old art on opposite wall with the older dresser and desk. And the bathroom had not been updated yet. Very nice staff.

You get what you pay for. There's pubic hair in the bath tub, I can't even tell what's growing on the drain, one lobby toilet has a tampon stuck on the inside and the other is clogged. None of the lights on the left side of the room work at all, or the ones above the mirror. Walls are very thin. Bathroom doors are broken and do not close so there is no privacy. Worth it for a quick stay because there's no pet fee and there's a military discount, staff is nice. Rooms need some serious TLC.

Terrible service for the shuttle services. We registered for the shuttle and were waiting in the lobby but the shuttle left 10 minutes early without the staff asking at the lobby. There was supposed to be 8 people on the shuttle. They left with three and didn't even think to ask if anyone was waiting for it. Don't book this hotel if you are taking the shuttle to the airport. They don't care if you miss your flight. The manager wasn't even here to discuss this with. She comes in at 9. But apparently the manager is also responsible somehow for them having to leave 10 minutes early?

Understaffed, needs to be refurbished We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our family's vacation. Our kids liked the pool. But housekeeping is understaffed, our room was not tidied up after the first night (we were given a credit for this), and housekeeping is still cleaning rooms at 8 pm. We had two double beds, which seemed narrow after 3 weeks in queen beds. The mattresses need replacing. The bathroom was relatively large, but the toilet seat was cheap and kept shifting when you would sit, leading to painful pinches. In-house laundry is relatively expensive ($2.50 to wash, $2 to dry), but the laundry room was clean and had two tables to fold clothes. Breakfast is mediocre, with coffee being the worst offender (concentrate mixed with hot water in a dispenser). Only hot breakfast option was waffles or Quaker Instant Oatmeal packets. We had hoped for more at this price, but the location is what makes it. We heard no noise from the airport, but hallway noise and thin walls were disruptive within the hotel.

The rooms were pretty standard, but the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Had everything you could need in sufficient quantity, the staff were all kind and the air conditioning was also exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. I thought that they were laid out nicely and the bathroom was very roomy. The decore was simple and interesting. The morning free breakfast was very nice. They even had two waffle irons on the self serve counter, a dispenser for waffle mix and one for hot syrup. This is a pet friendly hotel, and I enjoyed seeing all the little pets coming and going. Very nice and stylish accommodations. I will stay again.

My husband and I were there with family for one night (we departed on an airplane the next day. ) As always, La Quinta was clean, pretty, and cozy. The breakfast was great, and the beds were very comfortable. We were only there one night, so we didn't get to visit the indoor pool or other facilities, but they looked very nice as we went by them. We arrived there fairly late (after 9 p. M. ), and had no trouble checking in and getting our room keys in no time. We would choose La Quinta again.

This location was great. It was close to the airport, so I was concerned it would be loud, but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was extremely clean and updated. They offered a military discount on top of their already great price, which made me feel as though I definitely got my money's worth. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Easy to find. Given directions to the meeting without asking as soon as we walked in the door and there was plenty of comfortable seating for what we needed.

Location is great there is a shuttle to the airport about 10 min to salt lake city right near the freeway there's no ATM but there is one at the Hilton. Rooms are nice there's a desk free Wi-Fi bathrooms are clean.

Salt Lake City, Utah Laquinta has been an enjoyable stay. Everything was nice and I was especially impressed with how quiet the evenings are… much needed rest :)

Typical La Quinta… run down and disappointing.

I'm with an airline, we arrived at midnight and the receptionist didn't know about us, our reservations or how to check us in, it took an hour to get a room. The gym is very limited, no Dumbbells or bench and the multi-station is falling apart with loose and broken parts. The rooms where not very clean, carpets a little dingy. The "included" breakfast is an all-carb one pretty basic, I have seen better in similar hotels.

I had a great room and my check in was super fast!

Cleaners running vacuum all evening and then banging on doors yelling housekeeping at 8am waking people up when checkout isn't until noon! Nasty gross elevator.

Clean. Warm pool for the kids. Nice area our dogs next to the hotel. Recommended.

Extremely hospitable! We had a one-of-a-kind experience because of an employee, Mike, who works there. He facilitated a romantic surprise for my girlfriend. He drove the shuttle to pick her up, gave her clues that surprised her for when she arrived at the hotel, and was happy to accommodate our requests. He was kind to our dog, showed us where the pool was, and made our stay at this fabulous hotel even better. We were grateful for his awesomeness!

Sucks why would you close the pool at 11 pm. You treat us like we are kids.

Nice hotel that takes dogs (great if you are passing though). Great location that is near to the airport, highway, and FBI building (not kidding). Nice staff, decent free breakfast selection. FREE Wi-Fi that isn't horrible is a big plus! Enclosed pool.

Staff is always courteous. Not a perfect place but anything wrong is made right quickly. They are pet friendly and there are few bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

I stay here quite often because it's contracted with work. Good: Nice modern rooms with comfortable beds, nice showers (but not quite hot enough), and wonderful staff. Price is about average. Bad: Internet is so bad I can barely watch anything on youtube. I think I'm running 50k on average. Which is pretty much old dial up even though I'm using ethernet. I can't control the temp in my room and the hvac unit acts as a dehumidifier and keeps the air extremely dry. My son and I started to get bloody noses every morning. There is not a fridge in the rooms. You can request one if you are going to be here for a long time or some kind of rewards customer. This is the first time I have been inclined to write a review on a motel. I typically stay in motels about 10% to 50% of the year so I've seen quite a few.

We stay often at La Quinta for their friendly pet policy. This location is now one of our favorites. Very clean, with modern furnishings, comfortable mattresses and a friendly staff. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the shower head. We'll definitely stay here again.

We spent last weekend at this hotel — and they were amazing! Booked our rooms through Priceline, and that was a mistake. I've never had a problem with Priceline before, but I won't use them again after this experience! Booked a room with two King size beds and a microwave/fridge. Upon arrival, we learned that they do not have such rooms in their hotel. Priceline offered a 20% discount on our reservation to correct the problem, only to retract it once we got home. The front desk lady came to our room a short time after we had checked in and personally made sure that we had fixed things with Priceline. She also gave us a microwave/fridge in our room free of charge because she felt badly at the way Priceline had treated us. I can't say enough about the customer service we received from this hotel, not to mention that things were clean and we had everything we needed. It was a great stay — and we will go there again, this time dealing with the hotel directly.

This is the second time I've stayed here and both times it's been great. The front desk lady was very nice. The eating area is big but don't expect a great breakfast. Boiled eggs, waffles, muffins… nothing special but not really anything to complain about. Fantastic coffee! The rooms are very clean and very quiet. Big bathroom, nice tv, comfortable beds. Indoor pool, big parking lot with plenty of light. Right off the highway, so it's easy to get around. Free shuttle to the airport. Great hotel for a low price.
